Abstract

The Family Hope Program (Program Keluarga Harapan/PKH) is a conditional cash transfer program aimed at reducing poverty in Indonesia. The effectiveness of PKH disbursement depends not only on the amount and targeting accuracy of assistance but also on the accessibility of disbursement locations for beneficiary households, particularly in rural areas. This study analyzes how regional status (urban or rural) affects PKH disbursement location choice in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data are drawn from the 2020 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) of Yogyakarta Province, with 697 PKH-recipient households as the unit of analysis. We used multinomial logistic regression, with ATM as the reference (base) outcome, compared with Post Office, Bank Office, Bank Agent, and other locations. The results show that regional status significantly affects the choice of disbursement location for the Bank Office, Bank Agent, and Other categories (p<0.05), but not for the Post Office (p>0.05). Rural households tend to prefer Bank Offices and Bank Agents over ATMs, while urban households predominantly use ATMs. These findings suggest the need to strengthen non-ATM banking infrastructure, such as Bank Agents/Laku Pandai, in rural areas to make PKH disbursement more inclusive and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee productivity at H&M in the Mall of Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative, descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling, in which the entire population was included in the sample, resulting in 82 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a research instrument, which was subsequently analyzed using classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This is demonstrated by the regression equation Y = 18.176 + 0.590X, with a correlation coefficient of 0.715 indicating a strong relationship and a coefficient of determination of 51.1%. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated t-value of 9.138 > the critical t-value of 1.990, confirming that training has a significant effect on employee productivity. Career development also has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with the regression equation Y = 17.034 + 0.618X, a correlation coefficient of 0.732 indicating a very strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 57.5%. The calculated t-value of 9.602 > 1.990 indicates a significant effect. Simultaneously, training and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with the equation Y = 15.152 + 0.288X1 + 0.376X2, a correlation of 0.758, and a coefficient of determination of 63.2%. The F-test yielded a value of 53.398 > 3.11, indicating that both variables together have a significant effect on employee productivity.

Abstract

Abstract:The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become an essential component of digital transformation in healthcare services aimed at improving service productivity through effective health information management. This study aims to analyze the effects of EMR system stability, information quality, Information Technology (IT) technical support, and system efficiency on outpatient service productivity at Universitas Islam Indonesia Hospital, Yogyakarta. The study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design and a cross-sectional approach, involving 113 respondents selected through probability sampling with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results show that EMR system stability (B = 0.216; t = 4.554; Sig. = 0.000), information quality (B = 0.333; t = 7.211; Sig. = 0.000), IT technical support (B = 0.219; t = 4.640; Sig. = 0.000), and system efficiency (B = 0.250; t = 5.477; Sig. = 0.000) each have a positive and significant effect on outpatient service productivity. Simultaneously, the four variables have a significant effect (F = 367.962; Sig. = 0.000) with an R Square value of 0.931, indicating that 93.1% of the variance in outpatient service productivity is explained by the four variables, while 6.9% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Information quality is the most dominant contributing variable. This study concludes that system stability, information quality, IT technical support, and system efficiency are important factors that need to be managed in an integrated manner to improve EMR-based outpatient service productivity. Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of attitude in the relationship between non-monetary benefits, monetary benefits, and the intention to use Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services. Drawing on the Theory of Planned Behavior, perceived benefits are conceptualized as behavioral beliefs that shape consumers’ attitudes toward BNPL. This study employed a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire administered via Google Forms using purposive sampling. The respondents were Generation Z individuals residing in Indonesia who had never used BNPL services. A total of 204 valid responses were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS4 software. The results show that non-monetary benefits positively influence both attitude and intention to use BNPL. In contrast, monetary benefits positively influence attitude but do not directly affect intention to use BNPL. Attitude positively affects intention to use BNPL and partially mediates the relationship between non-monetary benefits and intention to use. Furthermore, attitude fully mediates the relationship between monetary benefits and intention to use. The model explains 64.2% of the variance in attitude and 66.3% of the variance in intention to use, with a Q² value of 87.9%. These findings highlight the importance of fostering positive attitudes to strengthen BNPL usage intentions among prospective Generation Z users.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fluctuating annual sales of motorcycles and the suboptimal use of digital marketing in dealership promotional activities. Furthermore, the majority of consumers still rely more on recommendations from family, friends, or close acquaintances before deciding to purchase a motorcycle. This study aims to determine the influence of digital marketing and word-of-mouth on purchasing decisions at the Honda Agung Motor dealership in Sikka Regency. A quantitative method with an associative approach was employed. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 85 respondents, all of whom were consumers of the Honda Agung Motor dealership. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test. Descriptive analysis results indicate that respondent perception regarding the Digital Marketing variable was 74.19% (categorized as "good"), while perception regarding the Word-of-Mouth variable was 42.36% (also categorized as "good"). The t-test results show a significance value of 0.000 for the Digital Marketing variable. Since this value is lower than the 5% alpha level, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected; this implies that the Digital Marketing variable (X) has a significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable (Y). Additionally, the coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.567, meaning that the Digital Marketing variable (X) contributes 32.2% to the variation in the Purchasing Decision variable (Y). Abstract

The development of the digital ecosystem has driven the growth of startup businesses in Indonesia while also intensifying competition, making the ability to retain customers just as important as acquiring new ones. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing strategies on customer loyalty in startup businesses through a qualitative literature review approach. Data were obtained from relevant scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods through the processes of data collection, categorization, and synthesis of findings. The results indicate that marketing strategies significantly contribute to shaping customer loyalty, particularly by enhancing satisfaction, trust, and a more personalized customer experience. The implementation of digital marketing, CRM, and relational approaches has proven to strengthen long-term engagement between companies and customers. However, their effectiveness is also influenced by service quality and brand perception. These findings confirm that integrated, relationship-oriented marketing strategies are critical factors in sustaining customer loyalty in startup businesses in the digital era.
