Abstract

ABSTRAK Ilmu kimia sangat penting kedudukannya karena berada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kimia adalah satu mata pelajaran yang mempelajari materi dan perubahan yang terjadi di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jgsa Tipe Jigsaw dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok materi kimia unsur di kelas XII IPA’1 SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Oktober-November 2022. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XII IPA’1 SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai berjumlah 27 orang. Setelah diadakan tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II, maka ketercapaian KKM KD setelah diadakan ulangan harian menjadi 78,14 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 93,10%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran Tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII-MIPA’1 SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai pada materi kimia unsur dengan kompetensi dasar memahami karakteristik unsur-unsur penting, kegunaan, dan bahayanya serta terdapatnya di alamdapat ditingkatkan dengan mengaplikasikan penugasan tugas membaca buku pelajaran terkait dengan materi yang akan dipelajari sebelum mereka masuk di kelas. ABSTRACT Chemistry is very important position because it is in everyday life. Chemistry is a subject that studies matter and the changes that occur in it. This research includes classroom action research, namely the existence of actions to solve problems that occur in class practically and effectively. This study aims to describe the use of the Jgsa type Jigsaw cooperative learning model in increasing student learning activities and outcomes on the subject matter of elemental chemistry in class XII IPA'1 SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai. This research was conducted in October-November 2022. The research subjects were 27 students in class XII IPA'1 at SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai. After the actions were held in cycle I and cycle II, the KKM KD achievement after daily tests was held to be 78.14 with classical completeness of 93.10%. The results showed that the application of the Jigsaw Type learning model could increase the activity and learning outcomes of class XII-MIPA'1 students of SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai in elemental chemistry with the basic competence of understanding the characteristics of important elements, their uses, and their dangers and their presence in nature could be increased by apply assignments to read textbooks related to the material to be studied before they enter class.

Abstract

This pre-experimental research aims to describe the student’s science process skill in guided inquiry learning model in the subject matter of acid and base titration. The research population were all students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pangkajene consist of 4 class were 115 students. The research samples were 29 students of class XI IPA Archimedes SMA Negeri 2 Pangkajene. Science Process Skill data was collected by observation sheet, student worksheet, and lab report was observed during the learning process. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average percentage of science process skills of students with 9 indicators (asking questions was 77,01% classified good category, make hypotheses was 56,89% classified not good category, research plan was 100% classified very good category, using tools and materials was 75,82% classified good category, interpreting was 81,35% classified good category, measuring was 66,39% classified enough good category, calculating was 78,46% classified good category, predicting was 60,34% classified not good category and communicate the results was 88,08% classified very good category). Thises mean that the student’s science process skill of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pangkajene in guided inquiry learning model of the subject matter acid-base titration was 76,04% good category.

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental research aimed to determine the effect of giving quiz in the beginning of each meeting through concept attainment learning toward the motivation and student achievement on class X SMAN 1 Liliriaja. The independent variable in this study is using quiz in the beginning of each meeting through the concept attainment learning on the experimental class and without quiz in control class, and the dependent variable is the motivation and students achievement on chemical bonding subject matter. The population was all of class X SMAN 1 Liliriaja which consists of 11 classes, and the sample consisted of two classes such as class X.1 as an experiment class with 35 students and X.2 as a control class with 35 students. The data was obtained by giving a statement motivation questioner consisting of 25 statements. Data were analyzed using a likert scale scoring and obtained by the students motivation in good category, then by using SPSS and found that the correlation between the variables has a significant correlation. Data were obtained by providing student achievement test on chemical bonding Data were obtained by providing students achievement test on chemical bonding subject matter in the form of post-test which consists of 20 items multiple choice. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test products t(count) > t(table) = 4,873 > 1.67 at α ═ 0.05. T-test results prove that using quiz in the beginning of each meeting through concept attainment learning give positive effect on motivation and students achievement at class X SMA Negeri 1 Liliriaja studies on chemical bonding.

Abstract

This research was a quasi-experiment research that aimed to know the effect of Talking Stick Method in Guided Inkuiry Model Towards Chemistry Learning Outcomes of Class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Gowa on Buffer Solution Subject Matter. The post-test only control group design was used in this research. The Sample was taken randomly. Result of prerequisite analysis for inferential statistic show that the data of experiment and control class was not distributed normally and it has homogeny variance. So, Man-Withney parametric test with ∝=0.05 was used with yield z calculated; 3,27 > z table 1.64. It can be concluded that H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means that there is an effect of talking stick method in guided inkuiry model towards chemistry learning outcomes of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Gowa on buffer solution subject matter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Development Research) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk SMA kelas XI berdasarkan KTSP yang dapat dipakai sebagai alternatif media bagi guru dalam pembelajaran kimia sekaligus dapat dipakai siswa sebagai sumber belajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang sebanyak 33 orang. Pengembangan media pembelajaran ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang memiliki langkah-langkah sebagai berikut analysis (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Media pembelajaran ini telah divalidasi oleh validator dan telah melalui uji coba terbatas. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid, efektif dan efisien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) nilai rata-rata tes hasil belajar siswa yaitu 80 dengan persen ketuntasan kelas sebesar 87,88%; (2) umumnya siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan persentase yang menyatakan sangat baik dan baik berturut-turut sebesar 93,94% dan 6,06%, begitupun dengan respon guru yang secara keseluruhan memberikan respon yang sangat positif dengan persentase 100% yang menyatakan sangat baik. Sehingga, media pembelajaran dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran kimia. ABSTRACT This development research is aimed to develop an interactive learning media based on guided inquiry for Senior High School grade XI refers to KTSP that can be used as an alternative media for teacher in chemistry instruction and it also can be used by students as learning source. The subject is students of class XI Exact 1 SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang with 33 students. The development of this learning media refers to ADDIE model that consist of several phases: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This learning media has been validated by validator and through limited trial. The learning media developed is categorized as valid, effective and practical. This research showed that: (1) average value of students learning achievement is 80 with class completeness is 87,88%; (2) commonly students gave positive responses toward learning media developed with percentage that expressed very good and good are in the amount of 93,94% and 6,06%, in a series, as are teache rs responses which gave very positive responses totality with percentage 100% expressed very good. So, the learning media can be used in chemistry instruction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi pokok asam basa. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Gowa pada tahun 2017/2018. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, tes diagnostik three-tier multiple choice dan wawancara. Hasil tes diagnostik three-tier multiple choice diperoleh nilai rata-rata paham paham konsep 47,10%, tidak paham konsep 25,83%, miskonsepsi 21,67%, dan error 5,42%, dan dari hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa masih ada jawaban yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan hasil tes diagnostik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi asam basa dikategorikan kurang berdasarkan kriteria pendeskripsian tingkat pemahaman konsep yaitu 46%-55%. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyz the level of understanding concept of student of class XI SMA 19 Negeri Gowa in academic year of 2017/2018. Data was collected by observation sheet, three-tier multiple choice diagnostic tests and interviews. Results of the three-tier multiple choice diagnostic test value of understanding the concept of 47.10%, do not understand the concept of 25.83%, misconception of 21.67%, and error 5.42% and from result of interviews it is known that there are still answers given not in accordance with the results of diagnostic tests.Result of this research indicate the level of students' conceptual understanding of acid-base material was categorized as low based on the criteria for describing the concept level of understanding, about 46% -55%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menerapkan langkah-langkah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together) untuk meningkatkan aktvitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X-A SMAN 1 Bungin, Kab. Enrekang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50,15% dan siklus II sebesar 76,50%. Adapun nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas X-A SMAN 1 Bungin pada siklus I sebesar 61,18 dan siklus II sebesar 77,78. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah yang diterapkan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X-A SMAN 1 Bungin. Adapun langkah-langkah penerapan model NHT, yaitu: (1) Fase penomoran (Numbering)serta menyampaikan tujuan dan motivasi dilakukan dengan cara menunjuk langsung siswa untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan dan menegaskan ulang kepada siswa untuk mencatat tujuan pembelajaran tiap pertemuan guna memudahkan siswa pada saat tes akhir siklus. (2) Fase pengajuan pertanyaan (Questioning) dan menyajikan informasi dilakukan dengan cara menemukan dan menuliskan konsep materi yang dipelajari agar siswa termotivasi untuk rajin membaca, menuliskan kata kunci pelajaran agar siswa mudah paham dengan materi, mencatat materi yang dibahas dengan mencatat hal penting, guru menunjuk langsung siswa secara acak untuk menjawab LKS dan pertanyaan dari guru, (3) Fase berpikir bersama (Head together) dilakukan dengan cara menegaskan siswa menggunakan literature atau buku untuk membantu siswa menjawab soal dan berkeliling ke tiap kelompok dan bertanya apa saja yang belum dimengerti dan mencatat hasil diskusi, (4) Fase pemberian jawaban (Answering) dilakukan dengan cara membagi soal kepada tiap-tiap nomor kepala dan menunjuk lagsung siswa untuk menjawab dan mengerjakan soal, (5) Fase evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara menunjuk langsung untuk menyimpulkan materi dan menegaskan siswa lain untuk mencatat kesimpulan yang disampaikan temannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Campalagian yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan tipe STAD. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Campalagian yang terdiri dari sembilan kelas, sedangkan sampelnya adalah kelas X1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan kelas X5 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing 35 orang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “Posttest Only Design”.Variabel bebasnya adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan variable terikatnya yaitu hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas TGT pada posttest yaitu 71,53 lebih tinggi daripada kelas STAD dengan nilai posttest yaitu 63,61, dan berdasarkan analisis statistic berbeda secara signifikan. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dan tipe STAD di kelas X SMAN 1 Campalagian pada Materi Pokok Reaksi Reduksi dan Oksidasi. ABSTRACT This research is aimed to find out the difference of learning outcomes between the tenth grade students which taught with TGT and STAD type.The population of this research was the tenth grade students of SMAN 1 Campalagian which consists of nine classes. While the samples were class X1 as the first experimental class which taught with cooperative TGT type and class X5 as the second experimental class which taught with cooperative STAD type, each class consists of 35 students. The design research is “Posttest Only Design”. The independent variables are the cooperative learning TGT type and cooperative learning STAD type, while the dependent variable is the learning outcomes. The result showed that mean score of TGT class on posttest was 71,53 higher than STAD class with mean score on posttest was 63,61, and different significantly. It can be concluded that there is a difference of learning outcomes between the tenth grade students of SMAN 1 Campalagian which taught with TGT type and STAD type on the main material Reduction and Oxidation Reaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode team quiz pada model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sumarorong. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sumarorong yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling sehingga Kelas X MIA I sebagai kelompok Eksperimen dan kelas X MIA II sebagai kelompok kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 32 dan 35 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan data adalah memberi tes akhir hasil belajar pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, dimana hasil yang diperoleh untuk kelompok eksperimen terdapat 24 peserta didik masuk dalam kategori tuntas dengan persentase 75% dan untuk kelompok kontrol terdapat 23 peserta didik masuk dalam kategori tuntas dengan persentase 65,71%. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskripitif dan statistik inferensial. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dimana Zhitung = 1,82, pada taraf signifikan α=0,05 diperoleh nilai Ztabel = 1,64, dengan demikian disimpulkan ada pengaruh metode team quiz pada model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sumarorong pada materi reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi. The research design used was posttest only control group. The population in this study were students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sumarorong which consisted of two classes. The sampling technique used simple random sampling so that Class X MIA I as the Experiment group and class X MIA II as the control group, respectively 32 and 35 people. The data collection technique was to provide a final test of learning outcomes in the experimental groub and the control groub, where the results obtained for the experimental groub were 24 students in the complete category with a percentage of 75% and for the control groub there were 23 students in the complete category with a percentage of 65,71%. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney test where Zcaculated = 1.82, at the significant level α = 0.05, the value of Ztable = 1.64 was obtained, thus it was concluded that there was an effect of the team quiz method on the discovery learning model on the learning outcomes of class students X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Sumarorong on reduction and oxidation reaction material.

Abstract

The research was a quasi-experimental that aimed to know the effect ofdiscovery learning model toward student’s motivation and achievement of class X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Lau Maros. The independent variable in this experiment was discovery learning model and the dependent variable were student’s motivation and achievement on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution subject matter. The population was class X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Lau Maros consisted of 180 students. Taking technique of sample was simple random sampling. The sample of this research consisted of two classes, namely class X MIA3 as a experiment class with 30 students and class X MIA2 as a control class with 30 students. The data of the research were gathered by motivation questionnaire and achievement testelectrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution subject matter for post-test which were analyzedby using t-test. Results of inferential statisticalanalysis for learning motivation were tcalculated =2.59>t(0,05;58)=1,67 and achievement were tcalculated =2.43>t(0,05;58)=1,67. Conclude that discovery learning model gives effected toward student’s motivation and achievement of class X MIA SMA Negeri 3Lau Maros on electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution subject matter.
