Abstract

Sweetened condensed milk (SCM) is a popular product in Indonesia; however, it often contains high levels of sugar, which can have adverse health effects. Excessive sugar consumption is associated with health issues such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. The Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) plays a crucial role in monitoring this product to protect consumers. BPOM regulations concerning the supervision of SCM, such as the Head of BPOM Regulation No. 31 of 2018, govern product labeling, including the prohibition of misleading health claims and the requirement to provide clear information regarding sugar content. Although these regulations exist, their implementation faces challenges, such as limited surveillance and weak enforcement. Misleading marketing and labeling practices still occur, with many producers claiming SCM is a healthy product, especially for children. This contradicts BPOM regulations and has the potential to mislead consumers, particularly parents. Therefore, a juridical analysis of BPOM regulations is essential to ensure consumer protection and strengthen the monitoring of SCM products. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of BPOM regulations in supervising the sale of SCM and the juridical implications that can be taken to improve consumer protection. Cooperation between BPOM, producers, and the media is needed to enhance public education and strengthen law enforcement to control excessive sugar consumption.

Abstract

Abstrak Ransomware merupakan salah satu jenis serangan siber yang semakin marak terjadi, terutama pada data penting seperti data Pribadi, Data Nasional (PDN). Serangan ini tidak hanya mengancam integritas dan kerahasiaan data, tetapi juga menimbulkan implikasi etis yang signifikan bagi para profesional di bidang keamanan siber. Jurnal ini membahas berbagai aspek terkait ransomware, mulai dari mekanisme serangan hingga dampaknya terhadap individu dan organisasi. Selain itu, jurnal ini mengeksplorasi tanggung jawab profesional yang harus diemban oleh para ahli keamanan siber dalam menangani dan mencegah serangan ransomware. Melalui analisis ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya etika dalam pengelolaan keamanan siber, serta mendorong praktik terbaik untuk melindungi data PDN dari ancaman yang terus berkembang. Abstract

It is essential to understand how the multicultural environment in Islamic boarding schools contributes to the formation of adolescents' social identity and how these schools play a role in fostering harmony amidst diversity. This study employs a qualitative approach to explore in-depth the social phenomena, particularly the interaction between the multicultural environment and the process of forming social identity among adolescents at Ulumul Qur'an Al-Qindiliyyah Islamic boarding school. The success in shaping an inclusive social identity demonstrates that multicultural boarding schools can serve as educational models that not only strengthen religious values but also integrate cultural values from the broader society.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze religious conflicts occurring at SMK Negeri 1 Wonosobo and how religious differences in the school environment can lead to issues and ways to address them. Differences in religious beliefs among students often become a source of tension, discrimination, and conflicts that negatively impact social relations within the school. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that religious conflicts arise due to stereotypes, lack of interfaith understanding, and influences from the external environment outside the school. To address these conflicts, it is recommended to implement multicultural education programs, interfaith dialogue activities, and the establishment of school policies that support tolerance. The emergence of conflicts under the banner of religion indicates that Indonesia still lacks a comprehensive understanding of its multicultural internal conditions. Community differences should be the foundation for preserving identity through maintaining national integration, rather than as a trigger for intergroup conflict. Through multicultural Islamic education, this paper offers an alternative for resolving religious conflicts in Indonesia based on values embedded within Islamic teachings. Multicultural Islamic education can be used as a new approach to changing the way people think and perceive, as well as to enhance attitudes and behaviors within a diverse society. In this context, multicultural Islamic education instills a spirit of religious life based on the values of peace, tolerance, respect for diversity, and other attitudes that uphold human values and the spirit of Indonesian national unity. This research employs a qualitative approach to gain a deep understanding of religious conflicts at a single location (SMK N 1 Wonosobo) by observing interaction patterns, identifying involved actors, and analyzing conflicts that arise as well as the methods of addressing them. In-depth interviews with students, teachers, and school officials can provide rich data on their perceptions and experiences regarding religious differences in the school. If exploring the cultural and religious dynamics within the school environment is desired, the ethnographic method will help understand conflicts from the perspective of those directly involved. Researchers can observe daily interactions to identify sources of tension and the strategies employed by the school to address these issues

Abstract

Maintaining the Deposit Interest Rate (TBS) is one of the tasks of LPS in carrying out its functions, actively participating in maintaining the stability of the banking system in accordance with its authority, as intended in Article 4 letter a of the LPS Law. The deposit interest rate or savings interest rate (SBP) is the reward given by the bank to customers for the service of storing their money in the bank. Deposit interest rates are a form of bank appreciation for customers. Maintaining deposit interest rates can have a positive impact on banking stability in Indonesia.

Abstract

The legal evidentiary system in divorce cases in Indonesia is an important aspect of family law that has an influence on the outcome of a marriage break-up. Divorce, as a legal act, is the official termination of the marriage bond between husband and wife that is recognized by a court decision. Filing for a divorce process can only be done before a Court Hearing; this happens if previous mediation efforts have been made by the competent Court but have not yielded results. In the context of civil law, a divorce application by a husband and wife can only be accepted based on clear reasons and regulated by law. Divorce is the last option in resolving conflicts between husband and wife after various efforts to maintain the marital relationship have been made but have not produced the expected changes and indicate that the husband and wife are no longer able to live together as a married couple. To better understand the legal regulations regarding divorce in the Indonesian legal system, this journal article discusses the legal evidentiary system for this matter.

Abstract

The goal of this publication is to examine Imam Al-Ghazali's ideas about the curriculum, with a focus on how scientific and religious knowledge particularly Arabic should be integrated. Imam Al-Ghazali created a curriculum model that blends worldly knowledge with religious knowledge, particularly in the areas of fiqh, hadith, and Arabic, in order to create people who are not only intellectually gifted but also of noble character. Arabic plays a crucial part in this curriculum since it is the primary language used to comprehend the Koran and hadith, which form the foundation of Islamic beliefs. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas lebih dalam mengenai penerapan mata pelajaran Aswaja di MI AL-Falah Kuncung Banyuarang Ngoro Jombang pembelajaran agama yang butuh ditanamkan kepada para murid supaya tidak terjerumus dalam pergaulan yang menyimpang diera kemajuan globalisasi sekarang.Dalam hal ini seorang guru pembelajaran agama Islam sangat berarti kedudukannya dalam membentuk kepribadian muridnya dengan baik tanpa mengesampingkan norma-norma agama. Ajaran Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah atau biasanya disingkat dengan kata ASWAJA oleh kalangan Nahdliyin (NU) dikira cocok dengan Islam Indonesia,sebab didalamnya terdapat ajaran mengenai prinsip-prinsip,nilai-nilai aswaja seperti Tawassuth (mooderat) ,Tawasun (balance atau seimbang),Ta`adhul (adil),Tasamuh (toleransi). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan mata pelajaran Aswaja di MI AL-Falah kuncung sudah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran yang telah dibuat. Hal ini dilakukakn untuk mendukung siswa agar lebih memahami materi Aswaja,dan benar-benar mampu menerapkan dengan baik dalam tindakan,fikiran,ucapan didalam kehidupan sehari-hari

Abstract

Health status is increasingly declining in the community, especially rural communities. Public Health Problems are global challenges that are often influenced by social, economic and environmental factors. Some of the health problems of rural communities are limited access to health services, low number of families participating in family planning programs, higher poverty rates, and many residents who do not have health insurance. Efforts to overcome this problem are by promoting health education through outreach programs that focus on disease prevention, increasing access to health services through government policies, and providing information to rural communities about the importance of creating a healthy environment. The design of this research is a Systematic Literature Review based on journal references. Through these prevention efforts, it is hoped that rural community health problems can be resolved and the quality of life of rural communities can improve significantly.
