Abstract

Makeup Artist as a business-to-consumer (B2C) that focuses on providing direct services to individual clients. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, digital marketing has been increasingly relied upon to reach users. Content optimization through social media is an effective strategy in reaching users. Through phenomenology involving a number of prominent Makeup Artists in Jakarta, this research explores the use of Communication Mix tools used by Makeup Artists in marketing their services. A qualitative research method with color coding was used for the case studies in this research. The Communication Mix is the main object of this research, while the leading Makeup Artists in Jakarta will be the subject of the research. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews and content from social media used by makeup artists. From the results of data analysis using color coding on interview transcripts, from 6 (six) Communication Mixes: 1) Advertising, 2) Public Relations, 3) Sales service/agents/remote marketing, 4) Events, activities, and meetings, 5) Word of Mouth, 6) Sales Promotion, only 4 (four) are maximally used by Makeup Artists. No one Communication Mix tool can stand alone. Instead, a strategic combination of all four Communication Mix tools, namely: 1) Advertising, 2) Sales Promotion, 3) Public Relations, and 4) Word of Mouth, can create a very strong synergistic effect in expanding the reach and increasing the success of the Makeup Artist's business and can be maximally used by the Makeup Artist for services and acquiring potential clients.

Fourth, accountability of Tanjung Raya BUMDes management in terms of openness can be concluded that it has not been optimal because BUMDes managers do not regularly report and lack coordination with the Village Government. Fifth, management accountability in terms of resource utilization can be concluded not optimal seen from the manager not utilizing existing resources in Boyan Tanjung Village, the last management accountability in terms of effectiveness and efficiency can be said to be not optimal, this can be seen from the inactivity of BUMDes managers so that they are assisted by the village government in developing business units. Abstract

Sumenep is currently beginning to reveal its identity to the people of Indonesia, with its new motto Sumenep City of Keris. This motto is being promoted to the community to introduce the culture of the city. However, it is unfortunate that the opportunity of the keris industry in Sumenep Regency cannot provide a positive contribution to the economic welfare of the population in Sumenep Regency, mainly due to the lack of support from the Sumenep Regency Government in formulating policies, which is still not optimal. The sensitivity of the local government is indeed being tested, especially with the existence of Republic of Indonesia Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951. After Sumenep City declared itself as the city of keris, it is feared that there will be many people who will need legal protection if they want to bring heritage items such as keris in the future. This emergency law is also considered outdated or obsolete by researchers because it no longer suits the current situation and conditions. In this study, the researcher used normative research methods with legislative approach and case approach. The legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials using descriptive analysis techniques, systematic techniques, and argumentation techniques. The goal is for the local government to educate and introduce the Culture and Local Wisdom in Sumenep Regency to the elements of the community, and for the people of Sumenep Regency to develop tourism based on Culture and Local Wisdom in Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of sales on the net profit of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The variables of this research are: (1) Sales as the dependent variable (Y) which is measured by sales taken from sales contained in the profit/loss report, and (2) Net Profit as the independent variable (X). The population in this study is the report financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the sample in this study is the financial reports of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published complete annual reports from 2016-2020 and obtained net profits from 2016-2020 which were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis (t test and coefficient of determination test) using SPSS v 25. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 23.556 + 0.046X was obtained, which means that when sales are zero and do not change, the net profit is equal to 23,556 and for every increase in sales (X) by one unit, the net profit variable (Y) will increase by 0.046. The results of the t test show a sig value <0.05 (000<0.05), which means that the hypothesis is accepted that sales have a positive and significant effect on the net profit of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the coefficient of determination test (r2) show an r2 value of 0.557 or 55.7%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (sales) on the dependent variable (net profit) is 55.7% while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other factors outside of this research

However, the reality on the ground turns out that there are several conditions of this cooperation model that are not fulfilled or even exceed the capacity of one of the parties in the cooperation for the development, development and management of Pantai Sembilan Tourism. However, apart from some discrepancies and also some adjustments to the characteristics and offers that might be taken into consideration by both parties, what needs to be noted is that this cooperation model can now be said to have succeeded in achieving its initial objectives. Agreement.
