The SDGs are a global action plan agreed upon by world leaders to end poverty, reduce inequality, and protect the environment. The SDGs contain 17 Goals and 169 Targets, so each article must be linked to these goals and targets (as stated in the contribution statement). Abstract

Digital marketing plays an important role in strengthening brand awareness and expanding the marketing reach of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Realizing this important role, the STIE Indonesia Banking School community service team carried out community service activities to support Ratoeh Indah, an MSME, in utilizing digital marketing tools and strategies. The results of initial observations and interviews show that Ratoeh Indah has not utilized the potential of social media for product promotion, nor has she used online shopping platforms or digital advertising to achieve competitive advantage and innovation. Historically, Ratoeh Indah relied on conventional door-to-door sales methods, limiting its reach and growth potential. To address this gap, our intervention includes a comprehensive approach that utilizes SWOT analysis, interviews, observation, and direct mentoring. The main activities include creating and optimizing an Instagram account for product promotion, creating targeted advertisements on Instagram, establishing an online shop on the e-commerce platform Shopee, and implementing more environmentally friendly packaging solutions. The results of the service activities carried out are very significant. There has been a marked increase in brand awareness, evidenced by the growth of Instagram followers and engagement metrics. Additionally, newly established Shopee stores experienced increased visitor traffic, indicating successful penetration into the online shopping realm. The community service undertaken underscores the transformative impact of digital marketing on MSMEs, providing a model for similar companies seeking to strengthen brand awareness and expand marketing reach.

Abstract

The level of financial literacy of Indonesian people is currently showing an encouraging increase, in 2023 the level of financial literacy of Indonesian people will reach 69.7 points, an increase from 2020 of 66.5 points, this means that the level of knowledge and understanding of Indonesian people towards money is in a good position. which is encouraging. This can be seen from the increase in activities in the financial sector, such as now every person has a bank account, which means that every citizen in Indonesia has started to understand about saving, apart from that, Generation Z has now started talking about investment, especially stock investment, this Of course it is encouraging because the literacy skills of Indonesian citizens can be equated with those of other developed countries. The increase in the financial literacy index has of course been encouraging lately, but there are still incidents reported by both the media and social media regarding victims of fraudulent investments. Bodong investment is a term for fraudulent activities under the guise of investment. This usually happens when a party offers an investment with a high rate of return, without risk, which makes people tempted and even decide to follow the investment. In the name of investment, these fraudulent activities never seem to disappear in Indonesia, as if people have never learned from previous experiences. This can happen because even though the level of financial literacy has increased, if someone carries out their activities, their finances are not only always influenced by a high level of intelligence, but they are also affected. by psychological factors, so it is natural that fraudulent investment incidents always occur. This community service activity takes the form of outreach and community outreach to the target community which is divided into two stages. The first stage, planning between the organizer and the target community begins with completing an administrative recommendation form and a letter of willingness for the target which contains roles, duties, principal and functions. The second stage, implementation takes the form of counseling delivered offline (outside the network) taking place in the school hall. This community service activity is actually a form of plan in the form of a digital financial counseling series. So the relevance of one activity to other activities will be designed. Thus, it is still open for the next series of service with coverage not only of the same target community but also the network of the target community itself, in this case the community and other community institutions that are part of the Taman Indria Kindergarten network (parent to Taman Siswa) around the city of Bandung, so that The digital financial literacy target could be more broadly segmented.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between service quality, corporate image, and customer trust using a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design and PLS 4 data analysis based on a survey of 121 hotel customers in Kendari, Indonesia. The findings indicate that customer trust has a significant positive impact on corporate image, and statistically, an increase in customer trust enhances the corporate image. Service quality also has a significant positive effect on both corporate image and customer trust, with partial mediation by customer trust. The practical implications suggest that hotel companies should focus on improving customer trust and service quality to strengthen their corporate image. The study's limitations include data solely from the hospitality sector and a cross-sectional design that restricts the assessment of causal relationships. Future research is recommended to expand the scope to other industry sectors, employ a longitudinal design, and explore additional variables such as customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as qualitative methods for deeper insights.
