Abstract

This study examines the impact of conflict management and internal communication on employee satisfaction within the creative industries in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 150 employees using a structured questionnaire featuring a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicate that effective conflict management significantly enhances employee satisfaction, with clear and consistent internal communication further amplifying this effect. Additionally, internal communication was found to moderate the relationship between conflict management and employee satisfaction, highlighting its critical role in fostering a positive work environment. These results suggest that fostering a harmonious work environment and promoting transparent communication channels are crucial for improving employee satisfaction in the creative sector. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationships between conflict management, internal communication, and employee satisfaction, offering valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers aiming to enhance organizational performance in the creative industries.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of community participation, government policy, and Islamic financial education on the development of Sharia economics in West Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 respondents using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings indicate that all three hypotheses are positive and significant. Community participation, government policy, and Islamic financial education each have a substantial impact on fostering the growth of Sharia economics in the region. Specifically, Islamic financial education demonstrated the most substantial effect, followed by government policy and community participation. These results underscore the critical roles of community engagement, supportive governmental frameworks, and educational initiatives in advancing the Islamic economic system in West Java. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and community leaders aiming to enhance the development of Sharia economics through targeted strategies and programs.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership style, organizational culture, policy implementation, and community participation on the efficiency of public services and the happiness of employees in local government in Indonesia. The study involves a quantitative analysis with a sample size of 250 participants. It utilizes a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 and leverages Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) for data analysis. The findings demonstrate that all connections are both positive and statistically significant, emphasizing the crucial functions these parameters fulfill in public administration. Leadership style, corporate culture, policy execution, and community participation have a major positive impact on both public service efficiency and employee happiness. The findings provide significant theoretical contributions to the comprehension of public sector management and present practical implications for policymakers and practitioners seeking to enhance public service performance and employee morale.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of sustainable tourism management, tourist education, and environmental awareness on the visiting intentions of tourists in Ubud, Bali. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 respondents using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) was employed for data analysis to explore the relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that effective sustainable tourism management and heightened environmental awareness significantly enhance tourists' intentions to visit. Additionally, tourist education plays a crucial role in fostering environmental consciousness, further influencing visiting intentions. The results underscore the importance of integrated tourism strategies that prioritize sustainability and education to promote environmentally responsible travel behavior. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and tourism operators in developing sustainable tourism practices that align with visitors' environmental values.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of thematic curriculum and multimedia use on the learning interest and critical thinking skills of high school students in Central Java. A quantitative analysis was conducted using a sample of 160 students, with data collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that all hypothesized relationships are positive and significant. Specifically, multimedia use positively impacts both critical thinking skills and learning interest, while the thematic curriculum also positively influences critical thinking skills and learning interest. These findings suggest that integrating a thematic curriculum and multimedia tools can effectively enhance students' engagement and critical thinking abilities. The implications for educational practices and future research are discussed.

Abstract

By examining thematic clusters, research trends, emerging opportunities, and author collaborations, the analysis reveals key insights into the evolution and current state of this interdisciplinary domain. Thematic clusters highlight the integration of social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and creative industries, emphasizing their interconnectedness. Research trends indicate a shift from foundational concepts to the inclusion of entrepreneurial ecosystems, sustainability, and the impact of technology and support structures. Identified research opportunities suggest further exploration of synergies between social and creative entrepreneurship, enhancement of support systems, and assessment of long-term impacts. Co-authorship analysis underscores the collaborative nature of this field, while also identifying areas for increased interdisciplinary integration. These findings offer valuable guidance for researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners aiming to advance knowledge and practice in social entrepreneurship and the creative economy.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the technology industry, focusing on thematic clusters, research trends, potential research topics, and author collaborations. The analysis reveals that diversity and inclusion are central themes, with significant attention also given to gender diversity, equality, and innovation. Recent research trends highlight emerging areas such as accessibility, disability, and artificial intelligence. Potential research topics identified include accessibility and inclusive design, intersectionality, and the role of leadership in promoting DEI. The author collaboration network shows strong intra-group collaborations but limited inter-group interactions, suggesting opportunities for broader interdisciplinary research. This analysis provides valuable insights into the current state of DEI research in the tech industry and identifies key areas for future exploration to foster more inclusive and equitable environments.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of housing policy and access to health services in reducing economic inequality and improving welfare in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that all hypothesized relationships are positive and significant. Specifically, access to health services significantly enhances welfare and reduces economic inequality. Similarly, housing policy significantly improves welfare and reduces economic inequality. These results underscore the critical impact of robust housing policies and accessible health services on achieving greater economic equity and enhanced overall welfare. The study provides essential insights for policymakers to design effective interventions aimed at fostering a more equitable and prosperous society in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and brand image with customer satisfaction moderation on customer retention of iPhone smartphone users in Sukabumi Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty in the highly competitive smartphone industry. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study is iPhone smartphone users who live in Sukabumi Regency. The number of samples taken was 155 people, with non-probability sampling used to determine the sample. The data used in this study is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) and the data analysis technique uses the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of the study show that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer retention. However, customer satisfaction does not positively moderate the relationship between product quality and brand image with customer retention. Further research is recommended to explore other factors that can moderate this relationship.

Abstract

This study investigates Sharon L. Crasnow's perspective on the philosophy of science, specifically exploring its compatibility with feminist ideals. Crasnow introduces her notion of model-based objectivity as a reaction and expansion of the principles advocated by feminist empiricism, postmodernism, and Harding and Wylie's feminist standpoint viewpoint theory. Crasnow holds the belief that there is an inherent connection between science and value. The efficacy of grounding in scientific endeavor and the development of epistemic virtues depend on specific societal principles, such as acknowledging and appreciating women's contributions in scientific discussions. Feminism is not considered a dedicated adherence to a particular set of beliefs or ideology. Instead, people view feminism as a mindset or a critical scientific perspective. According to Crasnow, the best way to understand natural reality is to use a model to achieve a clear and objective understanding. The procedure entails identifying specific values that lay the groundwork for modeling. These values are evaluated by considering pragmatic variables and maximizing the achievement of goals. In this context, objectivity refers to the validation of a value based on its ability to improve people's lives to the fullest extent. This enhances the model's capacity to serve as a means of accomplishing it.
