Background: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a disorder of the wrist due to narrowing of the carpal tunnel, either due to edema of the fascia in the carpal tunnel or due to abnormalities in the small bones of the hand (carpal bones) resulting in pressure on the median nerve. on the wrist. CTS is defined as weakness in the hands accompanied by pain in the distribution area of the median nerve (Sidharta, 2004). Nerve mobilization is a manipulation technique by moving and stretching nerve tissue to increase axonal transportation so that it can improve nerve conduction. Nerve mobilization can reduce the pressure in the nerves so that there is an increase in blood flow to the nerves, which can have a regenerative and healing effect on injured nerves (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Upper Limb Tension Test (ULTT) is carried out at the branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses ULTT on the median nerve, namely ULTT 1 which is related to CTS. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the ULTT 1 method in cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. Two group pre test and post test method. Research Place: Physiotherapy clinic, RSU Sidoarjo. TIME: Measuring instrument: Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: treatment using the Mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in pain in group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating CTS patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is level 2.

Anemia is a serious health problem in pregnant women because red blood cells play an important role in distributing supplements and oxygen for fetal development. Based on WHO data (2019), the number of people in the world who suffer from anemia is more than 2 billion people or 30% of the total population. Pregnant women who experience anemia worldwide reach 41.8%. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women at the Bungus Community Health Center in 2021 is 36% and is the highest incidence of anemia among all community health centers in Padang City. Among the risk factors that cause iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women are age and parity. This research uses quantitative methods through a cross sectional approach with a sample of 67 pregnant women in the Bungus Community Health Center working area. Random sampling technique proportional simple random sampling and data analysis using tests Chi-Square. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between maternal age (p=0,046) with the incidence of anemia, while parity showed no significant relationship (p=0,119). It is hoped that Bungus Community Health Center officers can increase intensive outreach strategies so that the incidence of anemia in pregnant women can be prevented from an early age.

Cancer pain occurs in more than half of cancer patients and affects their quality of life. The complexities of proinflammatory molecules in the tumor microenvironment contribute to pain. The MMPs, as proteolytic enzymes involved in cancer cell migration towards the surrounding environment, demonstrate their connection to the development of pain in cancer. As complex molecules, MMPs can be influenced by various cytokines and chemokines, mainly throughout neuroinflammation, which decreases neuron sensitivity and boosts hyperexcitability in pain-controlling mechanisms.

Ovarian tumor is a condition where the ovaries experience abnormal growth, disrupting their function as the site for follicles and the production and secretion of estrogen and progesterone, which regulate the menstrual process and women's hormones. This makes ovarian tumors highly dangerous. The purpose of this research is to understand the characteristics of ovarian tumor disease. This study is qualitative descriptive research using the literature study method through a review of literature from previous research journals. The results of this research explain that there are three types of ovarian tumors: benign tumors, borderline tumors, and malignant tumors. These tumors can develop into cancer in advanced stages, spreading to other organs, and their growth often goes unnoticed, earning them the nickname "silent killer." The characteristics of each tumor stage differ, emphasizing the need for exploration in patients affected by ovarian tumors. Based on the conducted research, it is recommended that further studies be conducted on the clinicopathological characteristics of ovarian tumors.

Dietary intervention with intermittent fasting can be a non-pharmacological management option in conditions of insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and obesity. Intermittent fasting is an example of calorie restriction (not eating and drinking that contains calories) at predetermined times. This intermittent fasting protocol can be divided into time-restricted eating (TRE), alternative day fasting (ADF), or religious fasting. Intermittent fasting increases AMP activated protein kinase (AMPK) and triggers autophagy which has a favorable effect on glucose metabolism, namely lowering blood glucose, plasma insulin levels and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR). In addition, this fasting can reduce apolipoprotein B, increase apolipoprotein A, and reduce the hormone leptin which affects the decrease of LDL, increase of HDL and weight loss. Additional benefits of intermittent fasting are anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer.

This research aims to investigate and analyze epilepsy as a disease that affects nervous tissue. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with literature study. Epilepsy is a neurological disease characterized by recurrent epileptic seizures. This disease affects the nerve tissue in the brain, causing disruption in the normal functioning of the nervous system. This research method includes analysis of literature studies relevant to the topic of epilepsy and its effect on neural networks. Various sources such as scientific journals, articles and books related to epilepsy and the nervous system were used in this research. Data collected through literature studies were then analyzed qualitatively to identify patterns, trends and important findings related to epilepsy as a disease that affects nervous tissue. The results of this study suggest that epilepsy can affect various aspects of neural networks, including brain structure, synapse connectivity, and electrical activity. Epileptic seizures that occur can cause damage to nerve tissue and affect overall brain function. Apart from that, epilepsy can also affect the development and growth of nervous tissue in children. These findings have important implications in the development of epilepsy diagnosis and treatment. With a better understanding of how epilepsy affects neural networks, we can develop more effective approaches to diagnosing this disease and design more appropriate treatment strategies. In addition, this research also provides additional insight into the pathophysiological mechanisms of epilepsy and strengthens our understanding of the complexity of this disease. This research highlights the importance of understanding epilepsy as a disease that affects neural networks. A qualitative approach with literature studies has helped reveal the relationship between epilepsy and neural networks, as well as the importance of diagnosis and treatment. Further research is needed to deepen our understanding of epilepsy and its effects on neural networks in more detail.
