Abstract

When we want change in our lives, we often expect immediate and drastic changes. We hope that this change will soon have a significant impact on our lives. But usually, we focus too much on results, don't commit to long-term changes, and the results are not optimal. Apart from building motivation and strong intentions, you must also develop habits and continuous improvement. Things like this are known based on the Japanese cultural principle of "Kaizen". Even the smallest changes in education can significantly impact improving the quality of education in schools. To maintain the quality of education in schools, there needs to be a significant increase in the level of education, through utilizing all instructional strategies and procedures used by teachers, educators, and students. The 5S concept (Seiri, Seiso, Seiton, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke), the PDCA concept, the 5W1H concept, and the 3M concept (Muda, Mura, and Muri) are some of the concepts that the Kaizen concept can justify to improve the quality of education. The process of collecting data through library research involves reading books, papers, journals, and other references to understand and analyze the theories presented in many literary works relevant to the topic. According to research findings, implementing kaizen culture in schools can have a positive effect on the field of education. In terms of efficiency or HR involvement as well as costs and time in implementation, this makes it possible to prevent waste and minimize failures in these activities because the implementation of educational activities through kaizen culture will be fully controlled and protected from sudden educational changes. Both in terms of curriculum, class management, extracurriculars, skills development, routine school activities, and providing learning.

Abstract

The basis of Islamic education plays a vital role in the future of the Indonesian nation. There is still homework that scholars need to complete regarding this training. The decline in the work enthusiasm of Indonesian children is apparent. The Koran has been related to every event that has occurred since it was revealed. Islamic education aims to illuminate the dark side of human behavior. Oh, that's why humans are ordered to read events in this universe to give a signal that humans without knowledge and revelation will lead to destruction. So it is important to deepen the study of the basics of education in the Al-Qur'an so that the Al-Qur'an can provide updates to the world of education. The method used in the study is descriptive analysis combined with Maudhu'i interpretation. Meanwhile, the data obtained through library research uses three stages of description, comparison, analysis, and development, which ultimately results in a conclusion by the problem formulation and research objectives.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to know: 1. How is school library management as a student’s learning resource in sdn nagrak 02 : what are the supporting factors and any obstacles in using school library as a student’s learning resource in sdn nagrak 02. It is observational research by using descriptive qualitatif method. Interviewing, observation, and documentation are used to get the data. The result of the research stated that the library itself as the main tool for managing a school library is not available in SDN Nagrak 02. This is because there is no room or space for a library that has the same large as the government standard. The collection of the class library in SDN Nagrak 02 is limited. There are only textbooks and teacher reference books. The school still has plans to have a library in its own space. Even it is still limited. In using a library, teachers maximize to use of the available facility as a learning resource for students. The ways are, the books are used in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. They are lent and can be brought home. The reading activity before the teaching and learning process in SDN Nagrak 02 has several factors. They are the class library, school librarian, also teacher’s spirit and creativity. Besides that, there are some inhibitors such as, the school hasn’t had a space for a school library yet, and the collection of the book is limited.

Abstract

The study in this article aims to obtain basic concepts in the development of teaching staff and educational staff. This article also aims to find development models, development management, and principles for developing teaching and educational staff. Apart from that, this article also has the aim of finding an appropriate development process, identifying challenges to professionalism, and the role and function of LPTK in developing teaching staff and educational staff. This article was written using the literacy method, namely by reviewing various literature related to the specified theme. In this way, this method can be justified theoretically to obtain cognitive and theoretical dialectical results according to the predetermined theme. This article produces several basic concepts in the development of teaching staff and educational staff. This article also finds development models, development management, and development principles that are expected to improve the quality of teaching and educational staff. Apart from that, this article considers also an effective process in developing and identifying challenges to professionalism, the role and function of LPTK in developing teaching staff, and the education staff themselves.

Abstract

Education is oriented toward science, skills, and values. This study aims to present the Al-Zarnuji education perspective and its relevance to the independent curriculum of learning. The method of research used is the method of library study which is to find and analyze various sources related to dialogues, journals, and texts related to speech. The primary data source of this research is the Ta’lim Muta’alim book by Imam AL-Zarnuji. The secondary data is the relevant kemendikbud curriculum document. It was found that the educational thinking of Imam Al-Zarnuji with an independent curriculum is an educational perspective that explains curricula, educational purposes, educators, pupils, and methods of learning according to Imam Al-Zarnuji relevance with the curriculums of independent learning applied today.

Abstract

Teacher job satisfaction is one of the factors that must be considered, if teachers feel satisfied at work, it will create an atmosphere full of togetherness, have the same responsibilities, a good communication climate, and also high morale so that school goals can be achieved optimally. But on the other hand, if teachers do not feel satisfied, it will create an atmosphere that is rigid, boring, and low team spirit. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to 66 teachers at MTs Darunnajah Jakarta as a sample of this study. From the results of research and calculations, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between principal supervision (X1) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) with a contribution between variables X1 to Y of 59.2%. The influence between subject teacher deliberations (X2) on teacher job satisfaction (Y) amounted to 62.5%. Based on the results of the coefficients of determination X1 and X2 on Y, it is simultaneously obtained at 0,752. This means that there is an influence between X1 and X2 to Y by 75.2% of the regression equation Ý = R2 × 100% or 0.752 × 100% = 75,2% while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

This study examines how deep decision-making changes can transform the fundamental principles of management within educational institutions. The issue arises from the increasingly complex challenges faced by educational leaders, necessitating a shift in the way decisions are made. The research aims to explore the impact of in-depth decision-making processes on management principles in educational settings. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved interviews and observations with school leaders and administrative staff to gather insights into the evolving decision-making dynamics. The results indicate that adopting a more reflective and comprehensive decision-making process leads to significant shifts in management strategies, fostering more adaptive, inclusive, and participatory leadership practices. The study concludes that by altering decision-making mechanisms, educational institutions can enhance their organizational efficiency and responsiveness to change, ultimately improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are not limited solely to the field of education but also serve a social function to enhance user satisfaction. The application of the societal character values of the Islamic community of Madinah during the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) can increase the effectiveness and productivity of an Islamic educational institution. This study proposes six character values. The research employs a literature review method by searching for sources, reading, and examining relevant materials related to the theme. After the examination, the findings are analyzed and subsequently written into a scientific article. The results of this study reveal that the six character values, namely, brotherhood, social equality; social cooperation; deliberation; participative and professionalism; universal social justice; social responsibility; and promoting good and preventing harm can be implemented in Islamic educational institutions through various approaches, behaviors, and activities. By consistently internalizing these six values with ongoing efforts and regular evaluation, the management and operations of Islamic educational institutions will become increasingly effective and productive

Abstract

Conflict management is an important skill in organizations and groups to maintain harmony and productivity. Conflict, defined as differences of opinion or clashes of interests between individuals or groups, can have negative impacts if not managed well, but can also be a source of innovation and development. This research aims to identify effective definitions, approaches and strategies in conflict management in order to provide practical guidance for organizations in handling conflict. The research method used is literature study with all information used coming from relevant articles and books. The research results show that an effective approach to conflict management includes integrating, obliging, dominating, avoiding and compromising approaches. These strategies, when implemented appropriately, can reduce tensions, strengthen communication, and build trust between the parties involved. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of selecting approaches and strategies that are adapted to the characteristics of conflict to produce constructive solutions, as well as the importance of developing conflict management skills for organizational members in order to achieve common goals

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the norms built among educators in the network of Islamic school organizations. This research uses qualitative research methods. In addition to relying on literature studies and interviews, the author was directly involved in activities organized by the Garut Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT). The results showed that the norms that live in this network of Integrated Islamic Schools cannot be separated from the influence of the tarbiyah movement as the background of the members' da'wah activities. In addition to the Islamic character of the founders, this norm has also become a mission that must exist in every Integrated Islamic School. However, not all schools labeled as Integrated Islamic Schools capture this mission. The Garut Integrated Islamic School Network ensures this norm can live among its member schools.
