Abstract

In this era leading to the industrial revolution 5.0, we are becoming increasingly aware of the magnitude of the western cultural system that has entered Indonesia, which is causing the Pancasila ethical culture to fade in this country. Therefore, the author wants to analyze how much the implementation of the Pancasila ethical culture compares with the western cultural system. in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analysis method that is relevant to the title of the research. Then the researcher also conducted interviews with the generation in the 5.0 era. From the results of findings and studies from various sources, it was found that 65% of the generation in the 5.0 era applied more of the cultural system. western than Pancasila ethical culture, this is because the influence of the social sphere and the flow of technology received mostly comes from the western cultural system. The solution that must be taken to improve Pancasila cultural ethics is to carry out a Pancasila campaign, strengthening cultural networks by providing a platform to display and promote traditional Indonesian arts and culture.

Abstract

White-collar crime has been defined by Edwin Sutherland as "crimes committed by persons of honor and high social status in his work" (1939). White collar crime, almost as perceived by corporate crime because that is done by way of fraud, bribery, embezzlement, computer crime, copyright infringement, money laundering, identity theft, and counterfeiting money. The research method is literature study, and to find out how the types of crimes that are categorized as "white collar crime", the result is the application of laws given to perpetrators of crime "white collar crime", has been providing justice and legal certainty to the community.

Abstract

Pancasila is the basis of the Indonesian state and its ideology which plays an important role in national development. Students' understanding of Pancasila as a national development paradigm is very important to ensure the sustainability of the nation's noble values in all aspects of life. This study aims to analyze students' level of understanding of Pancasila values (Pancasila as a national development paradigm) and how this understanding can be implemented in the context of national development. Through surveys and in-depth interviews, data were obtained from a number of student respondents representing various disciplines.

Abstract

The role of Pancasila as a foundation for the development of science indicates that Pancasila acts as a basis and guide for the advancement of science and technology. Advances in science and technology have a significant impact on human life, and evolution in this field has the potential to change the world through machine innovations that facilitate various human activities. The purpose of this research is to outline the meaningfulness of the role of Pancasila in the advancement of science and technology. The research method applied is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data was collected by documenting all similar research articles in the research report. A total of 10 national journal articles were taken as samples from Google Scholar database for this research. The results of this study show the importance of having a deep understanding of how Pancasila has an important role in keeping up with the rapid development of science and technology.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and explaining how community participation in the development of the Kampung Bandar tourist village and the inhibiting factors in implementing the development of the Kampung Bandar tourist village in Pekanbaru City. The theory used is the form of community participation according to Sutrata in the book Community Participation in Development which is divided into four types of participation, namely (1) Participation in Decision Making (2) Participation in Implementing Plans (3) Participation in enjoying the results (4) Participation in evaluation. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that in the decision-making stage, the community is involved, but holding meetings is only limited to activities in the tourist village, in implementing planned activities in the tourist village, the surrounding community will participate and have received attention and brought in tourists, as well as benefits from the development of the tourist village. Kampung Bandar has been felt by the local community because it can help the community's economy, but no evaluation has been carried out at this stage. The inhibiting factors are the lack of coordination and cooperation between existing human resources (HR), such as between the Pokdarwis and sub-districts, as well as among the Pokdarwis membership itself and there are still people who do not understand about the seven sapta of charms in the Kampung Bandar tourist village area.

Abstract

The research problem that the researchers took was that 15 Han Academy kickboxing athletes in Malang City often experienced tension in their leg muscles during training, so that when carrying out the training program the push kick kick speed was less than optimal. This study aims to find out whether sports massage has an effect on push kick kick speed for Han Academy kickboxing athletes, Malang City. The method used in this research is a pre- experimental research method using a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this research were 15 participants, selected using total sampling. The instrument used is a test, the test uses a stopwatch to count the number of repetitions of push kick kick speed, when carrying out the test activities it is recorded and documentation is added. The tests carried out included pre-test, treatment, and post-test for the number of repetitions of push kick kick speed. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the paired T-test with a confidence level of 95% of the push kick kick speed shows that the sig. (2 tailed) of 0.000 is smaller than The results and discussion can be concluded that the relationship between sports massage and push kick kick speed is influential, with sports massage, tired muscles become flexible and relaxed again because of sports massage so that the push kick speed training of Han Academy kickboxing athletes increases.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The focus of the research is the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model in the context of social studies learning, especially regarding the proclamation of Indonesian independence. This model offers various advantages, such as increasing critical thinking skills, student motivation, and positive social interactions. However, there are drawbacks that need to be considered, such as longer time and differences in student perceptions. This study also notes that the implementation of the Jigsaw model in social studies learning can successfully increase student activity, historical awareness, and learning achievement. In practice, teachers need to prepare sub-material carefully, choose appropriate learning media, and monitor the implementation of learning. With a good understanding of this model, learning can be more effective and enjoyable for students

Abstract

The problem formulation in this classroom action research is "Can the application of the articulation learning model improve learning outcomes in Natural Sciences subjects for students in class IX.1 MTs Negeri 1 Palembang for the 2020/2021 academic year?" Research results: the application of the articulation learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences subjects in class IX.1 MTs Negeri 1 Palembang for the 2020/2021 academic year. In the pre-cycle (initial condition) the average value of student learning outcomes was 48 with the number of students who completed it being 7 people (25%). In cycle I the average value of student learning outcomes was 70 with the number of students completing it being 15 people (54%). In cycle II the average value of student learning outcomes was 86 with the number of students who completed it being 25 people (89%). So, it can be concluded that this research can be categorized as successful.

Abstract

Problems in the world of education that occur, such as the decline in children's character, can damage the nation's generation. To overcome this, schools can find a solution by holding learning activities that can improve students' quality of life through character building. Character formation can be done with extracurricular activities. However, to carry out extracurricular programs you need a good plan, so that the vision and mission goals can be achieved according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through literature studies regarding extracurricular activity plans. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the importance of planning extracurricular activities before carrying out the program so that extracurricular activities can run in a systematic and directed manner.

Abstract

In an effort to develop the potential, interests and talents of students, the education organizers organize extracurricular activities which contain activity units that can channel the potential, interests and talents of students and can be developed optimally. Extracurricular activities have several supporting aspects so that they can be carried out well and effectively, such as the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as school support for the implementation of these activities. The aim of this research is to describe the influence of facilities and infrastructure as well as school support on the implementation of extracurricular activities at school. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, with the respondents being Extracurricular Guidance teachers. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, document and interview techniques. In analyzing the data, researchers used triangulation techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
