Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Rumah Baca Pustaka Bunda HAZ in growing the Reading Interest of the Genengan Hamlet Community, Sukorejo District, Pasuruan Regency and its supporting and inhibiting factors. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the Bunda HAZ Library Reading House was a house containing various books and educational toys belonging to one of the residents who played a very important role in fostering public interest in reading. It was proven that before the Bunda HAZ Library Reading House, people did not think that reading was important. Even among children, reading only when at school and doing homework at home. The rest of the children play, watch television and cell phones. When Rumah Baca Pustaka Bunda HAZ was present in their midst by presenting a variety of interesting educational books and toys, some of them were enthusiastic to read. The supporting factors are facilities in the form of interesting educational books and toys, the comfort of the place and good service from the manager. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of guards so that service time is limited and the state conditions in the pandemic era limit visits to the Bunda HAZ Library Reading House.Keywords: Reading House, Interests, and Society.

Abstract

Humans are social beings who need each other to form social groups in the environment of their daily lives. Religion is a value system that is adhered to by society that can shape the style and dynamics of social life, because religion is a source of inspiration, driving force and also acts as a controller for the continuity and peace of human life in a social group or society. In carrying out its duties and functions as a social being, religious values ​​are very much needed. The implementation of character education needs to be developed in a habituation or acculturation approach through religious culture which is essentially closely related to character education, namely trying to produce students who are moral or have good behavior. Then the focus in this problem is education. Because education is one way out to foster the character of the younger generation in a directed, programmed, and optimal way so that they can form a young generation who is intellectually intelligent and has good moral qualities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menganalisis peran kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu madrasah di madrasah Daruttauhid Al-jindrami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah kepala madrasah dan guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, obervasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan kepala madrasah sebagai manajer memiliki peran membuat struktur organisasi dan mengajak orangtua murid dengan program komite madrasah dan melengkapi supras yang dibutuhkan; merancang program dengan menguraikan kebutuhan pendidik dan tenaga pendidik yang menjalankan tugas, merancang kurikulum yang dijalankan; mengawasi output, proses belajar mengajar, dan peserta didik mulai dari penerimaan siswa hingga selesai;pendidikan seumur hidup ; adapun hambatan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana belajar mengajar, masih ada pendidik dan tenaga pendidik yang tidak disiplin, dan kurangnya komunikasi kepala madrasah dengan beberapa pendidik dan tenaga pendidik. Manajerial kepala madrasah yang baik akan menghasilkan mutu pendidikan yang baik juga yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar dan prestasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa masih dibutuhkan sebuah program untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan baik yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran maupun tidak.

Abstract

Manajemen Sarana Dan Prasarana Sekolah Ditinjau dari fungsi atau peranannya terhadap pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar, maka sarana pendidikan (sarana material) dibedakan menjadi 3 macam : 1). Alatpelajaran, 2). Alatperaga 3). Media pengajaran. . Sedangkan pasaana pendidikan adalah bangunan sekolah dan alat perabot sekolah dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan Bagaimanakah perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi  Manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD. 004 Bengalon Kutai Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni sebuah penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Hasil Evaluasi Manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD.004 Bengalon Kutai Timur bahwa proses sarana prasarana di SD.004 Bengalon Kutai Timur dapat di ketahui bahwa sarana dan prasarana SD.004 Bengalon Kutai Timur sudah cukup dapat memfasilitasi seluruh personil di SD.004 Bengalon Kutai Timur

Abstract

The school principal must have a strategy for the progress of his institution by developing the quality of teacher resources in the hope that each teacher will have good academic competence. All of the quality weaknesses of these educational components lead to the low academic quality of teachers. This study aims to find out how the principal's leadership in developing the quality of teacher resources is implemented in the Anggrek Landungsari Playgroup (KB) with a focus on the strategy, role and program of the Principal in Developing the Quality of Teacher Resources. This study uses a qualitative approach using a case study design. The results of the study found that the principal's strategy in developing the quality of teacher resources included upholding discipline, creating a conducive work climate, conducting supervision, and providing motivation. Programs carried out by school principals in developing the quality of teacher resources include forming training programs, assignments, further studies.

Abstract

Jam'iyyah Busyro litahfidzil Qur'an Darullughoh Wadda`wah Islamic Boarding School 4 Bangil Pasuruan is a branch unit under the auspices of the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School Foundation which was formed as a forum to accommodate and foster students who wish to memorize the Koran . The Tahfidzul Qur'an program was formed around 2004 chaired by Al-Ustadz Amin Ismail from Gresik who was a graduate student from Abuya As-Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawy Al-Maliki Al-Hasani. The purpose in writing this thesis is to want to know the teacher's contribution in developing an interest in memorizing the Koran at the tahfidzul Koran program at the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School 4 Bangil, Pasuruan. The form of research used in this thesis is qualitative research, namely research that uses a natural setting, with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various existing methods. The research results show that the contribution in developing interest in memorizing the Koran was made by Ustadz Amin Al-Makky as Chair of the Jam'iyyah Tahfidz Al-Quran by giving stories. The teacher's implementation in developing an interest in memorizing the Koran starts from carrying out socialization activities to the central dalwa students. Then there is giving motivation to memorize in order to foster students' interest, after that data collection is carried out for students who want to register to take part in the tahfidz program.

Abstract

Psychology originates in English known as psychology which is rooted in two Greek words, namely psyche which means soul and logos which means science. So literally psychology means the science of the soul. Etymologically, the notion of management is the art of organizing and executing. Management can also be defined as the process of managing or managing something. So in general, management is the process of organizing or managing something done by an individual or a group of people. Management has a relationship with psychology because it is known that the element of HR (human resources) is the most important element of the three working capital of any company. This is because psychology, which is human-centered, is capable of intervening in various internal human factors such as motivation, work attitudes, skills, etc. The method used in this study is a qualitative research, according to the study in this study, the type of research is library research. In this case the researcher will identify discourse from books, papers or articles, magazines, journals, the web (internet), or other information related to the writing title.

Abstract

The idea of involving the community in the concept of the Madrasah Committee is an initiative in the context of advancing Madrasah, so that there is no perception that madrasah committee as the representative of parents and the community only gives a material contibution. Therefore, to carry out its roles and functions in achieving the quality of education, the madrasah committee must develop plans or programs in order to realize the goals that have been planned with madrasah. This study aimed at describing the quality of education at MI DDI NURUL ISLAM Timika Papua, finding out the role of the madrasah committee in improving the quality of education at MI DDI NURUL ISLAM Timika Papua and also finding out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the madrasah committee in improving the quality of education at MI DDI NURUL Islam Timika Papua. The method used in this research is qualitative method with case sudy approach. The result of the research is that the madrasah committee has carried out its roles as Advisory Agency, Supporting Agency, Controlling Agency, and as Mediator (Executive). The Madrasah committe as Mediator (Executive) between the madrasah and the community is the most optimal role. This is due to the shared responsibility between the madrasah and the community as partners in building education. The supporting factors are the similarity in both vision and missions of the madrasah and the togetherness in planning programs of madrasah to improve the quality of education. Meanwhile, the obstacle is that madrasah committee has limited time due to busyness and this is the cause of the lack of coordination between the madrasah and the madrasah committee.

Abstract

Motivation Theory's important role in the management process needs to be understood by educators to carry out various forms of action or assistance to the listeners. A person's attitude is determined by his desire to achieve a goal. Another term for will is motivation. Motivation is the motivation for a person to carry out activities to achieve his goals. The power of motivation for a person can change at any time. The change occurs because of satisfaction with the needs. Such satisfied needs have motivated one's attitude. This research is literature research, which is analyzed using the method of description, interpretation, and data analysis. The discussion in this study includes the notion of motivation, some motivational theories, types, and models of motivation, models of application of motivation theory in Educational Institutions, as well as several forms of motivation in Islamic Education. The results showed that Motivation in organizations is indeed very important to discuss in the study of organizational behavior. Because every personnel or member of the organization needs motivation, both from within oneself and from others, for that if someone has been encouraged or motivated, someone's performance will increase it will speed up the process of completing tasks and responsibilities at work.
