Abstract

The principal plays a very crucial role in increasing the number of students at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Miftahul Muna, because the success of an educational institution is often determined by effective leadership and marketing strategies. The purpose of this study was to understand the strategies implemented by the principal in increasing the number of students, as well as the implementation and results of these strategies. The method used was a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, increased persistence and triangulation were used. The results of the study showed that the principal's strategy to increase new student admissions at MI Miftahul Muna Prambon involved a promotion mix. The implementation of this strategy included activities such as advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct marketing. The programs implemented were proven to be able to attract the attention of prospective new students, indicating the effectiveness of the strategies implemented. The contribution of this study is to provide new insights into the integration of various marketing strategies in the context of educational institutions, as well as offering practical examples that can be adopted by other educational institutions to increase student admissions.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education brings opportunities and challenges for educators in Indonesia, especially in integrating technology into learning practices. As an innovative step, the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) is here to improve teacher competence and support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study examines the use of PMM at UPT SDN 144 Gresik, especially in helping teachers prepare interactive and student-centered learning plans. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data was obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that PMM is effective in improving the quality of teaching and professional competence of teachers, despite obstacles such as limited infrastructure, outdated devices, slow internet connections, and difficulties in adapting to digital technology for senior teachers. This study provides practical insights into strategies to overcome these obstacles, such as improving infrastructure, more targeted training, and developing offline features to support areas with limited internet access. With these findings, PMM shows its potential in driving a more innovative and inclusive educational transformation, in line with the vision of improving the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research wants to know about the relevance of the vision, mission and goals of education at MI Muhammadiyah PK Sindon 1 to Permendiknas no. 19 of 2007 as an indicator. Choosing this MI because there is implicitly a lack of synchrony between its Vision and Mission so it is interesting to research further. This research is descriptive in nature, namely research that interprets the relevance of the vision, mission and educational objectives of MI Muhammadiyah PK Sindon 1. The data obtained used qualitative research, data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews as well as literature study. The results of the analysis are basically as follows: there are several points in the Vision, Mission and Educational Goals that are not in accordance with the Indicators of Minister of National Education Regulation No. 19 of 2007, as well as the irrelevance of the Vision, Mission and Educational Goals themselves. With this research, it is hoped that there will be improvements to the Vision, Mission and Goals of Education in order to achieve the overall National Education goals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing management of educational services in attracting new students at MI Roudlotul Mubtadiin through public relations. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely by describing and explaining the marketing management of educational services in attracting new students at MI Roudlotul Mubtadiin through public relations. Marketing of educational services at MI Roudlotul Mubtadiin in attracting new students uses a marketing mix, namely: providing integrated skills and knowledge to students, free registration fees and tuition fees, a comfortable, safe and suitable location for carrying out the teaching and learning process, promotion through communication and networking. relations with the community, have supporting and adequate infrastructure, the learning process follows the Madrasah curriculum/government curriculum. Public relations management in attracting new students at MI through community relations, namely carrying out national holiday commemorations involving the entire community, next are events commemorating Islamic holidays, compensation for orphans, birthdays in the month of Rabiul Awal, visiting almost all students, parents of students who are illness, condolences to all students, students' families, communities around MI who have died and visits by institutional leaders to local communities who are less fortunate in order to receive scholarships or discounts on funding.

Abstract

This study was to determine how the comparison between the sorogan method and the method of deliberation on the ability to read the book on the students of Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin. This study the authors used quantitative methods. This study has three formulations of the problem, how the results of the Sorogan method in improving the ability to read The Kitab Kuning in Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin? How are the results and deliberations in improving the ability to read The Kitab Kuning in Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin? How the results of the comparison of Sorogan and Musyawaroh methods in improving the ability to read The Kitab Kuning in Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin PP Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri. The results, the ratio between the variables of sorogan and deliberation method to the variable ability to read the book (Y) is 0.764 or if it is projected to be 76.4%, and R calculate the variable sorogan method there is a comparison with the variable ability to read the book (Y) is 0.667 or if it is projected to be 66.7%. It can be concluded sorogan method is more effective on the ability to read the book.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze how effective the sister application is in paying UKT for UIN KHAS Jember students. This research uses quantitative research methods and comparative causal research. Data collection was obtained from an online questionnaire, which was distributed to 30 students of the Islamic Education Management (MPI) study program at UIN KHAS Jember. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling method. The results of data analysis show that the items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. The classical assumption test shows that there are no problems of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing through simple linear regression shows that the sister application has a significant and positive effect on UKT payments for UIN KHAS Jember students. Based on the results of this analysis, it was concluded that the sister application was effectively used for paying UKT for UIN KHAS Jember students.

Abstract

This research discusses the leadership components possessed by a transformational leader in enhancing the appeal of Islamic education customers. The study employs a library research approach by conducting a literature review relevant to the topic. The findings and discussion reveal that Transformational Leadership involves creating and initiating new thoughts and visions within an organization. Although there are many views on the meaning of Transformational Leadership, it is generally understood as an agent of change. The components of Transformational Leadership include charisma, the ability to encourage member creativity, individual consideration, and inspirational motivation. Effective marketing strategies can help Islamic educational institutions increase student enrollment and improve the institution's reputation. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions must continuously develop appropriate and effective marketing strategies by considering market developments and the needs of prospective students. It is hoped that this research will provide new breakthroughs for leaders in attracting customers to Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the correlation between students' interests and capabilities and their degree of self-efficacy in high school. The main objective is to establish educational models that enhance self-efficacy. Data was obtained from students and instructors at Lhoksukon Senior High School 1 using a comprehensive method that including questionnaires and interviews. The investigation reveals a favorable association between students' interests, abilities, and self-efficacy. Evidence has shown that the assistance provided by instructors and the overall school atmosphere has a crucial role in enhancing students' belief in their own abilities. The suggested educational approach prioritizes the incorporation of students' interests and skills into the curriculum and learning process in order to enhance their self-efficacy. The practical consequence of this study is the creation of educational practices that are comprehensive and focused on nurturing students' whole potential. These results provide significant additions to our knowledge of the connections between students' interests, abilities, and self-efficacy. They also offer guidance for improving educational procedures.

Abstract

The library is the door to knowledge, among students the word library is a way for students to gain broader insights. The purpose of this study is to discuss library management in the digital era. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is carried out by field observation methods, interviews and documentation on each relevant object according to what is needed in the study. In using this qualitative method, many things may change and have profound possibilities. The results of this study include: digital technology has helped facilitate library management in planning the use of recording administration at Tribakti Islamic University of Lirboyo Kediri. In addition, observations related to the influence of the digital era on school libraries have influenced the technical services of school libraries at Tribakti Islamic University of Lirboyo Kediri, which is part of the implementation of planning for college libraries.
