Abstract

Majelis taklim menjadi sarana dakwah dan tabligh yang coraknya berperan sentral pada pembinaan dan peningkatan pada kualitas hidup umat Islam sesuai tuntunan ajaran Islam. Disamping itu guna menyadarkan umat Islam dalam rangka menghayati dan mengamalkan ajaran agamanya yang konteksual kepada lingkungan hidup sosial budaya dan alam sekitar mereka, sehingga dapat menjadikan umat Islam sebagai ummat yang rahmatan lil alamin. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan secara empiris dan obyektif serta menganalisa peran serta Majelis Taklim dalam Pemberdayaan ekonomi Masyarakat di Majelis Taklim Darus Shofa, Majelis Taklim Nurul Amin, serta Majelis Taklim Anwarul Bahiyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian multi situs atau penelitian lapangan. Dari metode penelitian tersebut diharapkan agar dapat mempelajari secara intensif, kemudian mendeskripsikannya dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa pada konteks ilmiah tentang latar belakang keadaan dan fenomena yang terjadi secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Optimalisasi Managemen Majelis Taklim akan memberikan dampak yang tidak hanya dari sisi spiritual bahkan dari sisi pengembangan ekonomi di tengah masyarakat, sehingga menjadi salah satu solusi dari pemerataan pembangunan dan pengentasan masalah kemiskinan di masyarakat

Abstract

The head of the madrasa as the leader in the madrasa must have good management. The success of the madrasa depends on the head of the madrasa as a leader, if the head of the madrasa has ideas, creativity, good management and has a good strategy in improving the quality of the madrasa, of course the madrasa will get quality and be in demand by all people. This type of research includes field research and the data obtained in this research is data sourced from the field, and in this study the object of the MTs madrasah principal is. Al-Baitul Atiiq and MTs. Al-Ittihad in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The purpose of this research is to identify how the principal's strategy is to improve the quality of madrasas in MTs. Al-Baitul Atiiq and MTs. Al-Ittihad in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The data collection method used is observation which aims to obtain data about the state of the madrasa. The interview aims to obtain data about the strategies carried out by the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of madrasas as well as the formulation, implementation and evaluation in implementing strategies to improve the quality of madrasas. Documentation, aims to obtain MTs secondary data. Al-Baitul Atiiq and MTs. Al-Ittihad in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The results of the study show that in improving the quality of madrasas, Madrasah Principals MTs. Al-Baitul Atiiq and MTs.Al-Ittihad in Ketapang District, West Kalimantan, have their own strategies, being able to carry out leadership and teacher duties in accordance with government regulations. From the management and strategies used by each madrasa head, it can make madrasas of good quality both from an academic and religious moral perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the Management of Islamic Boarding Schools in Improving Santri Discipline at Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding Schools and Madrasah Takhassus Darussalam which will focus on improving discipline. The research method used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The research approach in this study is descriptive. Based on the results of the research: (1) Planning for discipline education for students plans rules that must be applied, then conveys them to all students to follow and obey. If it is not followed according to the rules, students who violate these rules will get sanctions / punishments appropriately, to make students who are highly disciplined and responsible for what they do. and for supporting the discipline of these students we have very adequate facilities/means. (2) Discipline management has complied with the regulations set. Management is carried out by compiling an educational calendar and adjusted annually by the school to regulate learning activities. Study time arrangements refer to content standards and are adjusted to the calendar of the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School and Takhassus Darussalam Madrasah, regional needs, the needs of students and the community, as well as provisions from the government. (3) While the obstacles are Obstacles in the management of discipline, of course there are students who violate the rules in the implementation of discipline. Thus, the solution must be followed up starting from compiling data, planning, organizing, implementing, up to monitoring and evaluation. then management produces something that can be a source of refinement and improvement in the management of santri discipline.

Abstract

The development of management science that has spawned various approaches, bringing implications for the development of Islamic Education management science. In a high era of current competition, educational institutions require management theories that can be practiced to create an institution that can endure in the long term. The purpose of article is to discuss approaches that develop in the science of management, including: operational, behavioral, system and quantitative, as well as its implications for the development of Islamic Education management and practices. The results showed that the operational approach, has come to the awareness of quality, which implicates the adoption of the concept of Total Quality Management. The behavior approach, has spawned human consciousness as the main resource, which implicates the development of human resources management concept of Islamic education institutions. The system approach, has given rise to awareness of the environment, which implicates the emergence of the concept of educational institutions as a social system that includes inputs, processes and outputs. And the quantitative approach spawned a management view as a measurable logical entity, thereby implicates the efforts to increase efficiency in Islamic education management areas.

Abstract

The goals of Islamic basic education must not misdirected, so management skills are needed that are based on an understanding of Islamic education management science. The aim of the research is to examine the basic concepts of Islamic basic education management and the foundations that become the fulcrum in management. It is hoped that the results of the study can serve as a guide for administrators of Islamic basic education. The role of Islamic basic education is very strategic because it is the level that forms the basis for further education. In order to build a strong Islamic basic education management concept, an understanding of a number of foundations is needed which is the foundation in the practice of managing Islamic basic education institutions. Through literature studies, the results of the study provide guidance for managers of Islamic basic education institutions in terms of basic Islamic education management, including: philosophical basis, religious basis, sociological-anthropological basis, psychological basis and juridical basis.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of the kiai figure who is a central figure in Islamic boarding schools where the kyai has its own leadership characteristics compared to other educational figures. In practice, the kyai assigns a special organization whose job is to take care of all matters relating to the santri. The pesantren organization will run optimally if the Kyai directly monitors and supervises the activities and work programs in the organization. The role of the kyai in leading the pesantren organization greatly influences the performance carried out by its members. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership strategy and leadership role of the kyai in the pesantren organization at the Asyrofuddin Conggeang Sumedang Islamic boarding school. The results of this study indicate that the kyai's leadership strategy in fostering the Islamic boarding school organization in Asyrofuddin Islamic boarding school includes dividing the three executive boards of the Islamic boarding school, selecting members of the organization and the executive board, fostering the Islamic boarding school organization.

Abstract

Leadership orientation is a behavior designed professionally by a leader to achieve Islamic education goals. Employee-oriented leadership behavior is a leadership behavior that focuses on human needs as subordinates. Research uses library research with the aim of sharpening the meaning, orientation and goals of implementing transformational leadership. The data collection technique is by comparing the literature review and the results of previous research, then content analysis is carried out. The results of this study are: Transformational leadership can encourage subordinates to have positive interactions and avoid conflicts, solve problems well because they are interactive and transparent, and leaders are positioned as educators and mentors who are inspiring and innovative, leadership that can create quality islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims at examining Curriculum transformation for santri of pesantren institutions at Mifthul Ulum and Al-Bukhori Gondanglegi Malang in response to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Based on qualitative method employed it is discovered that  these pesantren have conducted an adaptation process with ICT in the form of an administrative system such as payment of student fees, student data and lessons, procurement of training and workshops and the establishment of a separate ICT development unit, although there are still obstacles, especially in human resources. Meanwhile, what needs to be maintained is yellow as a medium with sorogan, bandongan, and deliberation as Islamic methods and values

Abstract

The leadership carried out by the khulafaur rashidin is a leadership model that emphasizes the internalization of prophetic values ​​exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. and previous prophets. The purpose of writing this article is to disseminate leadership values ​​during the Rashidun Khulafaur era so that today's leaders can serve as examples. This study uses the library research method. Then content analysis is carried out as a technique in obtaining authoritative literature data. The results of this study indicate: the prophetic leadership of the caliphs Abu Bakar As Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Uthman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib is generosity in donating property to war fisabilillah, concern and policy for the people, amar makruf and nahi munkar, visionary in paying attention to the future of the people and being brave for the interests and welfare of the people, and the importance of implementing prophetic values ​​in leadership in aspects of government, national, social life, and educational institutions.

Abstract

The problem of the growth of young enterpreneurs in Indonesia is still a polemic that has not been clearly defined. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare potential next generation in the field pf entrepreneurship. In this preparatory agenda, entrepreneurship education in tertiary institutions will play a crucial role, apart from the influence of classmates in fostering student interest in entrepreneurship. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a casual perspective. The population in this study were all student of Darullughah Wadda’wah International Islamic University class of 2020/2021, totaling 951 students from 8 study programs. While the sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling method, the number of wich was calculated using the slovin formula so that the number of samples was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with AMOS program tools. The research results obtained in this study are (1) entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship; (2) entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on social media influence of classmate; (3) social influence of classmate influences interest in entrepreneurship.
