Abstract

With 65 million entities, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) form the backbone of the Indonesian economy, contributing around 61% of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and employing 97% of the working population. Despite their strategic role, most MSMEs still face various challenges, such as low adaptability to changes in the business environment, lack of planning strategies, minimal innovation, and limitations in utilizing technology. On the other hand, current consumer behavior increasingly demands quality products and practical services, including in terms of payment systems. Along with the development of the digital era, non-cash payment systems, such as e-money and QR codes, have experienced rapid growth and become important elements in encouraging financial inclusion and transaction efficiency. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is present as an innovative solution that allows MSMEs to make transactions quickly, safely, and easily by simply scanning a QR code. Realizing the importance of utilizing this technology, the community service (PkM) team conducted training activities on the creation and use of QRIS for the "Zea Ice" Orange Juice micro business actor in Deltasari Indah, Sidoarjo, East Java. This activity includes QR code creation, printing, and attaching barcodes to kiosks, as well as technical education related to their use. This initiative is expected to increase transaction efficiency, encourage the implementation of digitalization, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning medium in the form of a scrapbook as an effort to increase students’ interest in learning Pancasila Education at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. The main problem addressed is the low level of student interest in theoretical subjects, which are often perceived as less engaging. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. The feasibility test results from material and media experts indicated that the scrapbook media falls into the "highly feasible" category. The implementation of the media in the classroom showed an increase in students’ learning interest, as evidenced by their activeness, enthusiasm, and participation during lessons. Therefore, the scrapbook media can serve as an effective and innovative alternative to enhance students’ interest in learning Pancasila Education.

Abstract

Hygiene and food sanitation are crucial practices for any business that produces food products. The implementation of hygiene and sanitation in food factories is essential, as it significantly impacts the health of consumers, workers, and the overall development of the company. Consumers tend to prefer safe, clean, and healthy products. Observations conducted at a cracker factory located in Setiajaya Village, Cibeureum District, Tasikmalaya City revealed that the application of food hygiene and sanitation was not fully implemented. Consequently, a series of educational activities were organized to emphasize the importance of hygiene and sanitation in the cracker production process. The aim of these activities was to enhance workers' awareness and compliance with food hygiene and sanitation practices. Direct engagement with workers was employed through educational posters based on the H.I.G.I.E.N.I.S. approach. The educational initiative was met with enthusiasm from the workers, which is expected to improve their understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices in the cracker factory. This initiative highlights the necessity for ongoing education to maintain food safety standards and protect consumer health.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist students in recognizing and developing their potential and talents as a basis for designing future career goals. The implementation of the activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Suwawa by involving class XI students and students as facilitators and counselors. The service was carried out in two main stages, namely a workshop on potential and talent recognition and career counseling sessions. The workshop was conducted through interactive lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods to provide insight into the importance of recognizing interests and talents early on. The next stage is career counseling which aims to facilitate students in exploring career choices based on interest and aptitude tests, interviews, and the preparation of short-term and long-term career plans. The results of the activity showed that students were very enthusiastic about participating in the workshop and were more motivated after recognizing their potential. Meanwhile, the counseling session helped learners understand their professional direction and goals more clearly and structurally. This activity confirms the importance of collaboration between schools, teachers, students, and counselors in building learners' career awareness through self-recognition of their potential since middle school age. Abstract

This community service is carried out to help teachers and schools, especially in improving numeracy literacy and the use of technology in the learning process. One form of community service that is carried out is through mentoring in the Kampus Mengajar program which is one of the eight superior programs offered by the Minister of Education and Culture. The mentoring referred to here is mentoring students who have passed the selection for the teaching program at school as Field Mentor Lecturers for the Kampus Mengajar program. Lecturers guide 3-4 students from several state and private campuses domiciled in Pamekasan or Sumenep and are placed at SDN Kowel 1 Pamekasan, SDN Groom Pamekasan and SDN Batuan 1 Sumenep. This mentoring has a direct impact on both the school including teachers, students, principals and of course students. For students, it is able to improve numeracy and literacy. For teachers, it increases knowledge related to technology and for students, it increases experience in teaching at school and how to collaborate with teachers. For schools, it helps with management and administration.

Abstract

Numeracy is an essential competency that supports students’ ability to reason quantitatively and solve real-life problems. However, students in Indonesia often face challenges in understanding mathematical concepts and applying them in everyday contexts. In response to this, a community service program was conducted at SMP Insan Rabbany, Tangerang Selatan, focusing on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications such as ChatGPT and Educaplay in mathematics learning. The program aimed to improve students’ numeracy literacy and provide teachers with the capacity to utilize AI tools effectively. The activities included training sessions for teachers, and direct assistance in classroom implementation. The results showed a significant uses in students’ ability of numeracy. Moreover, teachers expressed increased confidence in incorporating AI-based methods into their lessons. This program highlights the potential of AI to enhance numeracy skills and underscores the importance of technological support and teacher training in the digital age.

Abstract

The implementation of this service aims to improve the skills of employees of the Social Service of Central Lombok Regency in making video documentation of annual activities and field activities using the CapCut application. using the CapCut application. Effective video documentation is the main need in conveying information and activity reports to the community and stakeholders. This training was designed in several stages, namely identification of needs, module development, implementation of theoretical and practical training, and evaluation of participants' skills through the pre-test and post-test. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in significant improvement in participants' skills, especially in the aspects of video editing, use of transition features and visual effects, and systematic narration. systematic narration. The impact of this training is expected to improve efficiency in the documentation process, reduce reliance on external services, and strengthen the transparency and accountability of the Social Affairs Office, as well as strengthen the transparency and accountability of the Central Lombok Regency in delivering information to the public.

Abstract

Tongkol fish is one of the abundant sources of animal protein and is easily found in coastal areas, including Pantai Amal Village. However, the utilization of tongkol fish by the community is still limited to traditional processing that is less varied. On the other hand, fellow students often face challenges in meeting daily nutritional needs due to economic limitations and instant consumption patterns that are low in nutrition. This study aims to develop innovations in processing tongkol fish into spicy shredded fish as an economical, nutritious, and practical food solution. The research methods include the production process, taste testing, and analysis of production and consumption costs. The results show that spicy shredded fish has a high protein content, a taste that consumers like, and a fairly long shelf life so that it is suitable as a daily food stock. In addition, this product is proven to be more economical than consuming fast food, so it is effective in helping students from out of town manage their expenses while meeting their nutritional needs. This innovation also has the potential to increase the added value of tongkol fish and support local food security in coastal areas.

Abstract

TikTok Shop is a social e-commerce platform where vendors can sell products to TikTok users. Users can then purchase items in various conditions with this program. Additionally, sellers can post and save product details and listings to promote to TikTok users.The purpose of carrying out this Community Service activity is to optimize marketing activities for SMEs digitally so that SMEs products in Taman Cibinong Asri Bogor can cover a wider scope. Community Service activities carried out by organizing socialization and training for all SME actors. In the counseling session, participants were given direct practice in creating a TikTok Shop account, uploading products and creating promotional content. The results of the activity show that participants have a good understanding of digital technology, especially TikTok Shop. Participants are also able to create a TikTok Shop account and upload their products. However, participants still need to improve their skills in creating interesting promotional content.

Abstract

Mosque is a holy place of worship for Muslims used for prayer, dhikr, studying religion, and other religious activities. Therefore, the cleanliness of the mosque must be maintained properly to create a comfortable, solemn, and healthy environment for the congregation. If the mosque is left for a long time, dirt will arise that must be cleaned. The purpose of this PKM is to maintain the cleanliness of the mosque for a certain time. The focus of this service is to maintain the cleanliness of the mosque. A clean mosque must still be kept clean so that the community is comfortable and peaceful in performing worship. This activity was carried out at the Al Huda mosque, Jl Karah Agung V No. 2A Karah Jambangan Surabaya on March 22, 2025 from 8 to 10 WIB with 10 participants. The PKM method uses community empowerment, where service participants directly participate in the activity. As a result, with this PKM, the mosque is kept clean.
