Abstract

Plastic waste has become one of the most pressing environmental issues in the 21st century, with Indonesia as one of the largest contributors. This research aims to socialize plastic waste treatment in Cibodas Baru Urban Village, Tangerang City, with a focus on increasing community awareness and participation, particularly housewives, in the recycling process. The methods used included an initial survey, socialization sessions, and practical training in making reusable shopping bags from plastic waste. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of waste management and their ability to process plastic into functional products. This initiative not only reduces plastic waste, but also empowers women economically by providing skills that can generate income. Moreover, it also contributes to sustainable development goals by promoting environmentally friendly practices. This study emphasizes the importance of community engagement and collaborative efforts in addressing plastic waste issues, paving the way towards a cleaner and more sustainable environment.

Abstract

PT. Bumida General Insurance 1967 as a company that wants to continue to grow requires employees who have skills and knowledge that are always updated. Through well-structured training programs, companies can ensure that employees are always ready to face new challenges, both in facing competition and in providing the best service to clients. This is one way to ensure that work productivity is maintained and even increased. This research aims to determine how far the effective implementation of training is related to increasing the work productivity of PT consultant employees. Bumida General Insurance 1967 Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The research population was all employees of PT. Bumida General Insurance 1967 Surabaya, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling so that all employees become the research sample. Data analysis uses linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test. The research results show that training has a significant effect on employee work productivity. This indicates that the training provided to employees can significantly improve employee performance, which has an impact on increasing company productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the recruitment and selection process on employee performance at Binar School Surabaya. This study is a quantitative study with a population and sample of 30 respondents, namely teachers and staff at Binar School. Data collection using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the recruitment process has a significant negative effect on employee performance partially, selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially, the recruitment and selection process has a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one of the weapons for companies to face market competition. Basically, a marketing strategy is to find a match between the company's internal capabilities and external opportunities in the market. However, the Company also needs to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the company in the competition. This will greatly help companies in recognizing themselves, as well as taking advantage of every opportunity that exists and avoiding or minimizing threats. Where in determining competitive strategies and making decisions, a manager must recognize what are the weaknesses, strengths, threats, opportunities that the company has and recognize the advantages of competitors that may have. Thus, the company must be able to pay attention to factors that can affect the survival of the company, both external and internal factors. In order to find the formulation of an appropriate marketing strategy, it is necessary to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company. For this reason, this research was held which focuses on efforts to determine marketing strategies that are in accordance with the company's conditions in the midst of competition. The results of this study show that the company's position is in a state of growth (GROWTH) so that the strategy suggested for PT Bintang Karyasama as the housing developer of Menganti Alam Raya Semtosa is an SO strategy with an emphasis on the strategy of increasing the choice of house types with various price options. Thus, PT Bintang Karyasama as the housing developer of Menganti Alam Raya Semtosa can highlight its competitive advantage compared to other similar competitors.

Abstract

The development of the business world is getting more rapid, eating the busyness of people's mobility in metropolises will continue to grow. Therefore, people take practical and efficient actions by consuming fast food. Moreover, it is supported by an increase in appetite and higher lifestyle changes. Consumer behavior will affect the way consumers view a product. In determining the brand of the product, it will go through the trial stage first by trying a variety of different products. If it is felt that the brand is suitable and meets what is expected of similar products, then consumers will continue to be loyal or loyal to the brand. This phenomenon is read by Hoka Hoka Bento by using various promotions to save packages and improve quality and service. This study aims to discuss and analyze the influence of brand trust on loyalty in Hoka Hoka Bento customers in Plaza Surabaya.The population in this study is Hoka Hoka Bento consumers who have bought and made repurchases at Hoka Hoka Bento Plaza Surabaya. The sample taken was 110 people. The measuring tools used are questionnaires, as well as data that has been analyzed with simple linear regression

Abstract

The 45th Batch of Institution was established by the President of the Republic of Indonesia with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 1984 as an institution engaged in the field of moral strength in order to preserve the Spirit, Spirit and Values of the 45th Struggle to the young generation of the nation's successors in filling the development after the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 1945. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business model of Pentol CW MSMEs with a Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT description. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Pentol CW has advantages in the mass customer segment, a value proposition based on unique flavors and affordable prices, as well as customer relationships that are built directly and personally. SWOT analysis shows that Pentol CW needs to improve operational efficiency and expand the market to increase competitiveness.

Abstract

This Community Service Program was conducted at Gereja Kristus Bojong Indah on Sunday, October 6, 2024, in the form of a monologue lecture titled “A Gift, Not an Achievement,” based on Ephesians 2:1–10. The primary aim of this program was to reaffirm the gospel-centered understanding of salvation as a gift of God’s grace, not the result of human effort or works. Through an in-depth exposition of humanity’s spiritually dead condition (Ephesians 2:1–3), God’s initiative in salvation through Christ (Ephesians 2:4–7), and the affirmation that salvation is a divine gift (Ephesians 2:8–10), participants were invited to reflect on their lives as a response to God’s grace. The response from the congregation was notably positive, as seen in their engagement during post-service discussions and affirming feedback from church elders. This program contributed to the development of sound theological understanding and opened opportunities for further educational ministry through reflective lecture methods in local church settings.
