Abstract

This article aims to determine the management of the Islamic boarding school sunnah system in shaping the character of students at the Al-Mukhlishin Modern Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Morawa. This research is qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation study. The sources of data in this study were the leaders of the Islamic boarding school, the head of the madrasa, the ustadz (teacher) in the teaching department, the ustadz in the parenting division, and the students of the Al-Mukhlishin Modern Islamic Boarding School in Tanjung Morawa. The results of the study indicate that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Al-Mukhlishin Tanjung Morawa has implemented management in Islamic boarding school activities in the character of santri, this can be seen from the management functions implemented by these functions, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a basic component in the world of Islamic education. if it is developed through a good management system, it will become the basis of competitive advantage in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools will face the challenge of competition in providing educational services and will not be avoided, this happens because of the development of globalization of technology and information. Curriculum management will be a strategic component in responding to these global challenges.

Abstract

This article aims to identify and analyze: (1). Planning, (2).Organizing (3).Implementation (4). Evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection is carried out by triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. Research location Baiturahman and MA Albasyariah Integrated High School Bandung. With the subject of the principal's research, teachers. The head of the Pencak silat hermitage, Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Four important foundations are used in this research, including theological, philosophical, six value systems, and theoretical foundations. Then the theory that underlies this research is management theory and character theory. The findings of this study are (1). Planning for Character Education Based on Local Wisdom in the Development of Akhlakul Karimah for integrated high school students has been well structured and systematic, but the planning has not been oriented to the vision and mission of the school (2). The organization has been running according to the program with the same principle of understanding, commitment to responsibility even though it has not been supported by an adequate job analysis. (3). The implementation has gone well. However, they have not paid attention to the resources they have. (4). Evaluation according to the school's work program going forward, however, has not been followed up with innovative programs that meet the needs.

Abstract

A plurality of, is fitroh divine so that mutual respect and keep security as well as guyup pillars, the rule obliges every citizen to embrace one religion that has been specified by the the ministry of religion's existence. The purpose of this research is for dig up information about the educational institutions of the boarding school in investment value-the value of the ahl as-sunnah wal jama'ah through the program religious activities. In this study use a qualitative approach with methods the study of the instrumental case. Based on the results of the research, it is known that: 1) Policies that underlying the program development of tolerance, a) the concept of at-tawasuth, b), the concept of knowing,, c, the concept tawazun, d), the concept of tasamuh, 2) the Fostering, a), Aswaja knowing, b), Aswaja feeling. c), Aswaja Action, 3) Implementation a) Introduce and familiarize students interact with people of other faiths. b) Giving example about the attitude tolerance by the kyai, c) Through learning in Boarding school, 4) Positive impact the form of the impartiality the students in interact 5) the Problems that arise a) lack of supervision b) Most of the students have the activities double, c) lodging at boarding schools already start damaged. Strategy conceptual practical tips is a step to carry out program investment value-the value of the ahl as-sunnah wal-jama'ah to students.

Abstract

The purpose of this article was to find out group guidance services with self-management techniques in improving the learning achievement of class X aliyah students at the AL-Muhlisin Islamic boarding school Batubata for the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. The objects in this study were 5 students of class X-1 Madrasah Aliyah who were lacking in learning achievement. The sample used is class X-I students. Instrumentation of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conduct of group guidance with self-management techniques to improve the learning achievement of class X aliyah students at the Al-Mukhlisin Batubara Islamic boarding school for the 2020/2021 academic year, has succeeded in increasing student learning achievement, this can be seen by the increase in student values ​​and knowledge when in teaching and learning activities, so it can be concluded that group guidance with self-management techniques is very effective in improving student achievement in class X-I aliyah at the Al-Mukhlisin Batubara Islamic boarding school for the 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

The development of science and technology requires educational institutions to make changes to keep up with the times so that human resource productivity and quality management are needed in an Islamic educational organization. This research method is the result of literature review research. The purpose of this study is to try to describe the meaning of knowledge management and learning organization as well as knowledge management as an effort to develop a learning organization in Islamic educational institutions, where knowledge management is critical to study in the development of human resource productivity in an Islamic educational institution. The results of this literature review are an educational institution, educators, and educators need knowledge management to develop and improve quality human resources, increase the value of an organization or company and increase collaboration in an Islamic educational institution.

Abstract

Professional teachers are not only required to master the fields of science, teaching materials, learning methods, and student motivation. They have high skills and broad insight into the world of education. This is inseparable from the guidance of a supervisor. Supervision is carried out to form and improve abilities in the teaching and learning process. Maintenance can help enhance teachers' professional skills so that teachers can carry out the teaching and learning process that they do in class well. Besides that, a teacher can also act as a professional educator in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in guiding and teaching, creating a comfortable learning atmosphere, and good communication. This article aims to describe the role of the principal as a supervisor to assist the teaching profession. The research method used in this article is a qualitative method with a case study approach.

Abstract

This article aims to find a strategy to improve the quality of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program with Total Quality Management at Islamic Religious Colleges. The method used in this article is qualitative descriptive by describing the existing phenomena. The results showed that the strategy for implementing Total Quality Management in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, began with improving the learning program, providing an Education Laboratory, Arabic and English laboratory, both manual and digital libraries, revamping and repairing ideal infrastructure and facilities, learning facilities. complete, innovative, creative, and fun learning methods, training for lecturers and students, as well as distribution of graduates through the job market. Improvements were made based on data from a questionnaire to students. The strategy for improving the quality of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program with Total Quality Management is for the leaders of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang who are quality-oriented, both input, process, and output by relying on cooperation, stakeholders, both staff and staff lecturers, human resource development, strengthening the body. Quality assurance, implementation of the internal quality audit cycle, management review in Management Review Meetings, formulation and updating of strategic plans and operational plans. Thus the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Malang has implemented Total Quality Management to improve quality. This can be seen from various achievements and accreditations at regional, national and international levels.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and find a model for the application of Islamic Religious Local Content in SMP Negeri 2 Kabuh Jombang. The problems that will be studied in this research are: How to prepare, implement, and evaluate Islamic Religious Local Content in SMP (Junior High School) Negeri 2 Kabuh Jomban. This research is field research and the approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The result of the research is that the application of Islamic religious local content is prepared in the form of a concept for making classroom devices by adjusting the Islamic religious local content curriculum, implementation using demonstration and drill methods. Evaluation using written test and practice of Islamic religious skills. The results of this study are expected to contribute to solving PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam) learning problems that have been occurring mainly in public schools. For example, the lack of class hours so that PAI material cannot be delivered optimally. Suggestions for future researchers, maybe the impact of implementing local Islamic religious content can be further deepened, both at school and in the family environment.

Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia is still experiencing many problems, especially at the primary and secondary education levels. This can be seen in several cases of children dropping out of school, one of which occurred in Ponorogo Regency. For this reason, this study aims to describe the implementation of increasing educational participation through the Conditional Cash Transfer Program. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and data searches using interviews. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Conditional Cash Transfer Program has been carried out according to the procedure. However, the level of education participation is still not optimal because children still do not continue their education to the next level. For this reason, cooperation from various parties is needed to increase the level of education participation in the Ponorogo Regency.
