Abstract

This article aims to describe the concept and implementation of the management of learning for children of early age with special needs. This study systematically describes the facts found in the field and compare the conditions at both institutions verbal or sentence. Object in this research is the process of managing learning for children with special needs, early age to be a child. The process includes planning, learning, organizing, learning implementation, and supervision. methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation. Managing learning in early childhood Bloom which combines between the child regular with children with special needs require a different management in early childhood education generally. Learning to accommodate children with different characteristics and barriers to the development of different. The results showed the presence of management learning for early childhood needs, namely in the planning of learning begins with the initial assessment to identify the peculiarities of the child to be tailored to the needs of the Program, Individual Learning in children as well as develop a curriculum that is used as a learning reference. Organizing by placing the supervising teacher or special teacher who has competence in the handling of the CREW in accordance with the division of the group of children's learning. The implementation of learning using learning model that is specified each institution, the implementation of learning activities include the opener, the core and the cover, Evaluation and assessment reports carried out to determine the development achieved in the learning process. Differences and similarities of both institutions are located on the concept and implementation in each of the management functions of learning for children with special needs. Recommendation addressed to the head of school, teachers and parents with the aim that the learning can be done well.

Abstract

The extraordinary development of technology followed by changes in human life in all fields also impacts the behavior of technology users and consumer behavior than multimedia, all of which have accelerated changes both in terms of multimedia transformation and in the form of business models that use multimedia. This study will discuss how multimedia strategies and their sustainable governance will impact distance learning that has been practiced so far as part of the effort to respond, namely learning from home. Because the impact of this media is quite significant, the parties, including parents who have to guide their children's learning, must also get a good understanding of how their strategy is to manage multimedia management for their children's learning considering that today multimedia technology has become like food that must be adequately served, really not contaminated with viruses or other toxins. This study utilizes data from the latest findings from previous publications from the book, journals, and other websites that contribute to the voice of technology and its impact on its users. Based on the results of the study of these data sources and a very detailed discussion, we finally got a new entry where parents must gain an understanding of multimedia applications and also how to use them and their uses so that parents and students can take advantage of multimedia for their learning success and life.

Abstract

The issue of Islamic education management governance in global education is the main objective of this secondary data review. To complete the discussion of this study, we have collected a series of data and literature on several data sources electronically in educational journal publications, book proceedings, and website databases that actively voice Islamic education issues in a global context. We cannot describe the data that we collect directly. We analyze it using various approaches, such as sharp evaluation coding and drawing conclusions that can answer the essence of the problems of this book review. The data we take online is as much as possible to look for the more up-to-date ones published in the last ten years. Finally, we can conclude that based on the findings and discussion data, among others, issues relating to the governance of Islamic religious education still leave problems and challenges, including the difficulty of achieving quality education due to issues of teacher resources that are still low in the mastery of technology that is still lacking. Straightforward access to education is still unequal, and issues related to leadership and school leadership in general education and the Islamic religion. We hope that these results will be a meaningful input in developing studies related to issues and governance of education management that will be held in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this article, among others, was to analyze the role of the principal in increasing teacher innovation and creativity at SMPIT Hidayatul Ghazzali Purwakarta during a pandemic. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and data collection through observation and interviews with the aim of describing the role of the principal at SMPIT Hidayatul Ghazzali. The objects of research include the principal, three teachers, the school committee, and two guardians and students. The role of the principal as a leader or leader, it can be seen that some of the efforts he has made in increasing teacher innovation and creativity in learning include: a) the principal as an example; b) providing guidance or supervision; c) award and punishment; d) involving teachers in training; e) create a pleasant working atmosphere, and f) provide freedom to innovate and be creative.

Abstract

Currently, competition in education is unavoidable, and many educational institutions are then abandoned by society. The managerial ability to understand the marketing of educational services is a prerequisite in maintaining its existence and increasing the educational institutions. The marketing concept, which was initially only known and applied in profit-oriented organizations, can also be used in non-profit organizations, including Pesantren. Pesantren during the three decades (1997-1998) could be classified into two major types: first, the old or classical type, which is learning about classical Islamic texts; second the new type, namely establishing several schools and madrasah. Pesantren Mamba`ul Ma`arif Denanyar Jombang is included in a new type of Islamic Boarding School. This research attempts to analyze the managerial strategy that`s used in the Pesantren. This research allows qualitative and data sources will be narrated by a descriptive method.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the pattern of the leadership of Kiai and activities Pondok Pesantren Buntet Cirebon West Java. The method used is qualitative descriptive. In conclusion: (1) the Leadership of Kiai in organizing and managing pesantren Buntet shows responsibility, attention, full of appeal and a big influence for the students. Attitudes, behavior, and actions Kiai observed and interpreted by the students in the life sehani-day in pesantren Buntet. (2) Pesantren Buntet manages the learning shalaf with the system sorogan, wetonan, halaqah, and Bahtsul Masa ‘il and Khalaf with the learning system of the modern and innovative. (3) the supporting Factors in managing learning in Pesantren Buntet: (a) lack of awareness, willingness, competence, and expertise of the Kiai sepuh and manager better. (b) maintaining the attitude and behavior of noble character. (c) the relationship of Kiai and santri, dan Kiai with the community very well. The inhibiting factor is: (a) minimal supporting infrastructure and facilities. (b) the limited education budget. (c) the limited local learning and infrastructure of learning. (d) the management of the boarding school of the weak and the Period of study for quite a long time. (4) the Efforts of the improvement and development of pesantren Buntet of endeavoring to overcome the obstacles faced Pesantren Buntet.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the relevance of Teuku Umar’s leadership with the concept of Islamic leadership played by the Prophet Muhammad (saw) as the great leader of Muslims. The article was written by studying in-depth the history of Teuku Umar from various existing literature and synthesizing the values of leadership based on the history of his struggle. Then observe its relevance to Islamic leadership based on the sources of the Holy Qur’an, Sunnah, and the life history of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). The results conclude that the Teuku Umar leadership concept that has been proposed is very relevant to Islamic teachings. This was greatly influenced by the figure of Teuku Umar, who lived under the Islamic Kingdom of Aceh Darussalam from childhood until the end of his life. Teuku Umar was a Muslim like the majority of the people of Aceh at that time.

Abstract

This article aims to empirically examine the relationship between self-concept and social support with the self-confidence of the students of MTsS Al-Washliyah Tembung. The population in this study amounted to 246 students with a sample of 105 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that, an instrument used to obtain the data is the self-confidence scale, self-concept scale, and social support scale. The results of data analysis using regression analysis obtained the regression coefficient of the three variables of 0.679 (p <0.01) this means that there is a significant relationship between self-concept and social support with student self-confidence so that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. The effective contribution of self-concept and social support variables with student self-confidence is 67%. The correlation coefficient between the variables of self-concept and students' self-confidence is 0.6555 (p<0.01). This means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and students' self-confidence. While the correlation coefficient between the variables of social support and students' self-confidence is 0.437 (p < 0.01) this means that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and student self-confidence, so the hypothesis proposed in the study is accepted. This means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and students' self-confidence. Abstract

This article aims to find out the application of individual counseling services with directive counseling methods in increasing the adjustment of MAS Al washliyah students. Self-adjustment is one of the most important things when students enter a new school environment. One method in individual counseling is the directive counseling method. The counseling directive is one of the techniques or methods in which the counselor has a more dominant role and actively provides direction in accordance with the needs of the client. Directive counseling is a step that can be done in an effort to improve the adjustment of students who experience low adjustment due to differences in mood and learning climate from previous schools such as anxiety and fear of entering a new environment. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the research informant is a BK teacher and 5 students. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. While data collection tools are interview guidelines, documentation study observation guides. The results of this study showed that counseling individuals with directive counseling methods can improve student self-adjustment. This is evident from the optimistic attitude of students and changes in interaction with the environment.

Abstract

This article aims to determine how the organizational development of SMP IT Al Hanif by using a canvas business model based on the results of a SWOT analysis. This research is a case study research. Research data obtained through interviews and observations are then presented in the form of a business model canvas and analyzed with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. The results are used to refine the canvas business model that has been implemented so far. The results showed that the canvas business model applied at SMP IT Al Hanif was very good, especially in the elements of the value proposition, revenue stream, key resources, cost structure, and revenue relations. The MBC that has been carried out on several elements has been very good and must continue to be developed, especially in the value proposition, key activities, and cost structure. The development of SMP IT Al Hanif using MBC based on the results of SWOT analysis was carried out by (a) maintaining the existing one and running well and (b) adding other things for development. Elements that need to be improved are key partners, channels, key resources, channels. Research on the development of educational organizations using MBC needs to be carried out on other educational organizations so that organizations can develop by developing their potential.
