Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the Karawaci District, Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample method used was the Simple Random Sampling technique, with a total of 87 employees. The work environment variable (X1) obtained a coefficient of determination value of 9.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated t value > ttable or (3.025 > 1.988) p This strengthened by a significance value of 0.03 <0.05. then Ho1 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the work environment has a partial influence on employee performance. The results of the work discipline variable (X2) obtained a coefficient of determination value of 54.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table or (10.0091 > 1.988) p This strengthened by a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. With Thus , H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted It means that discipline Work own influence in a way Partial to performance employee . As for from variable environment work and discipline Work in a way simultaneous obtained mark coefficient determination of 57.2%, the simultaneous F hypothesis test was obtained The value obtained is fcount>ftable or (56.141 > 3.11), this is also reinforced by a significance value <0.05 or (0.00 <0.05). Thus, H03 is rejected and H03 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the environment. Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of trendjacking strategies employed by influencers on audience engagement and consumer purchase decisions in the digital era. We used a quantitative research approach to collect data from respondents and analyze the relationship between engagement, influencer influence, and purchase decisions. The study shows that high engagement positively correlates with purchase decisions, with 70% of actively engaged respondents more likely to buy products promoted by influencers. Furthermore, influencers not only directly influence purchase decisions but also enhance audience engagement with the content they present. This study highlights the importance of authenticity and content relevance in marketing strategies and the use of trendjacking as a method to increase brand awareness and effectively influence consumer behavior. These findings provide valuable insights for marketers in designing more effective campaigns on social media platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the pattern of khalaf Islamic boarding school education based on the value of noble thobiat character, the impact of the implementation of character education based on noble thobiat and the strategies carried out by the Nurul Huda Lampung Islamic Boarding School in facing the development of the times related to the formation of student character. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of the study show that: 1) the pattern of khalaf pesantren education based on the value of noble thobiat character collaborates with formal schools that are integrated with the Nurul Huda Lampung Islamic Boarding School, namely junior high school, high school and vocational school Tri Sukses. The pattern of character development of students is carried out in stages which are divided into two categories, namely regular classes and intensive classes. Regular classes will receive general coaching, while intensive classes will receive special assistance. 2) The impact of this noble Thobiat character education is felt directly by the students. The student who became an informant said that there were many character changes in the good direction while studying at the boarding school. In addition to the students, the good impact is also felt by the surrounding community and even the surrounding community also practices noble thobiat in daily life. 3) The strategy carried out by the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School in facing the changing times is to always adapt. In addition to utilizing information technology, it also develops the independence of students.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis patients who test positive must undergo therapy using Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT). Treatment is divided into two phases, namely the intensive phase is carried out for 2 months with the consumption of rifampicin (R), isoniazid (H), pyrazinamide (Z), and etambutol (E) and the advanced phase is carried out for 4 months with isoniazid (H) and rifampicin (R) OAT. To find out the difference in creatinine and urea levels in the 2nd and 3rd months. Typeof research using quantitative with aprospective cohort research design. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method with a sample number of 15. Normality and homogeneity tests were carried out,normal distributed results were obtained and the number of samples did not meet the requirements, so the Wilcoxon statistical test was used. A total of 12 respondents (80.0%) experienced a decrease in urea levels from the 2nd month to the 3rd month. There was a differencein creatinine levels at the 2nd and 3rd months with a p-value of 0.026 (p < 0.05), butthere was no difference inthe urea levelsat the 2nd and 3rd months with a p-value of 0.201 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

E-filing is a tax reporting system using an Annual Tax Return (SPT) that is conducted electronically. This study aims to test and analyze the success of the e-Filing system using the Information System Success Model approach by DeLone & McLean (2003). The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires, with a total sample of 70 individual taxpayers registered as employees at the Bulukumba Tax Office. The measurement variables used include system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The results show that information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, and service quality also has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. This research can contribute to tax authorities in developing electronic systems to facilitate taxpayers in filing their tax returns. It also highlights the importance of information quality and service quality in the use of the e-filing system to ensure that taxpayers feel satisfied in fulfilling their tax obligations.

No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, because the elements of This article was proven as a fact before the Court, so It is correct that the Amar/Contents of the Judges' Decision stated that MISNIAR WATI HARAHAP alias WATI has been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing criminal offense "Narcotics Abuse Category I" for myself and the author concluded that the legal considerations of the panel of judges in handing down the decision This is not in accordance with the applicable provisions based on all the facts as well as the evidence revealed within trial.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Labstore's current marketing strategy and identify the optimal approach to attract consumer interest in products created by Unpam students. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, which involves describing phenomena or events as they occur. The findings of this study are as follows: First, regarding the product dimension, it is essential to focus on product quality, including durability, taste (for food and beverages), and packaging. Second, in terms of pricing, it is crucial to analyze competitors' prices for similar products to offer prices that are affordable to Labstore's primary consumers, who are mostly students. Third, the location and facilities of Labstore are generally considered good, with most participants finding Labstore a comfortable place to shop. Lastly, in the promotion dimension, the study suggests enhancing promotional efforts by adding cost-effective yet impactful media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, attitudes, environmental awareness and health on purchasing decisions for certain products. The data source used in this research is primary data obtained using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using Google Form. The method in this research uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the PLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0 approach. The number of samples tested was 118 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research results show that attitude, environmental awareness and health have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, but green marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions. The managerial implications that can be given are that companies need to re-evaluate green marketing, increase their focus on understanding consumer attitudes and must continue to increase environmental and health awareness which can help consumers make purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The banking industry is currently the choice of the community, namely conventional banks and Islamic banks. One of the Islamic banks that is said to have good performance both financially and non-financially. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which variables can have a positive impact. Several studies have different hypotheses regarding these variables. This study uses a quantitative method with path analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS4 program. The results of the hypothesis test show that leadership strategy has a significant effect on increasing competitiveness and company performance. Corporate culture has a significant effect on increasing competitiveness but is not significant in increasing company performance. Competitiveness that has a significant effect on company performance.
