Abstract

Digital transformation in learning media has become an increasingly relevant topic in the world of education, especially in the context of increasing student engagement and skills. Education plays a part in raising the caliber of HR-owned resources. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching media application in the Multimedia Learning course. The research and development approach, or R&D, is the methodology employed in this process. Based on an industry-based development approach, research and development is conducted to create goods and procedures that are subsequently thoroughly tested in the field, assessed, and improved to satisfy specific standards for efficacy, quality, and standards. It has been demonstrated that using interactive multimedia-based learning materials in multimedia courses enhances students' conceptual understanding. The stages of developing this interactive learning media product are through validation tests and large group tests, and the final stage is implementation in learning. It may be said that students' interest in learning has enhanced when interactive learning materials are used in the Multimedia Learning course.

Abstract

The main objective of the research is to address a knowledge vacuum in the current literature by showing how debt policy, capital intensity, and the existence of independent commissioners influence tax aggressiveness. This study employs a quantitative technique with an associative approach, and it makes use of secondary data. The research subjects in this study are consumer-facing, non-cyclical food and beverage companies that have their stock listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The sample was created by using purposive sampling to exclude fourteen companies. Outliers occurred in 23 samples due to the presence of extreme values during the test. The tool used for data processing is eviews version 10. A partial examination reveals that Capital Intensity influences Tax Aggressiveness, although Debt Policy and Independent Commissioners do not. Identifies the interplay between Tax Aggressiveness and Debt Policy, Capital Intensity, and Independent Commissioners.

Abstract

Pain in labor is a subjective experience of physical sensations associated with uterine contractions, cervical dilation and effacement, and fetal descent during labor. To determine the effect of endorphin massage on pain intensity during the first active phase of labor at BPM Husniyati and BPM Yuhana Palembang This research uses a pre-experimental research method, with the design used is one group pre-test post-test. In this design, there was no control group, but an assessment was carried out before and after treatment was given. In this study, mothers in labor underwent pain measurements before and after being given endorphin massage to reduce labor pain. The results of the difference in pain were seen to see whether there was a decrease in labor pain before and after giving endorphin massage. This research was conducted at BPM Husniyati and BPM Yuhana Palembang in February-June 2018. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, where sampling was based on criteria. As previously known, the sample size for simple experimental research using treatment groups is 30-500 samples. The sample taken in this study consisted of 30 respondents who were taken based on the number of mothers giving birth who met the inclusion criteria. research result for data before endorphin massage. Meanwhile, for the data after endorphin massage, the p value = 0.011. Because the p value <0.05, it can be concluded that the data distribution is not normal and further analysis uses the Wicoxon test. Conclusion The proportion of respondents who experienced severe pain intensity (7-9) before endorphin massage was 19 respondents (63.4%).

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of positive psychology, grounded in the concept of Tri Hita Karana (THK), in developing character education for inclusive students. Research that combines positive psychology with the Tri Hita Karana concept is still scarce, making this study significant in contributing to knowledge on both concepts. In conducting this literature review, a substantial number of documents were examined, including prominent Sinta articles, books, and other relevant materials. The findings reveal that:(1)Positive psychology based on the Parahyangan concept can help students become more religious and grateful; (2)Positive psychology rooted in the Pawongan concept can encourage students to be more tolerant, appreciate one another, care for their surroundings, and communicate effectively; (3) Positive psychology aligned with the Palemahan concept can foster greater environmental awareness among students. In conclusion, the Tri Hita Karana concept and the application of positive psychology are crucial for the character development of inclusive students.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to investigate how the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana (THK) is applied to the "Pindah Adat" tradition, also known as "Pamalle" in Sumba culture. THK actually originates from Balinese Hindu culture and emphasizes balance in three dimensions: balance in the relationship between humans and God (Parahyangan), balance in the relationship between people (Pawongan), and balance with the environment (Palemahan). In this article, the "Pamalle" tradition is explained as the custom of a woman moving to the man's family. This custom reflects the values of THK through spiritual, social, and environmental aspects. The traditional ritual has a spiritual aspect, which includes prayers and offerings to ancestors (Marapu) as a form of respect and request for blessings and protection. The Pamalle tradition teaches us that we can foster a sense of belonging and shared responsibility by involving all members of the community in decision-making. Ultimately, this will strengthen social ties and keep the community united. The Palemahan principle of Pamalle not only preserves the local ecosystem but also teaches the importance of a healthy relationship between humans and the environment. This tradition is a value system that continues to evolve and change over time, but its core remains the same, never changing. This study shows that the Pamalle tradition offers a new perspective on sustainable development based on local wisdom, applicable to everyone.

Abstract

The proliferation of big data has raised new challenges in terms of network security. This research proposes a network architecture inspired by the concept of software-defined networking (SDN) to provide high flexibility and scalability in the face of exponential data growth. In addition, an artificial intelligence-based security system is developed to detect increasingly sophisticated threats. The test results show that the designed network architecture is able to improve system performance and reliability, while the security system succeeds in reducing the false detection rate and increasing the intrusion detection rate. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of a more secure and efficient network infrastructure in the big data era.
