Abstract

Virus corona yang berasal dari Wuhan ini muncul pada awal tahun 2020 yang mengejutkan masyarakat umum. Kemudian, virus tersebut mulai menyebar ke berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Pembatasan aktivitas di luar rumah tentunya sangat berpengaruh terhadap sektor perdagangan dan perekonomian Anda. Tidak sedikit UMKM, usaha rumah makan, dan toko retail skala besar yang mengalami penurunan penjualan bahkan harus tutup akibat pandemi COVID-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan deskriptif adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan atau menilai suatu hasil penelitian tetapi tidak untuk menarik kesimpulan yang lebih umum. Omah Alas Adventure merupakan retailer online di platform Shopee yang menjual berbagai perlengkapan outdoor. Peneliti akan berbicara tentang faktor-faktor penting yang berdampak pada kualitas toko Omah Alas Adventure di platform Shopee. Jadi yang dapat diambil dari pemeriksaan penjualan toko Omah Alas Adventure adalah penjualan menurun pada tahun 2022, maka pengecer harus meningkatkan layanan dan kualitas produk serta memperkuat branding untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil perhitungan yang diperolah pada variabel stres kerja sebesar 2,902 atau nilai sign 0,000 > 0,05 ,berarati Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh pada variabel kompensasi sebesar 2,665 atau nilai sign 0.000 > 0,05 , berarti Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperolah hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil uji simultan berdasarkan penghitungan ANOVA diperoleh hasil sebesar 9,486 sehingga dapat dikatakan secara serentak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai F hitungnya sebesar 9,486 atau Ho diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi atau meningkat stres kerja dan kompensasi tersebut secara serentak maka akan berdampak pada semakin meningkatnya kinerja karywan tersebut. Perhitungan yang dibantu dengan alat komputer yang hasilnya angka sebesar 0,339. Koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel stres dan kompensasi dan kepuasan kerj karyawan sebesar 33,90% sedangkan sisanya 66,10 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak masuk dalam masuk dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether quality and price can influence glass purchasing decisions in Surabaya. The population is taken from residents in the Surabaya area who use glass. At the same time, a sample of 40 people was used as respondents with quantitative methods using a correlational approach. The use of questions by distributing them to respondents is a data collection technique used in this study. The data analysis technique used multiple near regression, which previously tested the validity and reliability to prevent the data from being biased. Multiple regression linear test results of Y = 6.317 + 0.397X1 + 0.424X2 + e Hypothesis testing using partial t-test and simultaneous f-test. The results of this study are that quality and price have a positive and significant effect on the purchase of glass in the Surabaya area. This is because the price of glass in the Surabaya area is considered relatively cheap and has a major influence on purchasing decisions. It's even better quality.

Abstract

Investment Funds and Beneficial Credit are business acts that collect and deliver assets to individuals with low incomes, where the motivation behind the assistance is to advance the well-being of its members. This study aims to find out how the remaining operating income affects cooperative savings and loans. This experiment was conducted on several samples totaling 33 correspondents. This study used a quantitative approach with several sample questionnaires. The results of this study were declared valid and reliable, not or free of multicollinearity, and free of heteroscedasticity. A simple linear regression model was obtained by testing 1 (one) independent variable on the dependent variable Y = 11.537 + 0.710 X1 + e, a straight linear regression model was built. From the t test it is known that cooperative acceptance of SHU (X) has a significant and positive effect on Savings and Loans (Y). To increase the welfare of members and the remaining results of operations, cooperatives need to provide loans to members with greater efficiency.

Abstract

Many UMKM entrepreneurs have recently plagiarized products sold freely on the market, resulting in losses for the first entrepreneurs who become victims of product plagiarism. Patents are exclusive rights used to protect innovative plagiarism behavior in products being developed. The reviewer wanted to examine whether there was any influence on patents & halal certification by increasing UMKM. This experiment was conducted with a sample of 32 respondents. This study uses a quantitative design with several questions in the questionnaire. The results of this study were declared valid and reliable, normally distributed, free of heteroscedasticity, and free of multicollinearity. A simple linear regression model was obtained by testing 1 (one) independent variable on the dependent variable Y = 17.347 + 0.557 X1 + e, which means that the independent variable is Patent & Halal (X1) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on increasing UMKM (Y). Therefore, entrepreneurs must refer to consumer trust because patents and halal certification are interdependent and make the market attractive to consumers

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the service quality, satisfaction, and trust of Indihome customers in Surabaya. In this study, researchers used baseline data from customers using the Indihome network. The approach used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Interviewing is a technique used to explain research but not to draw more general conclusions. This study used seven respondents living in Surabaya as the research sample. The results of this study are as follows: 1.) Service quality influences the improvement of Indihome services. 2.) Happiness affects improving Indihome services. 3.) Trust has an impact on improving Indihome services. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the company will continue to improve the quality of its services and products so that customers are happier and remain loyal to Indihome products.

Abstract

 This research which aims to determine the impact of using the Qris payment system on MSME sales turnover in Surabaya. The research was aimed at UMKM merchants and consumers who use the Qris payment system in the city of Surabaya, with a population of 70 people from teenagers to adults. Of these 70 respondents, the authors also make it as a sample. The author chose the quantitative method in this study with the process of accumulating data by distributing questionnaires. The test uses simple linear regression, using instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and also multicollinearity tests. Then proceed with the classical test which consists of a normality test, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity test. Based on the results of the t test, a simple linear regression equation is formed, namely Y = 13.985 + 0.726x, which means that the lack of use of the Qris payment system is fixed, so the effect on sales turnover also does not change. Likewise, if the use of the Qris payment system increases, the effect on sales turnover will also increase. The Qris payment system is highly recommended for consumers and MSMEs in Surabaya in the process of buying and selling transactions, as well as payments that are practical, easy, and guaranteed security.

Abstract

In conducting this research, the author’s goal was to see how big the Impact of Product Packaging, Quality of Raw Materials, and Promotion on Social Media on sales of Pink Lava Products in Surabaya, with a population of 120 people. The author also made the 120 respondents as samples in the study. Quantitative methods are defined in this study, with the main data collected through questionnaires and distributed to respondents using the Google form. The test was carried out using simple linear regression, and then an instrument test was carried out; the classical assumptions were continued by testing the hypothesis using the t-test. From the t-test results on the effect of product packaging on the quality of raw materials and promotion on social media on product sales, we get a linear regression form Y = 3.077 + 0.338X1 + 0.284X2 + 0.292 +e. From the results of linear regression, it was concluded that product packaging, quality, raw materials, and promotions on social media have a positive and relevant effect on sales of Pink Lava products in Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and Promotion on Macaroni Ngehe Kediri's purchasing decisions. The research sample is 100 respondents who are customers of Makaroni Ngehe Kediri. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and processing this data using SPSS. The research model used is a descriptive research model that systematically and accurately describes the factors studied. The data testing technique used in this research is to test the validity with the value of r count and the reliability with Cronbach's Alpha; the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The constant value is 0.029; for Promotion, it is 0.475, and the price value is 0.620, so the multiple linear regression equations Y = -0.029 + 0.475 (X2) +0.620 (X2) can be obtained. Promotion and price together affect consumer purchasing decMacaronit Macaroni Ng; itKediri, it can be seen that the significance value for the effect of Promotion and price is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 222.059 > the f table value is 3.15. So, it can be concluded that Promotion and Price influence the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Brayen Snack Kediri. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a total sample of 100 respondents. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between product quality and price on purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of product quality and sales promotion on purchasing decisions for the Product Quality variable is 0.01 <0.05 and the t-count value is 3.505 <the t-table value is 1.984, for the Price variable is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value is 5,135 > t-value table 1.984 and the effect of price and quality is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 157.372 > the f table value is 3.15. So it can be concluded that price and quality have an influence on the purchasing decision variable.
