Abstract

This research explains consumer behavior factors that show various tendencies in visiting Kampoeng Kopi Rigis Jaya. The data in this research is primary data taken using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 samples taken using purposive sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a non-probability sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data was obtained from a questionnaire using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). This research data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous results. The Visit Decision Factor variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kampoeng Kopi Rigis Jaya with an R Square value of 0.357 or 35%. Meanwhile, partial results show that many consumers visit Kampoeng Kopi because of cultural factors, personal factors and psychological factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer experience and customer satisfaction on tourists' intentions to revisit Pahawang Island, Lampung. This research uses a method quantitative. The population of this research is Lampung tourists who have visited Pahawang Island. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data was obtained through a Google Form questionnaire and distributed online via the WhatsApp, Twitter, Line and Instagram applications. The analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, F tests, and R2 tests using computational calculations from the SPSS 26 (Statistical Package for Social Science) program. The results of this research are that the variables customer experience and customer satisfaction have an influence on tourists' revisit intentions to Pahawang Island, Lampung. The recommendation suggested by the author to the management of Pahawang Island, Lampung, it is important for the management of Pahawang Island to maintain the quality of cleanliness and sustainability of the beach area and to be wiser in determining prices so that they are affordable for tourists. Apart from that, price increases must remain within reasonable limits and be acceptable to both parties without anyone feeling disadvantaged. As well as improving the quality of products and services so that tourists can tolerate competitors who will arrive in greater numbers and become more attractive in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of business models with the approach Business Model Canvas in the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia business during a food security crisis. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Key Partners owned are suppliers of coffee and spices from Aceh, distributors at Pasar Pasir Gintung, owners of business premises leases, and the local sub-district government. Key Activities the activities carried out are purchasing raw materials, ordering coffee and spices, producing aceh noodles independently, selling at business outlets, and marketing offline and online. Key Resources needed, namely physical resources, intellectual resources, human resources, and financial resources. Cost Structure consists of variable costs and fixed costs. Value Propositions what is offered is a populist price, maintained taste quality, satisfying service, effective presentation, and innovating. Customer Relationship which is woven, namely by providing maximum and satisfying service, maintaining the quality of taste of all menus, employees have a friendly nature, spatial layout adapted to populist business market segmentation. Customer Segments the targets are based on geographic segments, demographic segments, and psychographic segments. Channels done by direct and indirect. Revenue Streams obtained through selling the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia menu for free offline and online. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the food crisis affected the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia business, but the strategy to reduce profit margins has kept this business profitable.

Abstract

Communities of Practice sebenarnya bukanlah sebuah konsep yang baru, konsep ini merupakan adaptasi dari konsep awal mula sebuah struktur sosial yang berbasis pengetahuan (first knowledge-based social Structures), kegiatan ini sudah berlangsung sejak jaman dahulu kala ketika manusia masih tinggal di dalam gua, berkumpul Di sekitar api unggun kemudian berdiskusi strategi untuk menangkap hewan buruan atau mendiskusikan jenis tumbuhan yang dapat dimanfaatkan atau berbahaya bagi manusia (Prasetyawan, 2018). Hal ini pula yang menjadi pola yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Penikmat Kopi di Lampung dalam berkumpul kemudian membuat agenda yang dalam ini memperkenalkan industri kopi kepada masyarakat umum mulai dari proses panen, pemanggangan (sangrai kopi), hingga menyeduh kopi kepada konsumen. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan terkait jejaring sosial Komunitas Penikmat Kopi di Lampung dalam penerapannya dalam Community of Practice.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of BOPO, CAR, and LDR on financial performance in Islamic banking that goes public on the IDX 2019 - 2022. This research uses quantitative data with secondary data sources in the form of financial reports. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 10 Islamic banks was obtained. Data taken from quarterly financial reports obtained from the official website of each bank is the research sample. The results of this research show that the results of simultaneous testing (F Test) obtained an Fcount of 20,581 with an Ftable value of 2.87 with a significant result of 0.000 <0.05, which means that BOPO, CAR and LDR together have a significant influence on ROE. Meanwhile, the results of the t test (1) The tcount value for the BOPO variable is 1.056 < 2.024 or tcount < ttable and the sig value is 0.298 > 0.05 or the sig value < 0.05. So that H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, it can be interpreted that the variable BOPO (X1) partially has no significant influence on ROE (2) CAR of 2.985 > 2.024 or tcount > ttable and a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05 or sig value > 0 .05 so it has a positive and significant effect on ROE. (3) LDR of 7.213 > 2.024 or tcount > ttable and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 or sig value > 0.05 so that it has a positive and significant effect on ROE.

Abstract

This research describes the profile of customer jobs, profile customer pains, and profile customer gains in a coffee shop in Bandar Lampung with a focus on taking two places, namely Robusta Coffee Flower Coffee House and In Air Cafe. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews with consumers, owners, and employees at Robusta Coffee Bunga Coffee House and In Air Cafe. Sampling was carried out by snowball sampling technique and the validity of the data was proved by triangulation of the source. The results of research and data analysis showed that customer profile jobs in both coffee shop is gathering with friends and doing tasks. In the customer profile pains found complaints from consumers such as a less varied food menu and interior that is less spoiling consumers. While in profile customer gains, consumers expect innovation in food and beverage menus, interior and exterior improvements, and expansion of parking lots. Until the end of the analysis found that the customer profile is more dominant jobs, because consumers come to the coffee shop is more driven for the purpose of gathering with friends. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on share prices in energy companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 and obtained a sample of 15 companies determined by the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research uses panel data regression analysis with the E-Viwes 9 program as a data processing tool. The research results show that partially the liquidity ratio and activity ratio have an insignificant effect on stock prices and the solvency ratio has an insignificant positive effect on stock prices, while the profitability ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate an appropriate business development strategy model in developing tilapia cultivation businesses in Tulung Balak village. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is the Alkalam fishery in Tulung Balak village. Informants were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the appropriate strategy model for alkalam fisheries is the SO strategy, the SO strategy is a strategy that maximizes strength in exploiting opportunities. Internal business strengths such as income from selling seeds and stable harvests, low operational costs because it uses a semi-intensive cultivation system and daily labor, various payment methods, friendly service and fast response, using a water-powered mill to increase the oxygen supply in the pond, management good water system, use of various types of feed according to fish size, good and routine fish health management, good water waste management, independent feed production. Can be used to capture opportunities such as maintaining good and harmonious relationships between owners and employees, between companies and suppliers, and between companies and consumers, Developing the use of technology in producing homemade feed, Maintaining customer trust by improving the quality and quality of products using raw materials quality, sensitive to changes in customer desires and carrying out quality control, consumers can make payments via e-wallet and bank transfer.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of family influence strategies on Samsung Galaxy A Series mobile phone costumer purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. The independent variable that used in this research are Family Influence Strategies (X) and Purchasing Decisions as dependent variable. The data in this research are primary data taken using a questionnaire distributed directly at the Urip Cellular mobile phone counter and distributed via google form that shared via social media. The samples in this research amounted to 100 samples that taken by using purposive sampling techniques. The data in this research was analyzed by using simple linear regression with simultaneous variable results of Family Influence Strategies has a significant effect on custome’s purchasing decisions for Samsung Galaxy A Series mobile phones in Bandar Lampung with a value of R Square is 0.453 or 45.3%.

Abstract

This research explains the involvement of women coffee farmers in supporting the sustainability of coffee farming in Rigis Jaya Village, West Lampung Regency. The research method used was qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with female coffee farmers in Rigis Jaya Village. The results showed that women coffee farmers are involved in supporting the sustainability of coffee farming, this can be seen in the marketing sector, ecological, economic and social sectors. In terms of marketing, women farmers are involved in selling the harvest of coffee cultivation to coffee collectors. this is shown by women farmers participating in packaging coffee beans that will be submitted to collectors. Furthermore, based on observation, Rigis Jaya coffee has social media and a website to market coffee to customers. Involvement in the ecological sector, namely in terms of fertilisation with organic fertiliser, pest control by spraying and maintaining coffee plants, weed control, and picking. Involvement in the economic sector, namely in helping family income by being involved in coffee cultivation, fruit and vegetable cultivation, goat and cow farming, and there are female farmers who also work as village clerks to support the family economy. Involvement in the social sector, women coffee farmers join the Women Farmers Group (KWT) which meets every month, by being active in the Women Farmers Group (KWT) is able to get training in managing coffee farming. This research has important implications for local governments and related stakeholders to develop programmes and policies that support the development of women farmers. Agricultural counselling and financial funding can assist women farmers in supporting the sustainability of coffee farming.
