Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of TPACK-based discovery learning model on the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The source of data in this study comes from an analysis of 15 national journals published in 2022-2024. The process of data retrieval through the databases of google scholar, ScienceDirect and ERIC Journal. Data selection using PRISMA method in 2020. The inclusion criteria in this study are that the research must be experimental methods or quasi-experiments; research sample of elementary school students; research should be related to TPACK-based dsicovery learning models on student learning outcomes; learning materials related to mathematics and Indonesian; journals must be indexed by Science Technology Index (SINTA) and Garuda; and a sample size of > 20 students. Data analysis in this study is quantitative analysis by calculating the value of effect size assisted by JSAP application Version 0.8.5. The results concluded that the TPACK-based inquiry model had a significant influence on student learning outcomes with rES = 1,114; P < 0.001. This finding has a positive impact on PGSD teachers to implement this model in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of rice sharing services on the traditional taxi market through a meta-analysis. Rice-sharing services have grown rapidly in recent years, offering cheaper and more convenient transportation alternatives for consumers. The study pooled and analyzed the results of 10 studies examining the impact of rice-sharing services on the traditional taxi market. The results of the meta-analysis showed that rice sharing services had a significant negative impact on the income and number of traditional taxi passengers with an effect size value of 0.712. This effect is stronger in developing countries and in large cities. Subgroup analysis showed that the impact of rice-sharing services was greater on economy-class taxis and taxis operating on popular routes. Nan Berbagi Rice has disrupted the traditional taxi market and led to a decline in revenue and the number of traditional taxi riders. The findings have important implications for the taxi industry and policymakers looking to formulate regulations for rice-sharing services.

Abstract

Building Information Modelling (BIM) has revolutionized the construction industry by presenting a new approach to project design and construction. BIM enables the integration of comprehensive project data, including 3D design, material information, and construction schedules, into a centralized digital model. This literature review aims to explore the integration of BIM in civil engineering projects, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and implementation. This study aims to examine the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in civil engineering projects through a comprehensive literature review. BIM is a technology that enables the creation and management of digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of a construction project. The results of this study conclude that BIM enables more accurate and efficient design by detecting potential clashes and design errors in the early stages of the project thus saving time and costs.

Abstract

Teacher performance assessment has not been optimal so far because it is not competency-based. Evaluation of teacher competencies is needed to improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the pedagogical and social competence of teachers based on teacher performance assessment instruments set by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of the study are 10 teachers at SMKN 2 Sungai TFull Data collection instruments include classroom observation and interviews. The evaluation results showed that the teacher's pedagogic competence was good enough for the aspects of learning planning, material collection, and learning model. However, some teachers need to improve their social competence, especially communicating and cooperating. Teacher competency evaluation based on performance assessment instruments has proven to be effective in evaluating and improving teacher competencies in a standardized and comprehensive manner. To improve performance even more, teachers need to continue to follow self-development programs.

Abstract

The development of an entrepreneurial spirit among students has become an important priority for many schools and education stakeholders. This research aims to identify the early stages that are important in developing an entrepreneurial culture in the student community. The analysis method used is a qualitative approach involving observation, documentation studies, and fieldwork. The results of the study reveal three key elements that should be the focus for schools. First and foremost, schools must develop a curriculum that pays special attention to the development of students' knowledge and business acumen. In addition, educational institutions must provide extracurricular activities that enhance students' practical experience in running a business, such as running clubs and business projects. Third, developing relationships with local communities, including the business world, organizations, and local government agencies, can provide benefits for students in the form of practical practice and day-to-day support for business programs. The findings of this study emphasize the need for a holistic approach in building an entrepreneurial culture among students, which involves synchronizing integration, extracurricular programs, and external stakeholder engagement. These initial steps can be a strong foundation for schools to develop students into innovative and future-oriented entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance and student learning outcomes in Vocational High Schools (SMK). Research findings show that democratic and transformational leadership styles are most effective in creating a positive and productive school environment. The findings show that democratic and transformational leadership styles are the most effective in creating a positive and productive school environment. Leadership, with transformational, its focus on values such as empowerment and long-term, can inspire and motivate teachers and values while encouraging innovation and high-level commitment. such as empowerment and long-term, can inspire and motivate teachers and students while encouraging high-level innovation and commitment. Democratic leadership leadership, which encourages active participation in decision-making, increases the sense of belonging and appreciation of each school employee, thus having a positive impact on their motivation and work performance. In contrast, authoritarian control, through strict and centralistic control, gradually inhibits creativity and participation and develops resistance and tension. Therefore, it is recommended that the head of the vocational school use democratic and transformational leadership practices in order to improve teaching standards. Vocational school principals use democratic and transformational leadership practices to improve teaching standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variation of building materials used as floor coverings in simple buildings. Through a quantitative approach, this study examined three types of floor covering materials that are often used: ceramic, vinyl, and cement. The sample was taken from five simple buildings in urban areas and five in rural areas. The variables assessed include cost, durability, comfort, and ease of installation. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to compare the effectiveness of each material. The results showed that ceramics, although more expensive, offered better durability and aesthetics, while vinyl stood out for its comfort and ease of installation. Cement floor coverings, meanwhile, are an economical option but lack in durability and comfort. The study recommends the use of ceramics for high-traffic areas and vinyl for areas that require comfort at a lower cost. This finding is expected to provide guidance for builders and homeowners in choosing floor covering materials that suit their needs and economic conditions.

Abstract

The advent of Human Resource (HR) analytics has revolutionized the way organizations manage their workforce, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. This literature review aims to synthesize recent research on the role of HR analytics in enhancing organizational performance. By systematically analyzing studies published over the past decade, we identify key themes, methodologies, and findings that highlight the impact of HR analytics on various performance metrics. The review reveals that HR analytics contributes significantly to improving recruitment processes, employee retention, talent management, and overall organizational effectiveness. Moreover, the integration of advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, has been shown to provide deeper insights into employee behavior and organizational dynamics. Despite its benefits, the implementation of HR analytics faces several challenges, including data privacy concerns, the need for specialized skills, and resistance to change within organizations. This review concludes by discussing the implications for HR practitioners and offering recommendations for future research to address the existing gaps and further harness the potential of HR analytics in driving organizational success.
