Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major factor in improving organizational performance in the modern era. One important aspect in the success of digital transformation is the strategic role of human resources (HR). This study aims to analyze how digital transformation affects the role of HR and its impact on organizational performance. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows for in-depth analysis of various previously published studies. The stages in the SLR include identifying research questions, searching for literature on trusted academic sources such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and SpringerLink, and synthesizing findings related to the implementation of digitalization and HR management. The keywords used in the search include "Digital Transformation and Human Resource Strategy," "Impact of Digitalization on Organizational Performance," and "Challenges in Digital Transformation." The results of the study show that digital transformation has a significant impact on the strategic role of HR in organizations. Technology not only automates administrative processes but also enables HR to improve the effectiveness of talent management, accelerate organizational adaptation to change, and strengthen a culture of innovation. However, the success of digitalization depends not only on technology, but also on HR readiness and management support. Therefore, organizations need to implement appropriate policies, training strategies, and change management to ensure that digital transformation runs optimally and improves overall organizational performance

Abstract

This study aims to test the validity of the construct of the performance of elementary school principals in South Sulawesi Province using CFA in SEM on the LISREL application based on the components of leadership, management, and personality. This type of research is ex-post facto. The number of samples collected through stratified purposive random sampling was 100 respondents with details of 15 principals, 75 class teachers, 5 religious-teachers, and 5 sports teachers in elementary schools in Sanrobone. The data collection technique used a principal performance questionnaire with 4 indicators of leadership, 4 indicators of management, and 7 indicators of personality, as well as documentation of the principal's performance. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical from CFA data. The results showed that the construct validity tested using CFA on the principal's performance in the leadership, management, and personality components showed goodness of fit based on the results of the goodness of fit index with the measurement model on the Absolute/Predictive fit Index criteria, namely on RMSEA 0.0057 from the limit value ≤ 0.08; RMR 0.069 from the limit value ≤ 0.1, on the Comparative Index criteria, namely on IFI and CFI each 0.92 from the limit value> 0.90, although on the Parsimony fit Index criteria, namely PNFI and PGFI each below the limit value> 0.90 but not significant. The conclusion of each indicator item contribution also shows that it is greater than the selected standardized solution value, which is greater than 0.3, so it is strong enough to explain the latent variable (principal performance).

Abstract

Differentiated learning strategies are designed to meet the diverse needs of students by varying content, process, product, or learning environment, and by providing materials tailored to students' learning styles, such as PowerPoint for visual learners, instructional videos for audiovisual learners, and role-playing activities for kinesthetic learners, which enhances motivation and comprehension. This study, using a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design (matching pretest-posttest control group design), aims to explore the impact of content differentiation strategies on narrative writing skills of Grade IV students at SDN Bangsalsari 05. Involving 20 students from Class IVA as the experimental group and 20 students from Class IVB as the control group, the results showed that the pretest scores for the control group ranged from 46 to 63 with an average of 52.7, and the experimental group had scores from 46 to 66 with an average of 55.75. Posttest results showed an improvement in both groups, with the control group scoring between 53 and 85 (average 69.35) and the experimental group between 70 and 98 (average 83.8). The t-test result of -5.063 compared to the t-table value of 1.725, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicates a significant impact of the content differentiation strategy on improving the narrative writing skills of the students.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are influenced by the PBL approach assisted by Nearpod media. This research methodology is quantitative with an experimental strategy. This study used a nonequivalent control group design pattern in a quasi-experimental research approach. Researchers chose this design in order to use Nearpod media to implement PBL principles. There are two groups, namely the control group that uses the learning model and classroom media as a comparison, and the experimental group that uses Nearpod media as a complement to the PBL paradigm. 50 fifth-grade children from Citrodiwangsan 2 Lumajang Elementary School made up the study's population. They were divided into two classes. There are 25 pupils in class 5A and 25 students in class 5B. Probability sampling combined with random sampling was the method used for sampling in this investigation. The three phases of the research process were the planning phase, the research implementation phase, and the research completion phase. Tests, observations, documentation, and interviews were the approaches used to acquire data for this study. Using the SPSS Version 26 software, the data analysis methods employed in this study included t-tests, homogeneity tests, and normality tests. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to perform the normalcy test. To ascertain the extent to which the PBL paradigm, aided by Nearpod media, impacted the Civics learning outcomes of grade V students at SD Citrodiwangsan 2 Lumajang, the Shomogeneity test using Leven's statistics, and the t-test employed the independent sample t-test.
