Abstract

ABSTRACT Activity Objectives The purpose of this educational activity is to increase the knowledge of SDN 010 North Samarinda sub-district students about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) and to teach clean and healthy living habits both in the school environment and in the family environment. The method used to achieve the objectives of community service activities is counseling or health proportions in the form of an explanation of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). The results obtained after the community service activities were carried out, namely increasing students' knowledge about the principles of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS), are expected to be able to change the attitude of students towards the importance of applying the principles of clean and healthy living behavior, students are able implementing clean and healthy living behaviors in the school environment as well as in the home/family environment, UKS supervisor teachers know more about how to teach PHBS principles to students and how to create a healthy environment at school, including canteens that meet health requirements and at later stage students are expected to be able to set an example PHBS behavior and as an agent of change to spread knowledge about PHBS in the family environment and the wider community. Abstract

The establishment or relocation of puskesmas requires a feasibility study in its planning. The feasibility study became the basis for the relocation of the Dilang Puti Puskesmas land, related to the determination of the Puskesmas Health Service Work Plan. The purpose of this community service is to conduct a feasibility study on the existence of the existing puskesmas building and analyze the relocation of the Dilang Puti Puskesmas. This community service method is to conduct a feasibility study of relocating the puskesmas in a new location. Primary data collection is carried out through location observation methods, focus discussion groups and skunder data collection is carried out through document search. The analysis was conducted by comparing the results of data collection with the Minister of Health Regulation No. 43 of 2019 through analysis of the current situation and analysis of the situation of the puskesmas relocation site. Results: Analysis of the current situation of the existing puskesmas building is: Building layout, building component requirements, infrastructure requirements, the existence of the Dilang Puti puskesmas building that needs to be developed to anticipate population development and development progress. Relocation land that meets the requirements is 3 (three) land lands. Conclusion: The existing Dilang Puti health center building is not possible to be developed in the future to anticipate population development and development progress. There are three land areas that allow for the development of the Dilang Puti health center, the 3rd alternative location is the main choice. Keywords: Public Health Care, Feasibility Study

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is so that people know from an early age the importance of maintaining cleanliness. And provide knowledge about the practice of making hand sanitizers naturally from materials around the environment. The hope is that the environmental impact will also be maintained. The service is carried out using an approach in the form of Asset Based Communities Levels (ABCD). Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD) is an approach model in community development. This approach has 7 stages of serial activity. The results achieved in this service activity are that the community understands and understands the importance of maintaining cleanliness and being able to make natural hand sanitizers without having to buy them, they can even be sold and benefit from the ability to make natural hand sanitizers. Keywords: Socialization, hygiene, natural hand sanitizer Abstrak Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini agar masyarakat sejak dini mengetahui pentingnya menjaga kebersihan. Dan memberikan ilmu mengenai praktek membuat Hand sanitizer secara alami dari bahan disekitar lingkungan.harapannya dampak lingkungan juga ikut terjaga. Pengabdian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan berupa Asset Based Communities Fevelopment (ABCD). Asset Based Communities Fevelopment (ABCD) merupakan model pendekatan dalam pengembangan masyarakat. Pendekatan ini memiliki 7 tahap kegiatan serial. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini masyarakat paham dan mengerti tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan bisa membuat hand sanitizer alami tanpa harus beli, bahkan bisa dijual dan mendapatkan keuntungan dari kemampuan membuat hand sanitizer alami. Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional problem that threatens the quality of life of the nation's next generation. The complexity of stunting problem, which is a link in the chain, starts with the parents' early knowledge on the importance of consumption patterns. Consumption patterns are important since adolescence in order to prevent the birth of babies with nutritional problems which are the cause of the growth of toddlers with stunting. The initial survey found high rates of stunting in Sijunjung District and there was no primary education by health workers about consumption patterns and how to prevent stunting from teenager. In this socialization, an assessment of knowledge about stunting was carried out by distributing pre-test questionnaires to students, counseling activities and discussion of material regarding stunting and consumption patterns in adolescents, as well as an assessment of students' knowledge after counseling was carried out by distributing post-test questionnaires. The results of this activity showed that there had been an increase in students' knowledge about stunting and consumption patterns. Seeing the enthusiasm of students and the importance of efforts to prevent stunting from adolescence by improving consumption patterns, it is suggested that this event should be carried out by health workers from local health service facilities on a regular basis to all students so that they can reach all adolescents in Sinjunjung Regency.

Abstract

The elderly is likely to experience chronic diseases because there is a decrease in the function of organs in the body. An increase in life expectancy will correspond to an increase in the number of chronic disease sufferers, because every one elderly person has one or more chronic diseases. It is important for the elderly to understand the emergency conditions that may be experienced, because fluctuations in the condition of the elderly can occur in a short time. This Community Service aims to increase the understanding of the elderly regarding emergency conditions in chronic diseases. The method used is through counseling and pre and post tests to determine the understanding of the elderly. After the test was carried out, it was found that there was an increase in the average value of the participants' knowledge of emergency conditions in chronic diseases after being given counseling. With an increase in knowledge, it is hoped that patients will be able to perform first aid and find the right place for further help if chronic disease patients experience emergency conditions at home.

Abstract

Various advances in various fields have occurred to date, these advances encourage people to continue to innovate. One of the advances that occurred in Penajam Paser Utara Regency was in the field of transportation. The progress that has occurred can be seen with the Jamride application (Penajam Ride) initiated by Penajam young people. However, based on conditions in the field, there are still many Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) who do not know and understand the benefits of joining as a partner of the application. Based on these considerations, it was initiated to carry out socialization regarding applications in Nenang sub-district. In addition, in order to increase brand value for the general public and UMKM in the region, a business logo design training webinar and a tutorial module for loggingo were also conducted, in the field of education and literacy, a reading corner activity was also created with the aim of increasing reading interest in children, besides that a video was made Education about anti-hoax campaigns and coaching videos in drug-prone areas. Jalso carried out other work programs on the environment, namely the implementation of community service work in the environment around the river and the installation of banners and videos appealing to protect the land and water environment, and educational videos on the use of narrow land as agricultural land with verticulture techniques for local residents

Abstract

Abstrak Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dimulai saat pasien masuk rumah sakit sampai dengan pasien pulang. Rentang kesinambungan dalam asuhan keperawatan selalu dibutuhkan pasien di manapun pasien berada. Diperlukan adanya suatu perencanaan pasien pulang (discharge planning), yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan status  kesehatan pasien secara signifikan dan menurunkan biaya-biaya yang diperlukan untuk rehabilitasi lanjut. Proses pelaksanaan discharge planning diruang bedah Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung masih belum optimal, mengakibatkan pelaksanaan discharge planning tidak dilakukan saat awal pasien  masuk rumah sakit, sehingga banyak pasien yang dipulangkan tanpa diberikan pendidikan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan kegiatan penguatan ini untuk melakukan optimalisasi discharge planning di ruang bedah RS Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung. Metode  pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan memberikan  pengetahuan kepada perawat ruangan tentang pelaksanaan discharge planning serta melakukan  observasi pelaksanaan discharge planning menggunakan  format panduan discharge planning dan dokumentasi keperawatan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penguatan. Setelah dilakukan optimalisasi pelaksanaan discharge planning terdapat peningktan pelaksanaan dalam discharge planning yang dilakukan oleh pertawat ruang bedah Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi, Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning

Abstract

Di wilayah kerja Posyandu Banjarsari, kondisi kesehatan masyarakat telah mencapai tingkat yang baik, namun perlu upaya lanjutan dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Berdasarkan laporan SP2TP Puskesmas Cerme, terdapat peningkatan persentase hipertensi di Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil laporan tersebut mendukung pemilihan materi penyuluhan mengenai hipertensi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang hipertensi, risikonya pada lansia, dan tindakan pencegahan, khususnya dengan mengurangi konsumsi garam harian. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan di Posyandu Lansia Banjarsari dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan dukungan visual seperti poster. Tanggapan yang diberikan oleh para lansia sangat positif, mengingat mereka sebelumnya telah menerima penyuluhan mengenai hipertensi dari tenaga medis di puskesmas dan kader posyandu. Harapannya, materi penyuluhan ini dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif, dan pengetahuan yang disampaikan akan bermanfaat. Upaya ini sangat penting mengingat meningkatnya insiden hipertensi di daerah ini. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan adalah bahwa upaya ini memiliki relevansi yang kuat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai hipertensi dan tindakan pencegahannya

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman orang tua serta anak-anak mengenai pentingnya menjaga perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat melalui praktik cuci tangan 6 langkah. Kami memilih topik ini karena stunting menjadi masalah serius di komunitas kami, dan upaya pencegahan melalui promosi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dianggap penting. Metode pengabdian ini berfokus pada sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kepada orang tua dan murid PAUD di Desa Randuagung. Kami memberikan informasi tentang teknik mencuci tangan yang benar menggunakan 6 langkah, serta alasan mengapa ini sangat penting dalam mencegah stunting. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juli 2023, bertujuan untuk mencapai orang tua dan murid PAUD Desa Randuagung. Melalui program ini, kami berharap dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap praktik cuci tangan yang benar, yang merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam mencegah stunting. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat mengurangi angka kasus stunting di komunitas kami, dengan meningkatnya pemahaman dan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Hasil ini mendukung pentingnya intervensi PHBS dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Program ini menciptakan dampak positif pada kesejahteraan anak-anak di Desa Randuagung melalui peningkatan pemahaman dan praktik cuci tangan yang benar

Abstract

Adolescence is a period when individuals have a strong desire and adventure about everything they have never known. Exposure to tobacco at an early age will not only make you a lifelong smoker but will also increase the risk of contracting non-communicable diseases (PTM) such as heart disease, chronic respiratory disease, diabetes, and cancer as an adult. SEFT is a therapy that combines psychological energy with spirituality to improve emotional, mental, and behavioral conditions with three simple techniques, namely set-up, tune-up, and tapping. The purpose of this activity is to equip SMKN 2 Samarinda teachers to understand the SEFT process and then apply it to their students so they can stop smoking behavior. The method used is the post-test by assessing the teacher's skills in performing the SEFT technique. The result of this community service is that teachers are proficient in doing SEFT. So it is hoped that consistency from teachers in carrying out this SEFT therapy to students, so that smoking behavior in students can be reduced or even stop smoking.
