Abstract

The condition known as hypertension is brought on by the body's elevated blood pressure as a result of the heart pounding too hard. Hypertension is caused by a variety of causes, including both modifiable and unmodifiable ones. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of alternate nostril breathing and walking exercise at home on the blood pressure of senior hypertension patients. A quasi-experiment with a pre-post test control group design methodology is used in the research design. Using the Total Sampling approach, 50 respondents with hypertension made up the research sample. In two weeks, the intervention was performed four times. The paired t-test results indicate that the combination of alternate nostril breathing and home-based walking exercise has an effect on blood pressure in the treatment group (both diastolic and systolic have p values = 0.000), while the control group experiences no change in blood pressure (diastolic has p values = 0.200 and systolic has p values = 0.195). The findings of the Independent T-Test demonstrated variations in blood pressure changes in both the systolic and diastolic domains between the treatment and control groups (diastolic p-value = 0.000), and systolic (p-value = 0.000). The findings of the Independent T-Test demonstrated variations in blood pressure changes in both the systolic and diastolic domains between the treatment and control groups ,diastolic (p-value = 0.000), and systolic (p-value = 0.000). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure drop as a result of an increase in endorphin chemicals and a decrease in cortisol. This calms and relaxes the body and balances the actions of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. It is advised that individuals with pre-elderly hypertension who are able to independently implement combination therapies in an attempt to control their blood pressure. Abstract

A clean and healthy lifestyle is a health behavior that is realized through caring for oneself, family members and other people in the environment. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle is not just about washing hands, but throwing away rubbish so that students are exposed to a clean and healthy lifestyle. The researcher aims to conduct a literature review regarding clean and healthy lifestyles in elementary schools. Several PHBS programs researched from various articles show that clean and healthy lifestyles include washing hands, exercise, healthy snacks and proper waste disposal. Researchers used a technique (Systematic Literature Review). The target of this research is elementary school educators, because teacher awareness in educating children to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle is still low. From the results of this research, it is hoped that teachers can teach and introduce clean and healthy lifestyles to children and provide several supporting services in implementing PHBS.

Abstract

Mental health is a health problem that cannot be separated from other health problems, and is one of the problems that will become a burden for the state and families due to premature death and disability. Health services are services provided to students related to health, both preventive (prevention of disease), promotive (improving health), curative (treatment of disease) and reabilitative (recovery). Health Promotion is an effort to improve community capabilities through learning from, by, for and with the community, so that they can help themselves, as well as developing activities that are community resourced, appropriate to local social culture and supported by health-oriented public policies. This study uses all articles presented in the form of a literature review regarding "Community-based mental health promotion service models". Articles taken from Indonesian language journals that are relevant to the topic and published in the time span starting from 2015-2023. Based on the results of the literature review of the five journals analyzed, all of them provide significant differences in the questionnaire scores which can be seen from the average scores before (pretest) and after (posttest) the intervention. Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune inflammatory disease with diverse clinical manifestations, disease course and prognosis, and it is difficult to predict the onset of acute and subtle manifestations, can attack various organs of the body, and can recur. Hematological manifestations in SLE occur frequently and are one of the criteria for ACR. Thrombocytopenia occurs in 25% - 50% of patients, leukopenia occurs in around 50% and hemolytic anemia with positive Coombs test results in around 10%. Cytopenia that occurs is usually the result of peripheral damage mediated by autoantibodies that cause bone marrow hypercellularity. In rare cases, hypocellularity occurs in the bone marrow due to mediation of T cells that inhibit hemopoetic cells, which causes bone marrow failure and causes anemia gravis. A 23 year old woman came with complaints of paleness, fatigue, decreased appetite, joint pain, nausea, vomiting, headaches, dizzy eyes. On laboratory examination on June 12 2023, microcytic hypochromic anemia was found, on June 13 2023, microcytic hypochromic anemia was found, on peripheral blood morphology examination, anemia was suspected due to iron deficiency, and there was a bacterial and parasitic infection process, on June 15 2023, hypokalemia was found. , hyperchloremia, hypocalcemia. On June 16, 2023, microcytic hypochromic anemia was found. On ECG examination, benign Ves arrhythmia was found. On chest examination, the lung showed no abnormalities, the cast size was normal. On ultrasound examination, Nephrolithiasis Dextra was found. So it was found on physical examination, and the patient's supporting examination was confirmed as microcytic hypochromic anemia suspect systemic lupus erythematosus, however in the patient in this case report it could not be established as systemic lupus erythematosus, because the patient was not willing to be referred to Zainal Abidin General Hospital, Banda Aceh for treatment. further examination.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the relationship between internet parenting and cybersex behavior in adolescents. This study used a correlational quantitative approach involving 270 adolescents with an age range of 15-19 years selected through snowball sampling technique. Data analysis using product-moment correlation analysis which produces a correlation coefficient hypothesis of -0.211, p=0.000 (p < 0.05) indicates that there is a negative relationship between internet parenting and cybersex behavior in adolescents, where the higher the internet parenting, the lower the cybersex in adolescents, and the lower the internet parenting, the higher the cybersex in adolescents. One way that can be done to reduce cybersex behavior is to increase internet parenting towards internet use in adolescents.

Abstract

The scope of implementation of lactation management starts from the pregnancy period, after delivery, and the baby's breastfeeding period. Lactation is the entire breastfeeding process starting from the production of breast milk to the process of the baby sucking and swallowing the breast milk. Babies who are exclusively breastfed have good perinatal growth and reduce obesity. Breastfeeding a baby on demand can increase levels of the hormone oxytocin in a mother's body postpartum and avoid the risk of swelling or dams/blockages in the nipple ducts during the lactation period (Sutanto, 2018). This research aims to analyze the relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge about breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023. This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is data analysis used in research to determine the relationship or influence of variables independent (independent) with a dependent (dependent) variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020)Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it was obtained with a p value of 0.001 that there was a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers regarding breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023.This means that there is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023.
