Abstract

Santri are students who live in boarding schools. In general, students live with all their independence without the services of parents as at home. This research was conducted at Pondok Darullugah Walkaromah. The approach used is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis with the intention of describing events, people's behavior or a situation in the form of a narrative, to foster the independence of students, examples and diligence are needed for ustad or ustdah to provide direction for students so that students can adapt to the pesantren environment and have an independent attitude.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas urgensi, dampak dan tantangan dalam memilih pemimpin negara yang responsif dan progresif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan untuk memahami kompleksitas isu pemilihan pemimpin yang responsif dan progresif. Data primer diambil dari buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah yang memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang urgensi, dampak, dan tantangan pemilihan pemimpin negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa urgensi memilih pemimpin yang responsif dan progresif terletak pada kemampuan mereka mengenali perubahan sosial dan ekonomi, beradaptasi dengan era digital, mempromosikan kolaborasi dan komunikasi global, serta menginvestasikan dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Dalam konteks globalisasi, pemimpin harus memiliki visi global sambil memperhatikan nuansa lokal untuk menciptakan sinergi antara kebijakan lokal dan tren global. Dampak negatif memilih pemimpin yang tidak responsif dan tidak progresif melibatkan stagnasi pembangunan, kurangnya inovasi, kesulitan menarik investasi dan talenta global, ketidakpuasan masyarakat, penurunan kesejahteraan, dan ketidakstabilan politik dan sosial. Tantangan kompleks dalam kepemimpinan responsif dan progresif melibatkan keseimbangan antara inovasi dan tradisi, penanganan masalah sosial, tekanan internasional, dan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, pemimpin yang responsif dan progresif memiliki peran krusial dalam membawa negara mengatasi kompleksitas zaman, mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan, menjaga kepercayaan publik, dan berkontribusi pada solusi global. Sebaliknya, pemimpin yang tidak responsif dan progresif dapat memberikan dampak negatif signifikan pada kemajuan dan stabilitas suatu negara. Oleh karena itu, keterlibatan aktif masyarakat atau rakyat dalam proses pemilihan pemimpin menjadi penting untuk memastikan terpilihnya pemimpin yang memiliki visi dan komitmen terhadap kemajuan bersama.

Abstract

Pesantren tidak hanya mengandung makna keislaman, tetapi juga keaslian (indigenous) Indonesia yang selalu mengakomodir perubahan zaman mulai dari zaman Hindu Budha dan Islam yang terus berupaya melanjutkan dengan mengadaptasi sisi substansi ajaran. Artinya pesantren merupakan bentuk akulturasi budaya antara Islam dengan budaya sebelumnya, baik Hindu-Budha maupun budaya asli Indonesia. Pesantren menjadi lembaga yang memiliki kemampuan beradaptasi dan toleransi yang tinggi. Pesantren menjadi salah satu pondasi berdirinya Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) sebagai negara yang berdaulat dan bangsa yang merdeka. Kehadiran suatu negara mutlak harus ada dalam upaya menyebarkan agama dan kehadiran negara dimulai dari lahirnya rasa nasionalisme. Oleh sebab itu, pesantren menjunjung nilai nasionalisme karena menyadari hanya di negera yang berdaulat agama bisa dijalankan dengan sempurna. Namun akhir-akhir ini nampaknya nilai nasionalisme agak memprihatinkan bagi kalangan pemuda Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, perlu kiranya upaya menjaga nasionalisme melalui pesantren agar terwujud Indonesia yang bermartabat. Penelitian ini fokus pada upaya mengidentifikasi upaya pesantren dalam meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme untuk mewujudkan Indonesia yang bermartabat. Untuk itu digunakan metode studi literatur dalam mengidentifikasinya, Teknik  pengumpulan  data dengan cara mengumpulkan  beberapa  penelitian terdahulu  mencari kesesuaian asumsi dan realitas di lapangan tentang pesantren. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan pesantren merupakan solusi negeri untuk meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme generasi muda dalam mewujudkan Indonesia yang bermartabat

Abstract

Research on the concept of a multicultural society is motivated by conditions that often occur, namely, social fights, political fights, culture, and even economy, all of which greatly influence the unity and integrity of the nation. From this background, the researcher tries to conduct research, whose research results can be used as an alternative study of people's lives. This type of research is liberary research (literature study), the data can be taken from actual news from newspapers, literature books, and journals. The analysis technique is to study the theory of references, and also to search the Al-Quran and Hadith books, as well as other relevant books. The results and discussion included 1) the concept of a multicultural society that is very appropriate to be applied in Indonesia, because it is in accordance with the conditions of Indonesia which have diversity, be it race, ethnicity, culture and religion. 2) Nadlatul Ulama (NU) as a civil society has fought for this multicultural concept through NU's formal education channels, education in Islamic boarding schools, and recitation of fathers and recitation of women in society. 3) The Islamic perspective on the concept of a multicultural society is very positive, meaning that Islam provides full support and legally there is no imbalance, even so much is revealed in Islamic law either through the Al-Qur'an or Al-Hadith.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak aplikasi Tiktok  terhadap perilaku generasi Z di Desa Gejugan Kecamatan Pajarakan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Fokus kajiannya yaitu 1) dampak aplikasi tiktok terhadap perilaku generasi Z di Desa Gejugan Kecamatan Pajarakan Kabupaten Probolinggo, 2) peran orang tua terhadap perubahan anak akibat penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam,observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data atau  kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tiktok sangat berdampak terhadap perilaku sosial remaja baik itu dampak negatif maupun juga dampak positif yaitu 1) kecanduan dan lupa waktu, 2) merubah gaya hidup dan norma sosial, 3) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial remaja, 4) terpaparnya konten yang tidak pantas. Dampak positifnya yaitu membantu sebagai bahan pembelajaran atau membantu dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sekolah, serta juga memberikan informasi-informasi baru. Peran orang tua dalam mengatasi dampak dari penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok yaitu dengan menasehati, melarang, diberikan teguran, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Globalization is a phenomenon that involves connections between nations in various aspects of life, such as changing the economics and technology, social structures and cultural values throughout the world. These changes can be seen in social relationship pattern between others that occur in Indonesian villages, the local traditions that were previously collective and deep are changed becoming individualism through the media and global connectivity. Globalization causes various problems in the field of culture, for example: loss of the original culture of a region or village, the erosion of cultural values, decreased sense of nationalism and patriotism, loss of kinship and mutual relationship, loss of self-confidence, lifestyles that are not in accordance with customs. So that education can become a driving force for positive change without eliminating the cultural identity of local communities. The approach used in this research is a qualitative with phenomenology type. This research is located in Gununggeni village, Probolinggo district. The results of this research explained that there have been significant changes in Gununggeni Village as the impact of globalization and modernization which changed various aspects of people's lives, including lifestyle, values and economic structure. This change includes in fashion, food, technology, and social values. The use of mobile phones access to social media, and the changes in business infrastructure are strong indicators of modernization in the village. Even though there is adaptation to global trends, traditional values such as mutual relationship with other and togetherness are still strongly maintained in Gununggeni Village. This is one of social change complexity taking place, where some of traditional values are still exist, but while others becoming change.

Abstract

Abstract Globalization continues to develop and has a significant impact on human life, including the younger generation. Every aspect of life is influenced by social, economic, political and cultural aspects. Understanding the insight of the archipelago is very important in this day and age. where many negative impacts are caused and the lack of understanding of the archipelago's insight by the community, especially the current generation. Based on this, this research aims to provide an understanding to the younger generation of the importance of understanding the archipelago's insight. This research is a literature study that reviews and discusses previous research articles on the importance of understanding archipelago insight for the younger generation. the results obtained are that Archipelago Insight has an important role in realizing the same perception for all Indonesian citizens. Development and socialization of archipelago insight is very important for Indonesian citizens, especially for the younger generation today in the era of globalization which affects all aspects of life that can endanger the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The use of inappropriate learning models in the learning process will have an impact on the suboptimal achievement of student learning outcomes. The use of appropriate media has the potential to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of Game Based Learning model with Wordwall media on student learning outcomes at MTs Negeri 1 Lamongan. This study used a quasi experimen model with pre test post test control group design. The research sample was selected based on porposive sampling, with a total of 32 students each in the experimental class VIII-I (experimental class) and control class VIII-H (control class). Data analysis used mann withney test because the data was not normally distributed. The results showed that there was an effect of using a game-based learning model with wordwall media on student learning outcomes. The game-based learning model with wordwall has a greater influence on learning outcomes when compared to the traditional model. The use of game-based learning model with wordwall media makes students more eager to learn so that it can improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This discussion focuses on social studies education at the tertiary level, with an emphasis on challenges and strategies to overcome laziness in learning. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study at the college. The research involved two lecturers as well as 30 students from the college. The results showed variations in students' interest and engagement with social studies subjects, with some students showing high interest, while others were less interested. The lecturers used various strategies to increase students' interest, such as relating the material to everyday life, using learning media such as videos and interactive technology, and involving students in practical activities such as group projects. The findings also show that many students feel bored and lazy with monotonous and less interactive teaching methods, so they tend to lose interest in learning. The implication of this study is the need to continuously innovate in teaching approaches to maintain students' interest and maximize the potential of social studies learning at the tertiary level.

Abstract

Character must be formed through various activities. KKL is one of the activities carried out through learning outside the classroom. The purpose of this study was to determine the character building of students through field work activities (KKL) in the Baluran Banyuwangi national park area. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were fourth semester students of Zainul Hasan Islamic University Genggong. The results showed that students have good character. The results of student data have a high percentage level of character building indicators of 85%. The percentage is based on the activities of students during the MPA activities. The highest indicators are mutual cooperation and self-confidence. Learners successfully apply character building very well.
