Abstract

Health is the most important thing for humans. With health, humans can carry out all activities. In the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, it is mandated that health services are one aspect of human rights, as stated in Article 28 H paragraph (1): "Everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a place to live and to have a good living environment. good and healthy, and have the right to obtain health services. This study examines the comparative analysis of the implementation of health service policies in two North Sumatra villages, namely Paya Gambar village and Padang Parsadaan village. The data in this study used a literature study conducted by researchers by reviewing journals, reports, or news that contained public health services for the two villages and analyzed qualitatively. Health policy can be seen as a network of interrelated decisions, which in practice are concerned with public health services (Green Thorogood, 1998).

Abstract

This article or writing aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of non-PNS Islamic religious instructors in the PALI Regency. Data was collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression. The research results show that discipline and work motivation influence the performance of non-PNS Islamic religious instructors in the PALI Regency. Discipline, with an R² value of 0.894, explains 89.4% of the variation in performance, while work motivation is more dominant with an R² value of 0.981, explaining 98.1% of the variation in performance. Work motivation makes a more significant contribution than scientific discipline. To improve the performance of extension workers, it is important to focus on increasing motivation through rewards and support, as well as improving time management and cost management. The PALI Regency Ministry of Religion applies an effective motivational approach, combining intrinsic motivation through training and guidance, as well as extrinsic motivation through honor, uniforms and awards. This approach is expected to improve the performance, job satisfaction and contribution of instructors in religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the family planning program in controlling the birth rate in Prabumulih City, as well as the factors that influence it. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using: interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this study showed that (1) the Vasectomy program was quite effective in controlling the birth rate in Prabumulih City. This can be seen from efforts to increase awareness and community participation through maturing the age of marriage, birth control, fostering family resilience, and increasing family welfare to create a small, happy, and prosperous family. (2) Supporting factors: organizational characteristics are strengthened through communication strategies, counseling of family planning programs for the community is carried out in a planned manner, with a schedule that has been prepared, while the inhibiting factors are: environmental characteristics in the form of community perceptions, this can be seen from community acceptance of the vasectomy family planning program varies, where some accept and some reject.

Abstract

Artikel dalam penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  penyelenggaraan program pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Data-data dari artikel pada tulisan ini menggunakan penelususran berbasis studi pustaka dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Secara khusus jurnal ini membahas mengenai pelayanan publik umum nya merupakan sebuah bentuk pelayanan dimana didalamnya terkait sebuah pelayanan yang berbasis di bidang administrasi,barang dan jasa. Didalam pelayanan ini terdapat sebuah undang undang yang mengikat pada aturan dan perarturan yang berlaku bagi setiap masyarakat dan warga negara dan dijamin dalam mendapatkan hak dan kewajiban nya sesuai dengan ketentuan berlaku. Dalam menyelanggarakan program ataupun tujuan dari kebjjakan publik itu sendiri tidak lah seorangan tetapi dbutuh kan sebuah kerja sama baik dalam aspek pemerintahan dan dukungan masyarakat demi terlaksana nya wujud dan tugas bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah terhadap perilaku organisasi di SMK Al Hikmah Mesuji serta menganalisis upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan perilaku dalam organisasi yang ada di SMK Al Hikmah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di SMK Al Hikmah, Kecamatan Mesuji. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan dan dianalisis melalui pengumpulan, reduksi, dan penyajian data. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kepala sekolah SMK Al Hikmah Mesuji memainkan peran vital dalam pengelolaan pendidikan dengan memberikan teladan, mengelola konflik, memastikan disiplin, serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pelatihan dan evaluasi. Kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dan peningkatan kualitas di SMK Al Hikmah melalui keterlibatan anggota sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pemberian teladan. Kepala sekolah SMK Al Hikmah meningkatkan perilaku organisasi dengan pengelolaan konflik, komunikasi efektif, dan keputusan partisipatif, serta evaluasi rutin yang mendukung kinerja dan pengembangan profesional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Talang Bulang Kecamatan Talang Ubi Kabupaten PALI, serta mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Talang Bulang Kecamatan Talang Ubi Kabupaten PALI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Talang Bulang Kecamatan Talang Ubi Kabupaten PALI dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukung meliputi perencanaan matang, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, dan dokumen perencanaan yang baik. Namun, tantangan utama adalah kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat, penatausahaan yang tidak transparan, serta minimnya keterampilan SDM, terutama dalam penggunaan aplikasi keuangan. Situasi pandemi COVID-19 juga memperburuk kondisi pengelolaan. Untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas, perlu perbaikan dalam partisipasi masyarakat, transparansi laporan, dan pelatihan tambahan bagi aparat desa. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan pengelolaan ADD dapat lebih efektif dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the evaluation of civil servant discipline policies and determine the causes of civil servant disciplinary violations at the Patih Galung sub-district office. This research uses a qualitative research approach involving 11 informants. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the evaluation of civil servant discipline policies at the Patih Galung Village Head Office, Prabumulih City, shows an increase in discipline since the implementation of PP 53 of 2010, although it is not yet optimal. Key factors such as organizational culture, supervision, incentives, sanctions, and effective leadership play an important role. However, challenges such as leadership assertiveness and lack of socialization still exist. Further efforts are needed to improve communication, resource management, disposition, and bureaucratic structure to achieve optimal discipline.

Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evaluasi penerapan disiplin pegawai sesuai PP nomor 53 tahun 2010 pada kantor BKPSDM kota Palembang beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis interaktif miles and huberman.  Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Evaluasi penerapan disiplin pegawai di Kantor BKPSDM Kota Palembang sesuai PP Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 menunjukkan kemajuan namun juga menghadapi tantangan. Meskipun teknologi absensi finger print mengurangi manipulasi, masalah ketidakhadiran masih ada. Evaluasi menekankan perlunya sistem reward yang efektif, penyesuaian kebijakan berdasarkan data nyata, dan adaptasi teknologi. Fokus pada reward memotivasi pegawai, sementara interdependensi fakta nilai dan orientasi masa lalu menegaskan perlunya penyesuaian kebijakan berkelanjutan. Dualitas nilai menunjukkan pentingnya keseimbangan antara imbalan dan hukuman. Untuk mencapai disiplin yang optimal, BKPSDM perlu meningkatkan sistem pengawasan dan memperbarui kebijakan secara berkala.

Abstract

This article or article aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund management based on Law No.6 of 2014. The problem is focused on managing village funds that are not running well. To approach this problem, theoretical reference is used theoretical references are used from journal and ebook reference sources and use literature studies. . The data is collected through library research often referred to as library research, which is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The main data source in this study is a collection of several journals and books indexed nationally and internationally which are recognized in addition to academic references. which concerns the subject containing a discussion of the effectiveness of village fund management based on uu no. 6 of 2014 and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that Law Number 6 of 2014 is a source that is used as a guide in village implementation, including the Village Fund policy which has been implemented from the 2015 fiscal year to the present. The implementation of the Village Fund policy can improve the implementation of village autonomy. This can be seen in the implementation of the Village Fund policy which is carried out by involving the entire community from the formulation to the implementation of village development with an emphasis on the characteristics and potential of the Village.

Abstract

This article or writing aims to describe and analyze the Quality of District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) at the Cambai City Prabumulih Office, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors for the Quality of District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) at the Cambai City Prabumulih Office. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation and analyzed qualitatively.  This study shows that public perceptions of the quality of population administration services in Sukaraja Village, Cambai District, Prabumulih City vary. Most respondents rated the service as “good” (47.70%), “very good” (33.8%), or “fairly good” (18%), while 0.50% rated it as “not good”. Factors that influence service quality include tangible dimensions (facilities and infrastructure), reliability (accuracy and trust), empathy (understanding), and responsiveness (speed and thoroughness). These findings provide insight into the public's assessment of services and the influencing factors.
