Abstract

Maternal anaemia, a condition in which haemoglobin levels drop during pregnancy, is a serious health problem especially in developing countries. The CDC identifies anaemia as haemoglobin levels below 11 gr/dl in the first trimester and less than 10.5 gr/dl in the second trimester, causing symptoms such as excessive fatigue, pale skin, and rapid heartbeat. Risk factors include young age, low education, low socioeconomic status, and deficiencies in micro-nutrients such as iron, vitamin B12 and folate. Anaemia in pregnancy risks prematurity, insufficient iron stores in the newborn, and even perinatal death. This study used a systematic approach in collecting relevant literature, emphasising the importance of a holistic approach in the management of maternal anaemia, including knowledge improvement, nutritional supplementation, and socioeconomic support. Results show that deficiencies in iron, other nutrients and pre-pregnancy factors play an important role in anaemia risk. With a global prevalence of 29.9% in women of reproductive age, this study calls for more effective and innovative intervention strategies to address maternal anaemia, including oral iron therapy, treatment of comorbidities and health education. In conclusion, maternal anaemia requires an integrated approach involving health services, family support and cultural adaptation to improve adherence and well-being of pregnant women and fetuses.

Abstract

Counterproductive work behavior-organizational (CWB-O) is a variety of intentional behavior that harms/endangers the organization. Counterproductive organizational work behavior is one of the serious problems faced by companies because it is related to material/financial losses. This research aims to test the construct validity of counterproductive organizational work behavior questionnaire. The approach in this research is quantitative with a sample of 209 participants. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling using a g-form questionnaires. The measuring tool in this research is the Workplace Deviance Scale by Bennett & Robinson. The analysis method uses the CFA test using structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that the CFA model is fit with details: Chi Square=69.193 (p=0.000), RMSEA=0.077, GFI=0.933, CFI=0.954, and TLI=0.933. The model modification was to remove 17 manifest variables and covariate between 4 pairs of error variables. The results of this research can be used by the wider community, especially companies or organizations that want to see the level of counterproductive work behavior of employees in the workplace so that preventive or corrective action can be taken.

The existence of a social justice mining policy is a policy that guarantees the principles of justice and that every citizen feels that his or her interests are protected in accordance with human dignity, especially the weak economic communities that are directly affected by the management of mines. Abstract

This research is based on observation results. students' ability to read and understand short stories directly and equipped with data on the average score of student learning outcomes, especially in Indonesian language learning, it was found that students still had difficulty reading the short stories they read. This research employs a pre-experimental approach utilizing a quasi-experimental research design, also known as quasi-experimentation, specifically in the form of a Posttest Only Control Design. The population in this study were classes IVA and IVB with a total of 46 students. The data collection methods in this research are tests and observations. The results of observations regarding the implementation of the PQ4R learning method on reading and understanding short story skills can be said to be effective, this can be seen from the score with an average value of 3.6, included in the very good category. The majority of students are more active in the process of learning short.

Abstract

This research is a type of research that develops theory (research and development) by referring to the ADDIE model which is an extension of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. media expert validation results obtained a percentage of 80%. This percentage includes "valid" criteria for use as media in learning activities for third grade elementary school students with the weather theme of science learning. Based on the results of material validation, the percentage was 82.5%. This percentage includes the criteria of "very suitable" to be used as media in learning activities for third grade elementary school students with the weather theme of science learning. Based on the results of the practicality test, the teacher's response rate was 85%. This percentage includes the "very valid" criteria for use as media in learning activities for third grade elementary school students with the weather theme of science learning. The results of this development show that the use of media in learning is very necessary. This is because it is very helpful in delivering material, especially thematic learning on the weather theme, science learning in class III elementary school

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at a traditional massage therapist for the blind with a certificate from Mr. Suratno "Sumber Husada" South Tangerang City. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling, a sampling method using Slovin's theory. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation Y = 19.186 + 0.307 X1 + 0.121 X2. The coefficient of determination has a simultaneous effect of 14.5. Partially testing the hypothesis obtained a value of tcount>ttable or (3.762>1.291) strengthened by a value of ρvalue<Sig.0.1 or (0.000<0.1). So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and consumer satisfaction. The value obtained is tcount>ttable or (1.509>1.291) with a significance value ρvalue>Sig.0.1 or (0.135>0.1). So, H2 is rejected and H0 is accepted, this shows that there is no influence between price and consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount>Ttable or (7.865>2.36). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) together have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y).
