Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity and economic empowerment of farmers through training in the preparation of financial reports and farm financial management in Ayula Selatan Village, Bulango Selatan District, Bone Bolango Regency. The main issues faced by farmers in this area are the low level of understanding regarding farm financial recordkeeping and the suboptimal financial management practices, which affect both cost efficiency and income effectiveness. The program was implemented in three stages: the preparation stage, which included problem identification, determination of time and participants, and formulation of an implementation agreement; the implementation stage, which involved socialization, technical guidance, and hands-on training in financial recording and reporting; and the evaluation stage, conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments. The evaluation results showed significant improvement in three key aspects. In terms of credit assessment understanding, the score increased from 51.87% to 63.80%. Understanding of financial reporting also improved, with scores rising from 45.44% to 61.56%. Meanwhile, income effectiveness and cost efficiency improved from 60.17% to 77.33%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of clinical supervision of school principals through coaching techniques in improving the performance of kindergarten teachers in Bireuen Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that clinical supervision planning is carried out through teacher needs analysis, supervision schedule preparation, and classroom observation instrument design. Organization of supervision is carried out by forming an internal supervision team and clear division of tasks. The implementation of supervision runs effectively through the application of coaching techniques, personal discussions, and direct guidance in class. Supervision evaluation is carried out periodically through reflection of supervision results and training follow-up. The implementation of clinical supervision with coaching has been proven to be able to improve teacher performance in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of supervisors' supervision on the performance of school principals, teachers' performance, and the effectiveness of school management at public kindergartens in Peusangan District. Additionally, it examines the effect of principals' and teachers' performance on the effectiveness of school management. The research applied a quantitative method with a population of 36 respondents, all of whom were included as the sample. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that supervisors' supervision had a significant influence on principals' performance with a contribution of 36.7%, on teachers' performance by 43.8%, and on the effectiveness of school management by 41%. Furthermore, principals' performance significantly affected school management effectiveness by 13%, while teachers' performance contributed the most, at 62.7%. These findings indicate that optimizing supervision, principals' performance, and teachers' performance is essential in enhancing the effectiveness of school management at public kindergartens in Peusangan District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of school principals' leadership, teachers' performance, and motivation on students' academic achievement at UPTD SD Negeri in Jeumpa District, Bireuen Regency. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple linear regression. The results showed that school leadership had a moderate correlation with academic achievement at 40.3%. Teachers' performance influenced academic achievement by 53.9%, while motivation strengthened the relationship between teachers' performance and academic achievement by 57.8%, and directly influenced it by 51.4%. Obstacles identified included leadership assertiveness, teacher cohesiveness, and low work motivation.

Abstract

Climate change is a strategic issue that requires serious attention because it affects various sectors, including agriculture. Jember Regency is one of the regions that plays an important role in meeting national rice needs and was the largest rice producer in East Java in 2015, producing around 10,048,980 quintals. Climate change can affect agricultural productivity, such as changes in temperature and rainfall that impact the extent of rice fields and the quality of agricultural products. Therefore, there is a risk of adverse effects from climate change. To mitigate these impacts, adaptive actions are needed, including conducting vulnerability and climate risk assessments. The method used is descriptive with a spatial approach. The data used are secondary data, while the analysis techniques include exposure classes and sensitivity classes. The research results show that as exposure classes and sensitivity classes increase, the level of vulnerability and risk to climate change also increases, and vice versa. This study is expected to serve as a reference for decision-making regarding agricultural risk management policies in Jember Regency

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of school supervisors in improving education quality through academic supervision at kindergartens (TK) in Bireuen Regency. Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of learning through academic and managerial supervision. This qualitative research employed a case study method at five kindergartens, involving five principals and five teachers as key informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed interactively through data reduction, display, and verification. The results show that academic supervision planning has been carried out but remains administrative and lacks a needs-based school analysis. The implementation of supervision followed formal procedures, but the intensity and quality of coaching remained low, with a stronger emphasis on administration rather than teaching practice development. Follow-up plans were formulated in the form of training, mentoring, and teacher learning communities, though implementation was hindered by limited resources and coordination. This study recommends strengthening academic supervision through structured, participatory, and sustainable strategies to improve the quality of early childhood education more evenly.

Abstract

As part of the implementation of the GPM Petra Congregational Program 2025, particularly in the development of SMTPI children and catechism students, a one-day community service (PkM) activity was conducted through a participatory approach. This activity aimed to strengthen the spirituality and personal capacity of teenagers, considering that only 35% of youth aged 13–20 are actively involved in spiritual activities. The training materials included creative spiritual development, Bible-based social entrepreneurship, popular scientific writing skills, and ethical language and social media literacy. As a result, the youth developed a deeper understanding of their identity as members of the Church, were able to reflect Christian values in their behavior, fostered an entrepreneurial spirit through a flower booklet business and digital marketing, and demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills both within the Church and in their social environment.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the influence of psychological well-being on teacher performance within the context of educational staff in schools. Utilizing a systematic literature review (SLR) method based on PRISMA guidelines, this study identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes findings from various relevant scientific publications. The review results indicate that psychological well-being has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, encompassing aspects of instructional planning, implementation, and assessment, as well as professional development and interpersonal relationships. This relationship is mediated by factors such as professional commitment, job satisfaction, and motivation, and moderated by organizational support, workload, psychological capital, and demographic characteristics. These findings affirm that psychological well-being is relevant not only for teachers but also for all educational staff, who collectively contribute to the effectiveness of the school ecosystem. Practical implications include the formulation of policies supporting the well-being of educational staff, the development of intervention programs, and the creation of a supportive work environment to enhance overall educational quality.

Abstract

Compensation and motivation play an important role in increasing employee morale. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale and the role of motivation in mediating the effect of compensation on employee morale. The study was conducted on employees of PT. Amanaid with a total of 40 employees. The respondents of the study were determined using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 11 indicators. The data analysis technique used was path analysis. The test results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on morale, compensation had a positive and significant effect on motivation and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The limitations of this study are that the location of the study is only within the scope of PT. Amanaid so that the results of this study cannot explain the situation in other companies other than PT. Amanaid.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan kota yang pesat menimbulkan tantangan dalam penyediaan infrastruktur jalan yang memadai dan pemerataan aksesibilitas terhadap berbagai fungsi kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara konektivitas jalan, aksesibilitas fungsional, dan kualitas ruang kota di kawasan urban. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods), studi ini dilakukan pada tiga tipologi kawasan (pusat kota, peralihan, dan pinggiran). Analisis dilakukan melalui pemetaan jaringan jalan berbasis GIS, survei persepsi masyarakat, dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konektivitas jalan yang tinggi berkorelasi positif dengan aksesibilitas fungsional yang baik serta meningkatnya kualitas ruang kota. Kawasan dengan jaringan jalan yang terhubung dan fungsi kota yang merata menunjukkan kualitas ruang kota yang lebih tinggi dalam aspek kenyamanan, keterjangkauan, dan interaksi sosial. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi antara perencanaan jaringan jalan dan desain ruang kota untuk mendukung kota yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan
