Abstract

This study aimed to develop multimedia-based instructional media for the Elements of Building Structures subject at SMK Negeri 1 Tugala Oyo and to examine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the research involved 16 Grade X DPIB students. Instruments included expert validation questionnaires (content, language, media/design), student and teacher response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results showed that the media met the highly feasible criteria, with validation scores from content and media/design experts improving from 80% to 100%, and language experts from 58.18% to 85.45%. Practicality tests scored 89.33% (individual), 95.08% (small group), and 93.33% (teacher), all in the highly practical category. Effectiveness tests indicated 100% mastery with an average score of 96.53%. The media is thus highly feasible, practical, and effective, offering an innovative alternative for vocational education aligned with the construction industry’s needs.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UMKM di Desa Nglebo, Kabupaten Trenggalek, melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing . Latar belakangnya adalah rendahnya adopsi teknologi dan pemahaman branding, sehingga pemasaran masih tradisional dan jangkauan pasar terbatas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan workshop dua hari melibatkan 20 pelaku UMKM. Materi meliputi pembuatan akun bisnis digital, copywriting, pengelolaan media sosial, dan strategi branding, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan langsung. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat akun bisnis, mengelola konten promosi, dan menerapkan teknik komunikasi pemasaran. Peserta juga membentuk kolaborasi promosi bersama melalui media sosial, memperluas jaringan pemasaran dan meningkatkan solidaritas. Program ini terbukti efektif mendorong transformasi digital UMKM desa, memicu perubahan perilaku pemasaran, serta memberikan dampak positif pada aspek sosial dan ekonomi komunitas.

Abstract

Adolescents are vulnerable to delinquency, especially if they have a negative self-concept that triggers deviant behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and juvenile delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Palembang. The study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 221 respondents selected by simple random sampling. The instruments used were the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale (TSCS) to measure self-concept and the Self-Report Delinquency Scale (SRD) to measure juvenile delinquency. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. The results showed that out of 208 respondents, 87.5% had a positive self-concept and 12.5% had a negative self-concept. There was a significant relationship between self-concept and juvenile delinquency with a p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05). Adolescents with a positive self-concept tended to have low levels of delinquency, while those with a negative self-concept showed moderate levels of delinquency. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that various parties, especially families, schools, and health services, play an active role in helping adolescents build a positive self-concept. Adolescents are also expected to be more open with themselves and their environment, and to seek professional help such as guidance counselors or psychologists when experiencing emotional or social pressure.

Abstract

A Community Service Program (KKN) based on community empowerment through the creative economy was implemented in Aek Najaji Village, Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatra (October 2024-January 2025). This study analyzed the implementation and impact of the program on community welfare and stunting prevention using a participatory qualitative method involving 24 students and 614 community members. The program consisted of 18 activities in four areas (scientific, religious, arts-sports, thematic) with a total of 3,930 minutes of JKEM. The results showed significant improvements: participation in integrated health posts (Posyandu) increased by 30% (65% to 85%), household food diversity increased by 44% (3.2 to 4.6 food groups), the formation of 5 sustainable micro-enterprises with an average income increase of Rp 450,000/month, and 25 household gardens produced 15 kg of vegetables/month. The program successfully addressed the determinants of stunting through a holistic approach that integrates aspects of nutrition, environmental health, access to health services, and socio-economic empowerment. Despite facing infrastructure challenges and low youth participation (28%), the program achieved sustainability through the formation of eight community champions and an embedded system within the village structure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity ratio and activity ratio on stock prices of healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory method, using secondary data obtained from the companies’ financial statements. The sample consists of 27 companies selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and both partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) hypothesis testing. The results indicate that the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on stock prices, while the activity ratio (Total Asset Turnover) has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, both ratios have a significant effect on stock prices with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.62, meaning that 62% of the variation in stock prices can be explained by the two variables. These findings suggest that asset utilization efficiency is a more dominant factor considered by investors compared to the company’s liquidity level.

Abstract

Bullying in elementary schools has become a serious issue affecting students’ psychological well-being and academic performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of bullying on students’ learning motivation and the role of teachers in minimizing such effects. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study at SDN Petungroto. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation review. The findings revealed three main points: (1) various forms of bullying occurred, including physical, verbal, and social bullying; (2) students who were victims of bullying experienced a significant decrease in intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, indicated by lack of classroom participation and reduced interest in learning; and (3) teachers played a crucial role in handling bullying through monitoring, collaboration with parents, counseling, and character education programs. The study emphasizes the importance of creating a safe school environment and strengthening teacher involvement in anti-bullying strategies to improve students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan utama program ini adalah memberdayakan pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Kapasan melalui transformasi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing di era modern. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya literasi digital, terbatasnya promosi online, dan minimnya akses teknologi. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendampingan langsung kepada pelaku UMKM dengan fokus pada pembuatan logo usaha, pencatatan lokasi usaha di Google Maps, dan penerapan metode pembayaran digital QRIS. Kegiatan ini juga mencakup pelatihan pemasaran digital dan rebranding usaha. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, program berhasil menjangkau UMKM seperti catering, minuman herbal, konveksi, dan buket bunga. Hasilnya, pelaku usaha menunjukkan peningkatan dalam identitas visual, akses promosi digital, serta kesiapan menghadapi transaksi digital. Modul pelatihan yang disusun memungkinkan pelaku usaha belajar dan beradaptasi secara mandiri. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan program ini menunjukkan pentingnya pemberdayaan berbasis teknologi untuk UMKM sebagai bagian dari pembangunan masyarakat

Abstract

The Kahoot Utilization Workshop in Mathematics Learning in schools addressed teachers' challenges in integrating digital technology. The main objective was to train teachers to design and implement innovative and effective mathematics learning using Kahoot. The method used in this activity consisted of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The planning stage included coordination with the Head of the Mathematics Education Study Program, preparation of Workshop materials, and proposal submission. The implementation stage involved forming teacher groups, delivering Workshops according to the schedule, and mentoring by students for teachers experiencing difficulties. Observation and evaluation were conducted to measure success and identify obstacles, while reflection was conducted jointly by the implementation team and partner teachers to evaluate the overall process. Through this Workshop, teachers demonstrated high enthusiasm and successfully understood how to create quizzes and interactive activities using the application. As a result, they became more confident in integrating Kahoot into the classroom, creating a more dynamic learning environment and motivating students, despite technical challenges such as limited devices and internet connection.

Abstract

This outreach activity aims to introduce and practice the use of Appropriate Technology (TTG) in the form of a corn fertilizer spreading tool made from PVC pipes as an innovative solution for farmers in increasing fertilization efficiency. The background of this activity is the still low utilization of simple technology among farmers in Bojong Pandan Village, Tunjungteja District, which results in long working hours, large energy, and fertilizer waste. The implementation method includes material counseling, direct demonstrations, and training on the use of tools for farmers. The results of the activity showed that the participants of the outreach were able to understand the working principles and advantages of the tool, such as ease of use, low manufacturing costs, and savings in time and energy in the corn fertilization process. The community's enthusiasm was evident from active participation in the practice and discussion sessions. With the introduction of this technology, it is hoped that farmers will adopt the corn fertilizer spreading tool made from PVC pipes to increase productivity and work efficiency in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang bersifat konvensional sering kali kurang mendorong siswa untuk berpikir mendalam dan reflektif. Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) hadir sebagai solusi alternatif yang diyakini mampu menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, khususnya dalam menganalisis permasalahan sosial dan membuat keputusan yang logis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran IPS. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara siswa yang diajar dengan model PBL dan siswa yang diajar dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) menggunakan pre-test dan post-test control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 20 Dadok Tunggul Hitam , dengan sampel terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes berpikir kritis dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05 yang mengindikasikan perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik. Model PBL terbukti mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan pola pikir kritis siswa SD dalam pembelajaran IPS. Model Problem Based Learning dapat dijadikan alternatif pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sejak dini. Penerapan model ini perlu diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam pembelajaran IPS guna mendukung pencapaian kompetensi abad ke-21.
