Abstract

community in Yewena village was conducted with the aim of providing basic skills in utilising technology to support daily activities. The training lasted for two days and covered three main topics, namely the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the Cnva application. To ensure the activity was effective, pre-tests and post-tests were used as measures of success in gauging the improvement in participants' abilities. The approach emphasised direct and communicative interaction with the community, ensuring that the learning process was well received and had a tangible impact. This approach was implemented through mentoring, open dialogue, and relevant practical examples tailored to the community's needs. Mini-studies included in the training covered creating resident letter templates using Microsoft Word, preparing RT cash reports with Microsoft Excel, and creating simple information media using Canva.The training results showed an increase in participants' ability to understand and apply the digital skills provided. Through a contextual approach and hands-on practice, this activity successfully encouraged the Yewena Village community to be more adaptive to technological developments and apply them in their daily lives.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelaah literatur teoretis dan empiris terkait peran pengalaman kerja, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah literature review deskriptif-kualitatif, dengan mengkaji artikel ilmiah, jurnal, skripsi, dan laporan penelitian yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi variabel utama, membandingkan temuan penelitian, dan mengaitkannya dengan teori-teori kontemporer, termasuk Self-Determrination rTheoryr, rJob rDemandsr–rResources rModelr, rdan rWork rEngagement rTheoryr. rHasil rkajian rmenunjukkan rbahwa rpengalaman rkerja rmeningkatkan rkompetensi rpegawair, rmotivasi rberperan rsebagai rpendorong perilaku kerja, dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif menciptakan suasana yang mendukung kinerja optimal. Sinergi antara ketiga faktor ini terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai secara signifikan. Artikel ini memberikan dasar konseptual bagi organisasi untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia melalui pengembangan pengalaman, pemberian motivasi, dran rpenciptaan rlingkungan rkerja ryang rkondusifr.

Abstract

Inclusive education represents an effort to provide equal learning opportunities for all children, including those with special needs; however, its implementation at the elementary school level still faces various challenges such as limited facilities, insufficient teaching staff, and a lack of environmental support. This study aims to describe the implementation of inclusive education at UPT SPF SD Negeri Unggulan Mongisidi I, covering aspects of school policy, learning implementation, the roles of teachers and parents, as well as the challenges encountered. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings indicate that the school has implemented inclusive education policies effectively through the application of equality principles, a modified curriculum, and collaboration among teachers, the principal, and parents. The school has also provided several supporting facilities such as ramps and simple learning aids, although there remain limitations in human resources and physical infrastructure. Regular evaluations are carried out to assess student progress and learning effectiveness. In conclusion, the implementation of inclusive education at SD Negeri Unggulan Mongisidi I reflects a strong commitment to creating a fair, inclusive, and friendly learning environment for all students.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in the digital era has significantly simplified business operations. However, not all entrepreneurs possess adequate understanding and skills to optimally utilize digital technology in their business processes. This condition highlights the importance of enhancing digital literacy among business actors, particularly in the areas of business management and marketing. In response to this need, the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Islam As-Syafi’iyah conducted a digital literacy training program for 20 housewives and MSME entrepreneurs in Cikarageman Village, Setu District, East Bekasi. The program aimed to facilitate participants’ transformation from conventional business practices to digitally based systems. The training focused on implementing digital marketing strategies through the use of social media and the Shopee marketplace platform. Participants were trained to create engaging promotional content, such as photos, videos, and persuasive copywriting, to attract online consumers. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to understand and directly apply digital media utilization in their business activities. This improvement positively affected marketing effectiveness, market reach expansion, and potential income growth through more systematic financial management.

Abstract

Community-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Desa Lalang Sembawa face challenges in marketing and digitalization, limiting the potential of local goat milk products. This study aims to develop innovative packaging and digital marketing strategies to increase product value and market reach. The research uses a qualitative community service approach with direct mentoring to empower goat milk UMKM actors. The population includes all BUMDes managers of "Mugi Langgeng Farm," with purposive sampling selecting key managers and consumers. Instruments include field observation, in-depth interviews, and participatory discussions. Data were analyzed thematically with a descriptive approach. Results show the creation of a locally representative, visually attractive packaging design combined with effective Google My Business utilization, enhancing product visibility and consumer trust. The introduction of informative labels strengthened brand identity. The conclusion highlights that integrating innovative packaging with digital marketing tools significantly improves the competitiveness and sustainability of local UMKM products. Continued mentoring is needed to optimize digital adoption.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve tax literacy and financial record-keeping skills among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the production sector, who continue to face limited understanding of tax obligations, particularly the Land and Building Tax (PBB). Low tax literacy causes MSME actors to be unable to calculate the amount of PBB payable, understand payment deadlines, follow payment procedures, and recognize the legal consequences of late payments, which in turn contributes to high levels of tax arrears. To address these issues, the PKM activities were designed through three stages: preparation, a one-day training session, and three weeks of mentoring. The training was conducted through lectures, simulations, and hands-on practice in recording financial transactions, preparing a daily cash book, developing a simple income statement, and performing simulations of PBB calculation and payment. The mentoring phase was carried out online to ensure participants consistently applied the financial recording techniques that had been taught. The results of the program show a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of financial recording, tax awareness, and their ability to calculate and pay PBB independently. This program proved effective in fostering more disciplined administrative practices and has the potential to reduce PBB arrears among MSMEs in the production sector.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity was held at SMK Nurul Ilmi, Jalan Palembang–Betung Km.18, Banyuasin Regency. This school offers two expertise programs, namely Computer Network Engineering and Islamic Banking. Although not a health-based school, students and teachers need to receive education on clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS), especially maintaining hand hygiene as a disease prevention measure. The limited availability of soap and clean water in schools makes hand sanitizer a practical solution. However, commercial products generally contain harsh chemicals and are quite expensive. This condition encourages the need for alternative natural products that are safe, economical, and environmentally friendly. Betel leaves (Piper betle L.) contain flavonoids and tannins that have natural antibacterial and antiseptic properties, while limes (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) contain vitamin C, flavonoids, and essential oils that function as antimicrobials. The combination of these two ingredients can be used to make a natural hand sanitizer. This activity aims to increase the knowledge, awareness, and skills of students and teachers in making natural hand sanitizers based on local ingredients. The implementation method included outreach, training, and hands-on practice. Participants were taught how to process betel leaves and limes to produce a hygienic, effective, and fresh-smelling product. The activity results showed a more than 50% increase in participants' understanding of the benefits of natural ingredients and how to make them. Participants were also motivated to develop this product as a form of independence and a simple business opportunity within the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of social inequality in law enforcement in Indonesia and how economic, power, educational, and gender factors influence access to justice. The phenomenon of legal inequality indicates that the Indonesian legal system has not fully implemented the principle of equality before the law. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were collected through analysis of various secondary sources such as scientific journals. The results show that inequality in law enforcement is still influenced by economic factors, where the poor have difficulty obtaining adequate legal assistance, while influential groups have the financial capacity to influence the legal process. In addition, low legal literacy, geographical inequality, and gender bias also exacerbate inequality in the legal system. Discriminatory practices by law enforcement officers against lower-class communities also weaken public trust in legal institutions. This study emphasizes the importance of structural reform in the legal system so that justice can be accessed equally regardless of social class.

Abstract

Rapid advances in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) have resulted in a variety of original works covering various creative fields, such as images, music, design, and scientific content. However, this raises a fundamental question in Indonesia's intellectual property rights (IPR) system, namely who should own the rights to works produced by AI, should the rights belong to the AI machine itself, the developers of the technology, or the users who utilize AI in the creative process? This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the IPR legal framework in Indonesia in terms of protection for AI-based works, while also examining various challenges, both normative and practical, that arise in this context. The research method applied is juridical-normative with an approach that involves a review of applicable laws and regulations, relevant legal concepts, and comparisons with regulations and legal practices in several countries that have already regulated works produced by AI. The results of this study reveal that positive law in Indonesia currently does not explicitly regulate the ownership and protection of intellectual property rights for works produced by AI. This situation has the potential to create a normative vacuum and legal uncertainty that could have various negative implications for innovators and the creative industry. On the other hand, there are various opportunities to update regulations to accommodate developments in digital innovation, including establishing a new concept of authorship, strengthening the moral and economic rights of creators, and developing a protection scheme that is more adaptive to ever-evolving technological advances. Based on these findings, this study recommends the need to establish specific regulations or revise existing IPR laws to ensure legal certainty, provide fair protection for relevant parties, and support the sustainable development of AI technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

Intellectual Property (IP) is currently recognized as one of the valuable assets that can be owned by individuals and business entities. According to the classification of assets regulated in the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata), Book II, Chapter I, Article 499, it is stated that “under the law, an object is defined as any good and any right that can be owned.” Intellectual Property falls into the category of intangible assets, as it represents non-physical rights that carry economic value and ownership potential. However, for IP to be legally recognized as the property of an individual or a business entity, it must be formally registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI). Once the registration process is completed, the owner will be granted an official certificate of ownership, providing legal protection and recognition of their intellectual rights. Alongside the rapid growth of business and the creative economy, Intellectual Property no longer serves merely as a form of protection for intellectual works but has evolved into a high-value economic asset that can be leveraged in various financial activities. One innovative approach to utilizing IP is its use as collateral for bank loans. This concept offers a new alternative for entrepreneurs, particularly those in the creative industries, who often face difficulties in accessing credit due to the lack of conventional collateral such as land or buildings. With legal recognition of IP’s economic value, financial institutions can assess and accept these rights as loan guarantees, thereby expanding access to financing for innovators and creative entrepreneurs.The implementation of IP as banking collateral aligns with the government’s efforts to strengthen the creative economy and foster innovation-driven growth in Indonesia. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including the valuation mechanism of IP assets, legal protection of pledged rights, and the readiness of financial institutions to assess the associated risks and validity. Therefore, effective collaboration among the government, financial institutions, and IP owners is essential to establish transparent regulations and valuation systems. Such cooperation will enable the use of IP as loan collateral to function efficiently and sustainably, contributing to national economic development.
