Abstract

This study aims to find out how the condition of D'Celup Chicken Crispy MSMEs determines what implementation is right for these MSMEs in developing their business through strategic management. The research was conducted on the Lubuk Begalung highway, Padang city, West Sumatra. This business was founded by Mr. Ridho and his brother in 2023, more precisely it has only been operating for three months and is experiencing development every day because it was established right close to the university so that many students make Mr. Rido's business a choice of lunch and dinner. Mr. Ridho as CEO said that opening a crispy chicken business because of his passion for chicken, the idea arose to establish a chicken business in Padang City.

Abstract

Covid-19, which has become a global pandemic, has made many people take preventive measures. One way to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 is to maintain cleanliness such as diligently washing hands with soap using Hand Sanitizer. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge to cadre mothers about how to make Hand Sanitizers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The partner in this service activity is RW.12 in Cibadak sub-district, Bogor City. Due to the limitations of Hand Sanitizer and to take advantage of time at home we can make our own Hand Sanitizer. This training activity was carried out for 1 time with three stages: 1) preparation, implementation, evaluation activities. This activity was carried out by Ibn Khaldun University Bogor Students who were accompanied by Field Supervisors, the results of this activity showed that the partners of this activity were able to make their own Hand Sanitizer.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an reading and writing subjects. before and after using the Imla' method and whether or not there is an influence of the Imla' method on student learning outcomes in the Al-Qur'an reading and writing course in class VIII at the Nahdhatul Islam Mancang Private MTs. This research uses quantitative experimental methods, with the research design used is a quasi-experimental design. The subjects in this research were school principals, teachers in the subject of reading Al-Qur'an sincerely and all class VIII students at MTs Nahdhatul Islam Mancang. This research obtained results that show that there is an influence on the Imla' method through the results of the difference in the average value of the experimental class of 84.70 after the application of student-made image media with the average value of the control class being 68.16. Meanwhile, through hypothesis testing using the T test The obtained t value is 72.17 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.005, so it is stated that there is an influence (Ha) accepted. After the implementation of the Imla' method, student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an reading and writing subjects increased compared to previous results, after the implementation of the Imla' method it showed that there was an increase. The population used was 60 class VIII students. The research sample was 30 students in class VIIIA (experimental class) and 30 students in class VIIIB (control class).

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is an effort to improve numeracy skills as learning motivation with a demonstration method using colorful ice cream sticks for children aged 7-8 years at TPQ Kedung Badak Village. This research was conducted at TPQ Kedung Badak Sentral Village RT 1 RW 13 Bogor City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection is done through observation and documentation studies. The object of the study was children aged 7-8 years. The results showed an increase in motivation to learn to count using colorful ice cream sticks. Thus the application of methods and also colorful ice cream stick props has had a very good influence by increasing learning motivation. The material presented was understood by TPQ children, TPQ children's responsibility for the tasks given was high, and helped TPQ children to be actively involved in the learning process.

Abstract

The key to successful learning lies in methods designed in learning that involve students learning knowledge and skills through project-based learning with structured processes, complex questions and authentic assignments carefully designed through the use of technology. Thus, the learning method is very appropriate with the integration of PBL in education 4.0. This study aims to produce HOTS students in learning English. Research data were collected using questionnaire, interview and observation instruments. The results showed that, (1) there was a significant effect of integrating PBL in education 4.0 on HOTS, (2) there was an effect of HOTS on English learning, and (3) integrating PBL in education 4.0 together influenced HOTS in English class.

Abstract

Currently, there have been violations in the implementation of the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) system. The Fixed Term Work Agreement (PKWT) that was implemented was not in accordance with or did not even refer to the PKWT rules regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. There are still many companies that implement PKWT that do not comply with the provisions stipulated in work agreements and the Employment Law, so they require legal certainty and provide protection for all parties. The discussion in this research is: 1. How certain time work agreements are regulated in Indonesia. 2. What is the legal protection for contract workers in fixed-term work agreements in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of Chickhen to Go Padang is a process that involves various aspects, including behaviors that affect its success. This study aims to analyze behaviors related to the development of Chickhen to Go Padang, including consumer behavior, business behavior, and its impact on business growth. This study reviews consumer behavior in the context of the development of Chickhen to Go Padang. Research on consumer behavior can provide insight into factors that influence customer purchasing decisions, such as taste, price, location, and previous customer experience, business owners must understand market trends, innovate menus, and carry out effective marketing strategies to attract customers and maintain market share. Business behavior analysis also includes aspects of leadership, decision making, and resource management to achieve sustainable growth. This study also illustrates the impact of behavior in the development of Chickhen to Go Padang. By understanding the behavior of consumers and business actors, it can be known the factors that affect business success. Increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and positive reputation will have an impact on business growth and potential expansion into a wider market. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of analyzing behavior in the development of Chickhen to Go Padang. Understanding the behavior of consumers and business actors helps in making the right decisions to increase competitiveness and business success. Behavioral analysis also gains insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and business development opportunities that can strengthen Chickhen to Go Padang's position in the fast food industry.

Abstract

Jamkeswatch is a national social health insurance supervisory institution established by the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions as a control function for the implementation of National Health Insurance and the Social Health Security Organizing Agency. This is done to ensure that the implementation of health insurance in this country can run as we expect. In addition to criticizing policies, Jamkeswatch also advocates for people who have difficulty having access to health insurance. In this research, we will discuss the role of Jamkeswatch in helping people who experience difficulties, especially in the Cicadas Village area, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

There are still many children and even teenagers who do not have any knowledge about First Aid for Fainted People, there are still many who have problems practicing what should be done first in helping someone who is Fainting, therefore the author conducted research on First Aid for Fainted People. The aim is to provide more knowledge about First Aid for Fainted People. The methods used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that the cause of fainting is a lack of blood supply, so that the intake of oxygen and blood sugar to the brain is reduced. So the first aid that must be done is to give the patient a chance to breathe, position one hand perpendicular to the chest and the other hand bent towards the face, lift one leg that is further away from your position until it forms a 90 degree angle, try to wake it up. By shaking his body, calling his name in a loud voice, slowly patting him or using ADTD (lift your chin and press your forehead.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, public interest in raising freshwater fish has shown an increasing trend, considering that now many layers of people work at home so that raising freshwater fish has become an entertainment in itself. The purpose of this research is to change the mindset of the people in Pulo Damar Village, where technological, social, and cultural developments have led to many companies being established to achieve certain goals in meeting human needs. Electronic Business or E-Business is a transaction, buying and selling, business activity carried out through electronic devices or with the internet so that companies can directly interact with customers, suppliers and business partners. Freshwater fish are fish that are easy to maintain, freshwater fish cultivation does not need a large place and large capital, it can be done as a home business. Therefore, we can make this freshwater fish business an online business (e-business) so that this fish business is more increased and can reach a broad market.
