Pengelolaan wilayah pedesaan berbasis kearifan lokal Termasuk tata kelola desa, pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan community development. Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, Koperasi, Industri Kreatif, dan UMKM Seperti pelatihan manajemen keuangan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan inkubasi bisnis. Pengembangan teknologi berwawasan lingkungan Meliputi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah, dan edukasi lingkungan untuk masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi dalam bisnis Termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, aplikasi akuntansi dan manajemen berbasis IT, serta solusi otomatisasi usaha. Jurnal ini menerima artikel yang berasal dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendampingan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan komunitas, implementasi teknologi tepat guna, evaluasi program, serta best practices yang relevan dengan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen.

Abstract

MSMEs that produce "Bakpia Crispy 3 Bintang" are located on Jl. Setiyabudi No.16 Kutoharjo Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency has been established since 2009. The problems faced by partners are 1). The marketing is still not broad enough and tends to be passive, in this case the owner markets his product within the Rembang Regency, 2). Do not yet have a P-IRT (Household Industry Product) so that MSMEs cannot market their products to the fullest extent, and 3). Unattractive form of packaging. Community service programs carried out are 1). Expansion of marketing through the installation of banners, 2). Management of permits and business legality. The existence of a certificate from the Health Service for UMKM "Bakpia Crispy 3 Bintang" has a positive impact, because the community has recognized the legality of this UMKM and the public's trust has increased, 3). Abstract

The OJK program "Let's Save for Stocks" came into effect during the Covid-19 Pandemic, so that the number of new investors in the Indonesian stock market increased. This phenomenon is not being supported by an increase in knowledge and understanding of stock investment. The new investor behavior tends to be lazy to analyze to determine what stocks to trade and invest. The purpose of this community service is to provide training on procedures and strategies for investing in the stock market to novice investors. There will be an increase in the understanding and the ability of trading to obtain optimal returns. The PKM MM USM Lecturer Team collaborated with the IDX Representative Office in Central Java and PT. Panin Sekuritas Semarang provides material on investment strategies and stock trading, starting from understanding trading mechanisms, fundamental and technical analysis. The achievement of the activity objectives can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test. The increase in participants' understanding increased by 26.9% after receiving the training. This training has been sustainable through investment and trading assistance, questions and answers, and information sharing through the What's App group.Keywords: capital market,invesment, investor, stock, trading, training

Abstract

Making instant red ginger drink products become the potential business to develop during the Covid-19 pandemic. Instant red ginger drink is believed can increase the body's immunity against various viruses and diseases so that many people buy and consume it regularly. Komunitas Anggrek Kosambi Jakarta is a community service partner who has started instant red ginger drinks business since the Covid-19 pandemic. But they are facing problems and obstacles regarding instant red ginger drink’s marketing. Partners' lack of knowledge and understanding of product marketing become the reason that instant red ginger drink sells poorly in the market. This community service (PkM) aims to assist partners in overcoming marketing problems through training and mentoring activities to increase partner’s capacity in designing the marketing strategies and the marketing mix of instant red ginger. The approach used in this PkM is community-based research with methods of providing counseling, practice, and mentoring to 40 community members. The pretest and posttest analysis results show that there is an increase in partners' knowledge and understanding in designing marketing strategies and the marketing mix of instant red ginger drink products between before and after participating in training and mentoring activities. The economic impact resulting from this PkM activity is that participants can design marketing strategies and marketing mixes that are suitable for instant red ginger drink so that they can be sold. PkM partners have additional income generated from the sale of instant red ginger and indirectly also improve the family economy.Keywords: covid-19 pandemic, instant red ginger drink, marketing mix, marketing strategy.

Abstract

Learning activities in the Study Group (KB) are fun and do not burden children, so teachers are required to develop learning media. The problems faced by partners are that partners do not yet have learning media to get to know marine animals and the need for training in the use of learning media for partners. Based on an analysis of the situation and conditions faced by partners, the solution offered is to create and train for the use of learning media to get to know marine animals using an RFID card. This community service activity was carried out by a team from STT Ronggolawe Cepu in collaboration with a team of servants from STIE Pelita Nusantara Cepu. The conclusion of this activity is the creation of learning media to get to know marine animals using an RFID card and partners get learning media to get to know marine animals so that teachers can more easily introduce marine animals to students. Partners also gain knowledge and can apply technology through learning media about marine animals that have been created.

Abstract

Financial management is a process that involves planning, organizing, supervising, controlling and reporting financial activities carried out by individuals, families, organizations or government agencies. The purpose of this financial management assistance is to improve the ability of cash holders. The method of implementing this service is to provide training and assistance to cash holders. The results of this service activity are 1). Cash holders and congregation managers need a better understanding of financial management and ways to overcome common obstacles. 2). There needs to be assistance in managing the congregation's finances in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management for cash holders. 3). It is necessary to make clear financial management very important to ensure that the congregation's finances are well managed. 4). Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower college students through the development of entrepreneurship skills. In the era of globalization and intense job competition, empowering students is an important key to facing economic challenges and creating jobs.The method used in this activity includes the identification and selection of college students based on their interests and motivation towards entrepreneurship. Selected students will take part in a series of training covering the basics of entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, marketing, innovation, and communication skills. In addition, students will also receive guidance and assistance from experienced lecturers or business practitioners. They will be guided in developing business ideas and developing business plans.Assistance is also provided in business development, including the process of establishing a business, operational management, and developing networks with local communities and other related parties. Evaluation and monitoring are regularly carried out to measure the progress of students and monitor the development of businesses founded by them.The results of this activity will be disseminated through publications, counseling, seminars, and collaboration with related parties. It is hoped that student empowerment through entrepreneurship will provide benefits in the form of increased job opportunities for students, contribution to the local economy, and development of student capacity in facing the world of work. This activity is also a strategic step in improving the quality of higher education and creating an ecosystem that is conducive to entrepreneurship. By involving students in this empowerment activity, it is hoped that a young generation will be created who are creative, innovative, and ready to face future challenges.Keywords: entrepreneurship skills, empowering college students.

Abstract

Mendeley is one of the mandatory applications for students, especially for students who are writing scientific articles, journals, or theses. In writing scientific papers, students are often faced with an obstacle in proper writing formats and scientific references. Citations are an important element in writing a scientific paper. The existence of software, such as Mendeley that can be used to help write citations, allows authors to properly cite their reference documents. On the other hand, the bibliography is also closely related to a scientific paper. Citations used in the paper should be contained in the bibliography and vice versa. In order to build students' knowledge of the importance of citation of scientific papers and to build proficiency in using the Mendeley application, our PKM team wants to teach students to understand the benefits of the Mendeley application in writing citations and bibliography of scientific papers. Based on the activities that have been carried out, participants are able to make citations and bibliography in scientific papers using the help of the Medeley application properly and within a short peripd of time. Proper and neat citations and bibliography will help students of Politeknik LP3I Jakarta – Pondok Cabe Campus to complete their final projects. Keywords: Citations, scientific papers, mendeley

Development of sewing skills for persons with disabilities is carried out with the aim of improving their skills so that they can open jobs or business. This sewing training development activity is in the form of training in making product designs and making dress patterns. Abstract

Community service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities. This activity is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, a mentoring activity for the preparation of an accounting information system application using Microsoft Excel. This mentoring activity starts from analyzing problems to preparing financial reports for the ground handling unit Kokapura using the Microsoft Excel application. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pengelola wisata dan pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Pagak, Kecamatan Klampok, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pelaksaan kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai standar Akuntansi bagi pengelola wisata dan pelaku UMKM yang nantinya dapat menjadi syarat memperoleh pendanaan untuk pengembangan usaha dari pihak ketiga. Peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan memperoleh pemahaman tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan dari mulai menganalisis transkasi, menjurnal, memposting, mengklasifikasikan dan menyusun laporan keuangan. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode survey, ceramah, simulasi dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pengabdian terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti dari setiap sesi yang dilaksanakan.
