Abstract

Every company needs employees who will provide performance that exceeds the company’s expetations. Performancecan affect the ongoing activities of a company, the better the performance shown by employes, the more helpful it will bein company’s development. In this case, it is necessary to have the role of the company in creating individualcharacteristics, a good work climate, and compensation in order to improve employee performance. This study aims toknow the effect of individual characteristics, work climate, and compensation on employess performance at CV.Yadnyasesa Sukawati. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Yadnyasesa Sukawati, totaling 33 female employees. The sample size was determined using a saturated sample technique where all members of the populationwere sampled, namely 33 employees. The results of this study indicate that Individual Characteristics, Work Climate, andCompensation have a positive and significant effect on the decline on employee performance.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition requires companies to improve employee performance. Employee performance has an important role in achieving the goals of a company. Because with good employee performance, company goals can be achieved optimally. Based on the results of initial observations, the problems that exist at PT. Maha Jagad Perkasa Denpasar is a decrease in the level of employee performance can be proven through the level of employee absenteeism. Lack of training, motivation and work discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Maha Jagad Perkasa Denpasar using a population and a sample of 30 employees as research respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that training, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Maha Jagad Perkasa so that the better the training, motivation, and work discipline of employees in the company, the performance at PT. Maha Jagad Perkasa Denpasar.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) are a unit of economic institutions in the village which are continuously maintained by the local community according to local wisdom.. So that there are often several problems that must be resolved by BUMDES managers. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment on employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 35 people using the saturated sample method. The research was conducted at BUMDES in Sidakarya Village with research objects on leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance. Data collection was carried out using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Badan Usaha Milik Desa at Desa Sidakarya Denpasar, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Badan Usaha Milik Desa at Desa Sidakarya Denpasar, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Badan Usaha Milik Desa at Desa Sidakarya Denpasar.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work performance in the form of both quality and quantity achieved by human resources per unit time in carrying out their work duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. factors that can affect employee performance include work stress, work conflict, and work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work conflict, and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas II Gianyar Regency. The location of this research is UPTD Puskesmas Sukawati II Gianyar Regency which is located at Jl.Kesawa No.1, Singapadu Kaler, Kec. Sukawati, Gianyar Regency. The objects examined in this study are work stress, work conflict, work discipline, and employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of the Sukawati II Health Center, Gianyar Regency, totaling 72, determining the number of samples used by the authors in this study using the census method based on the provisions put forward by Sugiyono (2017), who said that "saturation sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sample is census. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work stress, work conflict, and work discipline had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukawati II, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Human resources are something that is very influential for the progress of an institution. Without quality human resources an institution will not develop. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability, work culture, and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan, Gianyar. This research was conducted at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan, Gianyar. The objects in this study are work ability, work culture, and work motivation. The population and sample used in this study were 40 employees at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan, Gianyar. Sampling using the census method because the population is less than 100. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used wasmultiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that work ability, work culture, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan Gianyar. It can be interpreted that if the employee's work motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance at Bank Bpr Kanti Batubulan Gianyar.

Abstract

Good employee performance is a step to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of conflict control, organizational culture and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Penarungan Village Repair Office. The sample in this study were 33 people who were employees of the Penarungan Village Repair Office. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that conflict control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Penarungan Village Head Office. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Penarungan Village Head Office. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Penarungan Village Perbekel Office.

Abstract

Tri Mart Blahbatuh, Gianyar is one of the minimarkets that until now has been able to compete with similar minimarkets which are increasingly popping up, so to survive better it requires an increase in product variety, store image, and store atmosphere to provide convenience for consumers. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of product diversity, store image, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Tri Mart in Blahbatuh, Gianyar. The population in this study is all consumers of Tri Mart in Blahbatuh, Gianyar whose exact number is not known. The sample used was 85 people with the accidental sampling method. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that product variety has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, store image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect buying decision of Tri Mart in Blahbatuh, Gianyar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality on the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman. The population in this study were all LPD customers in Kesiman, totaling 14,127 customers. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula, namely as many as 100 respondents taken from the number of customers. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that corporate image, promotion strategy, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The promotion strategy variable has the highest beta coefficient value of 0.840. This shows that in this study the promotion strategy has a dominant influence on the increase or decrease in the decision to become a customer at the LPD Desa Pakraman Kesiman.

Abstract

Development in the industrial sector is one of the development priorities which is expected to be able to bring about fundamental changes in other economic structures, so that progress achieved in the industrial sector will be followed by progress in other sectors. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, career development and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Denpasar Main Branch. Companies engaged in the service sector. The object of research in this study is the level of education, career development and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The total population used in this study was 163 employees with a sample obtained from the calculation of the Slovin formula of 62 employees. The technique used is stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS version 25 For Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Denpasar main branch. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most influential factors in the work system, be it an organization or a company, and the good or bad of a company or organization can be seen from how good or not the performance of its employees is. To avoid the bad side of employee performance, motivation, work environment and work discipline are needed so that all activities carried out by employees will be in accordance with existing procedures in the company and can improve quality and optimal performance of a company or organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, and work environment and work discipline on employee performance (at PT. Srikandi Jaya Group Denpasar). The issues raised in this study are improving employee performance and the motivation of each employee to work optimally so that the company continues to run effectively and efficiently and can achieve organizational or company goals in the future. The type of data used is primary data. The total population in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The sample selection was carried out using the saturated sampling technique method. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect between work environment on employee performance, there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance
