Abstract

Job satisfaction is a condition in which employees reflect pleasure at work. Job satisfaction of each employee is different. The more aspects of work that are in accordance with the wishes of the individual, the higher the level of satisfaction felt and if employee job satisfaction is considered, the employee will work to the best of his ability to obtain what is expected at work. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of organizational culture, working conditions, and workload on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit. The research population was employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit, the sample was determined using the slovin formula and the results were 85 respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, working conditions have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable in this study is 40.5%. Further research can develop this research by using other variables that can affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HR) is important in achieving the goals of a company with good human resources in the company, it will increase employee work productivity. Work productivity has an important role in achieving the goals of acompany. Based on the results of initial observations, the problems that exist at theHotel Fivelements Retreat Bali are violations of discipline during working hours which can be seen from the percentage of employee attendance. Lack of selection benefits, organizational commitment and work discipline. This research was conducted at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali using a population and sample of 30 employees as research respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows the benefits of selection, organizational commitment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali so that the better the selection of employees, organizational commitment, and work discipline of employees within the company, the higher the work productivity of employees at the Hotel Fivelements Retreat Bali.

Abstract

Work motivation an encouragement or process that is carried out to move someone so that their behavior can be directed at real efforts so that goals can be achieved, to produce good and quality performance. Human resources are needed who have work motivation, work discipline, and a supportive work environment. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the South Denpasar District Office The population used in this study were employees in the South Denpasar District Office. The sample payment method used is a saturated sample with a total of 41 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. This study also carried out descriptive statistical analysis and classical assumption tests which included normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity assumption tests and used hypothesis testing including the F test, coefficient of determination test and t test. The results showed that the variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, appreciation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency. Independent variables include work discipline, rewards and work environment. The dependent variable includes employee performance. The research population is a civil servant company (PNS). The samples obtained in this study were 54 employees who were determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline, appreciation and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency.

Abstract

Every company will always try to get the best performance from its employees in the hope that the company's goals will be achieved. The success of a company is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Cahya Private Driving Denpasar. The sample in this study were 58 employees at Cahya Private Driving Denpasar. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cahya Private Driving. The more communication that exists at Cahya Private Driving, the employee's performance will increase. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cahya Private Driving. The more work motivation in Cahya Private Driving increases, the employee's performance will increase. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cahya Private Driving. The more the work environment in Cahya Private Driving increases, the employee's performance will increase.

Abstract

Human resources are a central factor in an organization. Whatever the form and purpose, the organization is made based on various visions for the benefit of humans and in carrying out its mission it is managed and managed by humans. One of the factors that can affect employee performance is leadership, job satisfaction andcompetence. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, job satisfaction and competence on the performance of KSU Dana Rahayu employees The population in this study were 30 people. The sample in this study were 30 employees at KSU Dana Rahayu. Determination of the sample in this study is saturated sampling, in which theentire population is used as a sample. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and competence has a positiveand significant effect on employee performance at KSU Dana Rahayu.

Abstract

High employee performance is very necessary in an organization to achieve the expected goals. With high performance, employees will try their best to overcome and solve problems faced in carrying out their duties and work. This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Munggu Village Office, Badung Regency. The population in this research was all employees in Munggu Village, Badung Regency. Totaling 35 people. The number of samples in this study was 35 people who were determined using the saturated sample method. The data in this research was obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires which were later analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: Work discipline, work motivation, and. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Munggu Village Office, Badung Regency. Seeing the results of the research, it is recommended that the Head of Munggu Village, Badung Regency in the future should be able to implement strict sanctions for employees who commit violations. This is important to do to establish employee work discipline so that later employees can comply with all applicable rules. With high work discipline, employees will be able to work optimally and produce the best work results.

Abstract

Generation Z or digital native generation is a generation that grew up in an all-digital environment. Generation Z is the preferred segment by marketers because of their large population in today's world and generation Z tends to consume and use almost all of their income to consume or buy a product with online shopping methods that provide an experience so that marketers need to increase marketing activities on the company's online media so that Generation Z can get interesting information and influence the behavior and buying interest of consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-promotion, e-commerce, e-servqual and brand ambassadors on the intention to repurchase at shopee in Generation Z in Denpasar. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar with generation Z respondents who use Shopee. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. While the source uses primary and secondary data. With the number of samples taken as many as 167 respondents with non- probability sampling methods. This data was collected by means of literature study, questionnaires and documentation. This data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the e-servqual and brand ambassador have a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. While the variable e-promotion, e- commerce does not have a positive effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

Employee performance is the most important thing in human resource management because it is one of the factors that determine the success of the company. Employee performance is a work result that is given by an individual to the company or organization where they work by providing maximum work results to the company and a result of work or work performance carried out by a person or group of people in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and creativity to improve employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. REX Denpasar. The number of samples is 42 employees, with saturated sampling method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis that has been processed, it is found that all the hypotheses proposed are accepted. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. REX Denpasar, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. REX Denpasar and creativity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. REX Denpasar. Suggestions for further research can develop this research by adding other variables to this study.

Abstract

Performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. To create high employee performance, organizations must be able to provide training to their employees which is accompanied by a disciplined attitude from the employees to carry out their duties so that they can increase their overall productivity and can increase their job satisfaction which ultimately has an impact on their increased performance. This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of education and training (diklat) and work discipline on employee performance at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The population in this study were 139 employees who worked at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The sample in this study was 58 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS 3.0. The results of the research show that: 1) education and training (diklat) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) education and training (training) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4 ) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of training on employee performance, and 7) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of discipline work on employee performance. Future research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on employee performance.
