Abstract

Studi lanjutan perlu mengeksplorasi konteks lokal Indonesia.

Abstract

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Region Central Java (RJBT) 4 is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and reviewing operations across Central Java and DIY. Among its functions, the health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) team primarily conduct activities that require prolonged computer use, resulting in workers maintaining static postures for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week—posing a risk for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study analyzed workers’ postures and ergonomic risks using the rapid office strain assessment (ROSA), quick exposure check (QEC), and Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 9011:2021. Results showed that 10 out of 11 workers scored 6 on ROSA, and one scored 7, while 9 workers were classified at action level 3 and 2 at level 4 according to QEC. Based on these findings, recommendations include improving work postures per SNI 9011:2021 and Ministry of Health Regulation No. 48 of 2016, upgrading workstations with ergonomic chairs, footrests, and mouse pads, and fostering healthy habits aligned with Ministry of Health and Ministry of Manpower regulations. Additionally, implementing educational interventions such as awareness posters is suggested to enhance office ergonomics, promoting worker safety and comfort.

Abstract

Fatherless girls are vulnerable to social, psychological, and behavioral problems. This condition influences their partner selection, which is often linked to unmet emotional needs. This study aims to analyze the partner preferences of fatherless girls on the TikTok platform and explore the implications for their social and emotional well-being. Using a qualitative approach with content analysis, data were collected from 10 TikTok videos that met specific criteria, namely: accounts with more than 1,000 followers, over 500 comments, and content creators who were either experts on fatherless issues or individuals with lived experience. Data were analyzed through systematic observation of the videos and user comments to identify recurring themes and patterns. The results show that fatherless girls' partner preferences are heavily shaped by emotional needs for a father figure, such as the search for security and the desire to avoid similar negative experiences in the future. The conclusion of this study is that partner preferences are not only based on personal choice but also an emotional response to past affectional emptiness. These findings contribute to a psychological understanding of the relationship between family conditions and partner selection behavior, and they encourage further research on other digital platforms. The novelty of this research lies in its use of TikTok as an emerging digital space to study partner preference behavior, offering fresh insights into how father absence and unmet emotional needs manifest in online relational expressions.

Abstract

Happiness is a fundamental goal for every individual, including students from single-parent families who face unique psychological and social challenges. However, previous research in Indonesia has predominantly focused on the negative impacts of non-intact family structures, with limited exploration of the subjective meaning of happiness among students from single-parent families. Addressing this gap, the present study explores the meaning of happiness among junior high school students raised in single-parent families in Indonesia through a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews with two purposively selected students from MTs Ma’arif Klaten. Thematic analysis identified that student happiness is shaped by both internal factors—such as coping strategies, personal resilience, and self-acceptance—and external factors, including emotional support from family (despite its non-intact structure), positive social relationships with peers and teachers, and a supportive school environment. These findings highlight that happiness for single-parent students is a dynamic process arising from the interplay between individual psychological resources and social support, rather than being determined solely by family intactness. The study recommends that schools, teachers, and counselors strengthen social support systems and develop inclusive, responsive psychosocial interventions to enhance the psychological well-being and optimal development of students from diverse family backgrounds.

Abstract

0,661). Analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan kontrol diri terhadap self harm (sig. 0,000; R² = 0,093).
