Abstract

                This study discusses the implementation of an information technology system to support the monitoring of the availability of Navy housing facilities. The method used in this research is qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and data analysis to understand the needs and challenges faced in managing housing facilities. The primary objective of this study is to design and implement an information technology system that can improve efficiency and accuracy in monitoring housing availability and support more effective decision-making. The results show that the developed system can provide real-time information on availability status, condition, and utilization of housing facilities. With this system, the administrative process becomes more structured and transparent, and data management errors are reduced. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing similar systems in other military institutions.

Abstract

                This study examines Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) in relation to the public interest, and compares it with regulations in the European Union (GDPR), Singapore (PDPA), and the Philippines (DPA). The findings in this study indicate that although the PDP Law aims to protect people's personal data, in each of its applications it still faces major problems, especially because there is no independent supervisory institution with clear responsibilities and authorities. Unlike the GDPR, PDPA, and DPA which already have strong supervisory mechanisms, the PDP Law still has weaknesses in terms of law enforcement and imposing sanctions on violators. Therefore, this study recommends the establishment of an independent supervisory body with clear authority so that personal data protection in Indonesia is more effective, efficient and can restore public trust in the security of their data.

Abstract

The Qur'an serves as a source of spiritual healing and inner peace, effectively addressing various psychological ailments. This study aims to explore the interpretation of syifa’ in the Qur'an from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Azhar. The research method used in this study is a library research approach. The findings indicate that the concept of syifa’ in the Qur'an is not limited to physical healing but also encompasses mental and spiritual well-being. Implementing the moral values embedded in these verses can be an effective solution to overcoming feelings of insecurity and fostering a more balanced and faith-driven life.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and provide an analysis of the availability of facilities, quality of service, and their effectiveness in relation to patient satisfaction at the General Outpatient Clinic of Medika Clinic, Semarang Police Department. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by respondents, with samples obtained using an accidental sampling technique. This sampling method involves selecting individuals who happened to be present at the location during the time the research was conducted.

Abstract

At Muhammadiyah Bima University, Arabic language learning faces various challenges, ranging from students' diverse levels of understanding, the availability of learning resources, to the teaching methods applied by lecturers. In this context, the diversity of students' level of understanding can be caused by differences in educational background before entering college, previous experience in learning Arabic, and how often they are exposed to Arabic-speaking environments. So this research aims to find out the perceptions of students majoring in Arabic Language Education towards the challenges in understanding Arabic language learning at Muhammadiyah Bima University. This research will be conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Bima which is located on Jln. Anggrek No. 16 Nae Village, West Rasanae Sub-District, Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses Qualitative Research with a Case Study Approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data Analysis Techniques are Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that students of the Arabic Language Education Department at Muhammadiyah Bima University have various perceptions of the challenges they face in understanding Arabic language learning. Most students realize that learning Arabic has its own level of difficulty, especially in grammatical aspects (qawaid), vocabulary mastery (mufradat), and listening and speaking skills (istima' and kalam). This perception shapes students' attitudes in responding to the learning process, both in terms of learning motivation and the strategies used.

Abstract

Many educators still rely on conventional learning methods that are less engaging for children. In addition, limited access to technological devices and educational skills in utilizing technology are major obstacles in optimizing digital technology in early childhood learning. So this research aims to find out Digital Technology-Based Learning Innovations to Increase Early Childhood Learning Interest at Tk Yaa Bunayya, Bima City. This research will be conducted at Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten, Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses Qualitative Research with a Case Study Approach. Data Collection Techniques are Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data Analysis Techniques are Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the results of this study that digital technology-based learning innovations have a real positive impact on increasing children's interest in learning at Yaa Bunayya Kindergarten, Bima City. Digital technology applied in the form of learning videos, educational applications, interactive media, and other digital devices is able to create a learning atmosphere that is more fun, interesting, and motivates children to be actively involved in the learning process. The changes that can be seen significantly are the increase in children's activeness, enthusiasm, and interest in the material presented by the teacher.

Abstract

Conservatism is prudent financial reporting that shows careful consideration and response to future uncertainties. This study analyzes the effect of political connections on the relationship between managerial ownership and institutional ownership with accounting conservatism in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling.  A total of 117 companies have met the criteria as observation units. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that the managerial ownership variable affects accounting conservatism. Meanwhile, the institutional ownership variable has no effect on accounting conservatism. Then in this study also states that the moderation variable of political connection is not able to moderate the relationship between managerial ownership and institutional ownership with accounting conservatism.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka berfokus pada pengoptimalan peserta didik dalam mendalami sebuah konsep yang dibuat secara menarik dan beragam sehingga dapat menguatkan kompetensinya sehingga guru dapat dengan leluasa untuk membuat, memilih, memodifikasi bahan ajar sesuai dengan karakteristik, konteks maupun kebutuhan dari peserta didik. Sumber belajar IPS yang biasanya digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS adalah buku pegangan guru dan siswa. Kurikulum merdeka sudah membebaskan guru untuk memilih dan membuat materinya masing-masing. Buku siswa telah diberikan oleh pemerintah sebagai acuan guru dalam mengolah materi yang ada. Namun buku pegangan tersebut hendaknya perlu dianalisis kembali sehingga materi yang ada dapat disampaikan kepada peserta didik dengan baik. Salah satu cara untuk menganalisis materi yang ada pada buku pegangan dengan menggunakan analisis dimensi pengetahuan yang merupakan teori dari Anderson dan Krathwohl (Pengetahuan Faktual, Pengetahuan Konseptual, Pengetahuan Prosedural dan Pengetahuan Metakognitif) yang diperlukan oleh peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah buku IPS siswa Kurikulum Merdeka kelas VII Tema II Keberagaman Lingkungan Sekitar. Hasil presentase masing-masing dimensi yaitu dimensi konseptual sebanyak 38,9% , dimensi faktual sebanyak 33,3 % , dimensi prosedural sebanyak 22,2 % dan dimensi metakognitif sebanyak 5,6%. Masing-masing dimensi memiliki andil dan manfaatnya masing-masing bagi ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran di dalam kelas.

Abstract

Indonesia is a legal state that operates a democratic system and makes the people the highest authority. Democracy implemented in Indonesia uses the political triad concept, namely the division of power into three axes. However, the people as the holders of the highest power are now starting to have little awareness of participating in democracy. This of course has a negative impact on the life of democracy in Indonesia. So it is important to have outreach that discusses the role of the people in democracy. Socialization can be done in various ways and in any place, including educational places. In education, socialization can be carried out by implementing the same democratic system as Indonesia and making the target of socialization the executor of the course of democracy. However, the most strategic and appropriate level of education to carry it out is at the student level. Students are the most appropriate level because they are the highest level of education and are also the young generation who are ready to be prepared to enter politics. So, researchers conducted research to find out the effect of implementing the trias politica system in a higher education environment on community participation in politics itself. Researchers use qualitative research methods to explain the depth of the problem being studied. Researchers also use a case study approach to obtain and collect data in research, for example finding a system for implementing the trias politica concept in revitalizing democracy among students, especially private university students in the city of Malang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the prevalence of extreme incidents in the field of education, such as bullying, student brawls, and the spread of free association, which have tarnished the reputation of educational institutions. By integrating Aswaja (Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah) values, educational institutions can shape students who contribute positively to the development of science and technology while adhering to Islamic principles in their daily lives. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research design. The data collection techniques used include three methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. To ensure data validity, source triangulation was applied. The data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The aims of this research are 1) to actualize the values of Aswaja An-Nahdliyah in shaping students' noble character at SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang. 2) to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of actualizing Aswaja An-Nahdliyah values in shaping students' noble character at SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the Aswaja values actualized at SMA Trensains Tebuireng include tawasuth, tasamuh, tawazun, i’tidal, and amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. These values are reflected in curriculum integration, extracurricular activities, organizational development, etc. The supporting factors include the localized environment of SMA Trensains Tebuireng, the uniformity of Aswaja NU understanding, and teachers consistently fostering enjoyable learning experiences. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the negative influence of external environments, high achievement targets, and the separation of female dormitories from room supervisors.
