Abstract

Innovation in learning the Qur'an has developed along with the progress of the times. It is undeniable that various methods of reading the Qur'an are present and offered to improve the capabilities of modern humans in relation to the ability to read the Qur'an. However, there are still various gaps so that learners still have difficulty in achieving a degree of completion in reading the Qur'an. Based on a survey of several research institutions, the results show that the ability to read the Qur'an of the Indonesian people is relatively low. Only 44.57% of Indonesians are categorized as being able to read the Qur'an fluently. These facts and concerns inspired the author to present a thought about the method of learning the Qur'an which is abbreviated as CINTA. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive research approach. CINTA is a Al-Quran learning method based on giving examples, mastering rhythm, using nazham, based on tartil rules, and equipped with supporting tools and media. With CINTA, it is hoped that the Muslim community at large can achieve the target of completing reading the Qur'an. CINTA is a comprehensive Qur'an learning that will minimize reading errors due to examples of readings from teachers. With CINTA, learning the Qur'an will run enthusiastically with the teaching of Rhythm, Nazham and the use of tools that will lead someone to complete reading the Qur'an.

Abstract

The enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages has influenced a more comprehensive regulation of village authority. This village authority encompasses powers derived from tradition and also local authority at the village level, both of which are at the core of village autonomy. This research adopts the Legal Science Research method with the support of social sciences, emphasizing the concept that law is not merely a set of normative rules but also an integral part of community life. In Tideng Pale Village, Sesayap District, Tana Tidung Regency, the implementation of ancestral authority, as regulated by Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, has not been fully carried out because this authority does not yet exist, thus, it only includes the resolution of land disputes based on tradition and customary marriages. Meanwhile, local authority at the village level is realized through the preparation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa), reflected in the List of Activity Plans (DRK), which is adjusted annually in accordance with the amount of APBDesa.

Abstract

This study explores the cross-media communication strategy employed by the Creative Team of the Public Communication and Information Services Bureau (KLI) of Indonesia's Ministry of Finance in delivering fiscal policy information via Instagram. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, the research analyzes two types of visual content—namely the caricature “APBN Bisa Yura” and the video “Rapor Bulanan #UangKita.” The focus lies on examining the pre-production to post-production stages, and how complex policy narratives are transformed into accessible, visually engaging formats that are algorithmically adaptive and psychologically resonant with digital audiences. Findings indicate that the effectiveness of content does not solely depend on visual aesthetics or engagement metrics, but on the integration of mini-research, strategic visual element selection, and systematic use of platform insights. The results demonstrate that institutional visual communication has evolved into a complex, data-driven creative process, where public policy meaning is constructed and distributed across multiple media platforms. This research contributes novelty in three major aspects: (1) a focus on internal governmental actors in developing visual communication strategies; (2) the application of data and algorithm-driven approaches within institutional creative workflows; and (3) a deep examination of the full visual content production cycle within a governmental context. Moreover, the findings affirm that the Ministry of Finance’s visual communication practices are deeply shaped by mediatization—the integration of media logic into institutional processes—as a strategic response to a highly visual and competitive public communication landscape.
