Abstract

Previous research and relevant research are very useful for research or literature review of scientific work, whether studying the influence between variables or other factors that influence a variable itself. This article discusses a literature review of factors that influence employee performance, namely job satisfaction which is used as an intervening variable, employee engagement, organizational commitment, and organizational culture. This article was written to design hypotheses that influence variables so that they can be used in subsequent studies. The results of this study are: 1) Employee engagement has a positive and crucial influence on job satisfaction; 2) organizational commitment has a positive or crucial impact on job satisfaction; 3) organizational culture has a positive or crucial impact on job satisfaction; 4) Employee engagement has a positive and crucial influence on employee performance; 5) Organizational culture has a positive and crucial influence on employee performance; 6) Job satisfaction has a positive and crucial influence on employee performance. 7) Job satisfaction can mediate employee engagement which influences employee performance. 8) Job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture which influences employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Prilly Latuconsina's Shopee PayLater advertising representation on people's consumer behavior, especially in Medan City in 2024. The method used is qualitative research with Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic analysis approach, which focuses on identifying signs in advertisements and audience interpretation of the messages conveyed. The results of the study show that the Shopee PayLater advertisement featuring Prilly Latuconsina as a brand ambassador has succeeded in attracting the attention of young audiences by conveying messages about the convenience, benefits, and attractive incentives of the service. The discussion shows that well-known public figures are effective in increasing public interest in digital services and influencing consumer behavior. In conclusion, the advertisement has succeeded in strengthening the adoption of Shopee PayLater services and encouraging increased consumption among the community, especially those who are young and open to technological innovation.

Abstract

                Gender equality in Islamic education is becoming increasingly significant in the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. This study examines how values exemplified by Indonesia’s Muslim heroines, like R.A. Kartini, Dewi Sartika, and Nyai Ahmad Dahlan, can inspire innovative approaches to promoting and supporting women’s roles in education. Through a qualitative library study, this research examines Islamic teachings alongside the contributions of these heroines, highlighting core values of justice and social responsibility. Its argues that the Islamic educational principles championed by these female role models can significantly contribute to advancing women's leadership capabilities, enhancing their digital literacy, and expanding their access to education. This study addresses challenges such as limited access to higher education, societal expectations, and cultural norms. It also highlights specific initiatives, including leadership programs, digital learning platforms, and family education. The findings suggest that the teachings and values of Indonesia’s Muslim Heroines have the potential to help overcome these barriers, it is possible to create supportive environments that empower women to take on leadership roles and actively participate in education.

Abstract

Family problems are a common phenomenon in society. The number of marriages that are not harmonious, and the inequality in the relationship between husband and wife, ultimately leads to toxic relationships in the family. Examples of toxic relationships that often occur are infidelity, domestic violence, social inequality and others that cause discomfort in household relationships. This study aims to look at the role of the Bojonegoro Alliance for Women and Children (APPA) community in responding to the phenomenon of toxic relationships such as domestic violence, not being provided for, infidelity and others that often occur in families and how to prevent and then overcome such cases. The method used is descriptive analysis with a field research model using interviews and data research at the Bojonegoro Alliance for Women and Children (APPA), which has handled many such cases. The first stage is to analyse the field and cases of toxic relationships in the community, then conduct in-depth research and interviews with the object of study and then analyse the data linked to the concept of Mubadala in the family. The result of this research is that women's organisations are very helpful in preventing toxic relationships in the family. As well as helping women deal with the problem of violence in the family in the form of legal and psychological assistance after the incident.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of religious education in shaping character and noble morals in children and identify the factors that support their success. In the challenging era of globalization, religious education not only functions as an instrument for the introduction of religious values, but also as a mechanism for the formation of civilized and moral behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in several schools that implement intensive religious education. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with religious teachers, parents, and students, direct observation of the learning process in the classroom, and analysis of religious education curriculum documents. Thematic analysis techniques are used to identify the main patterns in religious education and their impact on the formation of children's character. The results of the study show that religious education contributes to strengthening moral values, habituating moral behavior, and synergy between the school environment and family in shaping children's character. However, there are challenges in implementation, such as lack of parental involvement, the influence of digital media, and less innovative learning methods. The limitation of this study lies in the limited scope of the sample in certain schools, so the results cannot be generalized widely. This study makes an original contribution in understanding the crucial factors that affect the effectiveness of religious education in shaping children's character and provides recommendations to improve religious learning methods in the future.

Abstract

                PLN Mobile is a digital service innovation developed by PLN in the form of an application with the aim of simplifying electricity services. PLN Mobile was initially launched on October 31, 2016 and then relaunched on December 18, 2020. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a focus on using Rogers (2003) innovation attributes, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability and observability. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the attributes of innovation in PLN Mobile services in North Surabaya in making it easier for people to accept. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses an interactive model that starts from data collection, data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that PLN Mobile innovation in the North Surabaya area has a great point of relative advantage, this is indicated by the superiority of PLN Mobile compared to the old service and users benefit from using this innovation. The second has a high level of compatibility to the old procedures, service flow, and in accordance with the needs of PLN customers. The third has a fairly high complexity because it uses technology and is related to internet connectivity to access it. The fourth has the attribute of triability because PLN Mobile has been tested before launching and is actively socialized. The fifth is that PLN Mobile has a great level of observability because every service process can be easily monitored.

Abstract

This research study discusses the study of living Qur'an in the tradition of reading, Surah Al-waqi'ah at the An-nur 2 Al Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School, reading Surah Al-waqi'ah is a mandatory activity every day before performing the Ashar prayer, especially for male students. This study aims to reveal the Tradition of Reading Surah Al-waqi'ah at the An-nur 2 Al Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School with the formulation of the problem: (1) How is the Implementation of the Al-waqi'ah Reading tradition (2) How is the realization of the impact of reading Surah Al-waqi'ah on students. This study, qualitative descriptive research with the Alfred Schutz Phenomenology approach as a different analysis knife. data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research informants were students of An-nur 2 Al Murtadlo, the data processing used qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study: 1) Implementation of the tradition of reciting Surah Al-Waqi'ah as a daily practice before the Asr prayer, because the Asr time is believed to be a time of efficacy, based on the interpretation of the Qur'an Surah Al-'Ashr, the implementation of reciting Surah Al-Waqi'ah begins with reciting tawassul, Al-Waqi'ah, وصبّ عليّ الرّزق, أَوْ كَالَّذِي مَرَّ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ, and is closed with the Al-Waqi'ah prayer. 2) The reading of Surah Al-waqi'ah at the An-nur 2 Al Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School is a mandatory activity there, the motives for the purpose of reading Surah Al Al-waqi'ah are to get closer to Allah, hope for blessings, discipline time and preserve the Qur'an. The impacts felt by the students, teachers and administrators of this tradition are that their livelihood becomes smooth, they feel peace of mind, and their wishes are made easier.

Abstract

The main problem faced is the desire to use Moodle Elsmansa after the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Purbalingga, especially related to technology adaptation and technical constraints. The pandemic accelerated the implementation of digital-based learning, including through a digital learning system using an e-learning platform. This study aims to explore the use of this e-learning platform in learning. This effort was made to overcome the obstacles and the success of the integration of Moodle Elsmansa as part of the digital education transformation. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that Moodle Elsmansa is a platform that supports the convenience of digital-based learning that is relevant to date.

Abstract

The lack of access to religious education based on Aswaja An Nahdliyah causes a lack of understanding of the jurisprudence of worship and moderate creeds, low interest of the younger generation in Islamic knowledge and the development of rigid religious understanding, which is a problem for the people of Sukosono village. Under these conditions, society needs a place for religious education that can provide an understanding of Islam that is moderate, tolerant and in line with the values ​​of Aswaja An Nahdliyah. The Ar-Rahmah Taklim Council acts as a center for moderate Islamic education through yasinan activities, fiqh studies, dhikr fida', manaqib selapan, and birthday of barzanji. Apart from fostering spirituality, this assembly instills Aswaja values ​​to build a harmonious social life. The aim of this research is to explore the synergy between the Ar-Rahmah Taklim Council and the Sukosono Village community in improving Aswaja values, as well as exploring the resulting positive impact on the social and spiritual life of the community. Qualitative methods were used in this research, involving observation and in-depth interviews at the Taklim Ar-Rahmah assembly. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the Ar-Rahmah Taklim Council is able to provide benefits to the people of Sukosono Village by increasing moderate understanding of religion, strengthening Islamic brotherhood, becoming a learning forum for the younger generation, preventing the entry of radical ideas, and encouraging women's participation in Islamic education and religious activities.

Abstract

This study examines the semantic analysis of the Qur’an with the context of the word al-‘Afw, the purpose of this analysis is to know and understand the concept of the word al-‘Afw in the Qur’an based on Semantic review, by observing its various forms in the Qur’an. The word al-‘Afw which was investigated from the book al-mu’jam al mufahras li alfadz al-Quran al-karim was found 35 times scattered in 11 surahs with several different forms and mostly means forgiveness of sins. In assessing the meaning of al-‘Afw, the author uses a qualitative type of research and library research as a data collection method that aims to find meaning in depth. While the approach used in this study is to use Toshihiko Izutsu’s Quranic Semantics approach, as for the methodological steps, namely by showing the basic meaning, looking for relational meaning, paying attention to changes in the meaning of al-‘Afw through historical analysis, namely synchronic and diachronic, and the last step tracing the weltanschauung of the word al – ‘Afw. Al-'afw in the context of forgiveness also has a harmonious relationship with several terms in the Qur'an, namely shafa (leniency), ghafar (forgiveness) and taubah (repentance). These words have their own meaning.
