Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training in creating Augmented Reality (AR) media using the Assemblr Edu application for teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Bogor City, focusing on science education. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving 30 teachers from various MIs. An initial survey revealed that 60% of the teachers lacked knowledge about AR, while 80% expressed interest in learning more. After the training, evaluation questionnaires indicated that 90% of participants found the training very beneficial, and 85% were able to effectively create AR media. Furthermore, the evaluation of student learning outcomes showed an increase in average scores from 65 before the AR implementation to 78 afterward, reflecting a 20% improvement in student understanding. Qualitative data from interviews and classroom observations highlighted increased student enthusiasm and more active interactions between students and teachers, aligning with constructivist theory and multimedia learning theory. Despite challenges such as technical difficulties and inadequate infrastructure, recommendations for ongoing technical support and improved access to technology are essential. This research emphasizes the potential of AR as an innovative tool in education, capable of enhancing the quality of learning in MIs and opening avenues for further research on the application of modern technology in education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of madrasah leadership in improving teacher performance and the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Taruna Teknik Al Jabbar Medan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is tested using methodological triangulation. The research findings indicate that the leadership of the madrasah focuses on improving teacher quality, strengthening the curriculum, and fostering a positive school culture. The conclusion of this study states that participative and transparent leadership can create a conducive educational environment, enhance teacher performance, and produce quality graduates

Abstract

This research aims to identify the differentiation of the Muthola'ah Qira'ati Volume VI and Volume V methods in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an learning in early childhood at TPQ Choiry Ikhsan Warung Dowo. The Qira'ati method, which teaches reading the Al-Qur'an according to the rules of tajwid and makharijul letters, is used to provide a strong foundation in the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. This research uses a case study approach with qualitative descriptive analysis, utilizing interviews, tests and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results show that the application of the Qira'ati method, both Volume VI and Volume V, succeeded in improving students' Al-Qur'an reading skills, with teachers playing a significant role through classical and individual learning. The improvement in quality can be seen from the results of the students' reading tashih which shows a good value category. This research contributes to strengthening the Al-Qur'an learning model based on the Qira'ati method, which not only emphasizes cognitive aspects, but also affective and psychomotor aspects of students.

Abstract

The media industry today faces significant challenges in managing internal communication, especially during crises. Effective communication is crucial to maintaining stability and ensuring the continuity of organizational operations. This study aims to examine the influence of organizational employee relationship and organizational resilience restoration on internal crisis communication in media companies in Surabaya. A total of 116 respondents were selected using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, with the questionnaire results analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The findings indicate that both organizational employee relationship and organizational resilience restoration significantly influence internal crisis communication in media companies in Surabaya.

Abstract

The Sunan Ampel Religious Tourism Area is a major destination in Surabaya that attracts thousands of visitors each year, but the lack of adequate parking space leads to illegal parking, causing traffic congestion and disorder. This research focuses on the importance of efficient parking management as part of the transportation infrastructure in large cities like Surabaya, particularly in the Sunan Ampel Religious Tourism Area. Surabaya, as one of the largest metropolitan cities in Indonesia, faces significant problems related to traffic congestion due to the high volume of vehicles. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the policy in the Sunan Ampel Religious Tourism Area and identify the obstacles and its impact on the community. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Surabaya City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2018 concerning Parking Management, with a focus on compliance, function execution, and its impact. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving interviews with parking attendants, service users, and direct observation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings indicate that although policies have been implemented, there are challenges in their execution, such as low compliance of parking attendants with standard operating procedures (SOP) and the continued occurrence of illegal levies. In conclusion, increased supervision and training for parking attendants are necessary to ensure that the policy is implemented in accordance with regulations and has a positive impact on the community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what is the role of the DPRKP Cipta Karya Prov. East Java in organizing the Infrastructure, Facilities, and Public Utilities (PSU) Program. PSU is one of the messenger programs of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) in terms of development assistance in the form of providing components of housing infrastructure, facilities, and utilities to improve decent housing for low-income people. The research method that the author uses is Descriptive Qualitative Method guided by the four tasks of the Housing and Settlement Area Sector in accordance with Governor Regulation No. 84 of 2019, especially article number 9, namely Formulation, Implementation, Coordination, and Control or supervision. Through data collection techniques with observation and interviews, it was found that the role of the DPRKP Cipta Karya Prov. Jatim in the field of housing and residential areas has carried out its duties in implementation, coordination, and control or supervision. However, in policy formulation, the role of the DPRKP Cipta Karya Prov. East Java Housing and Settlement Division has not taken a role because it is still guided by central regulations, namely Permen-PUPR No. 7 of 2022.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the theory of multiple intelligences at the Cikeas Nature School. This research will examine various activities and learning methods used to develop students' multiple intelligences. In addition, this research will analyze the impact of applying this theory on the student learning process, including motivation, participation and learning outcomes as well as discussing the supporting factors and challenges faced in its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study with data collection techniques in the form of literature reviews, observations, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the application of the theory of multiple intelligences at the Cikeas Nature School has brought significant changes in teaching methods and has had a positive impact in increasing student motivation and participation in learning. Students feel more engaged and enthusiastic when they can learn in a way that suits their learning style. This research also found several supporting factors and challenges in implementing the theory of multiple intelligences at the Cikeas Natural School. Among these supporting factors are: a conducive learning environment, the diversity of teaching methods used, and the involvement of parents and the community. Meanwhile, some of the challenges are: the lack of understanding of some teachers in implementing the theory of multiple intelligences and challenges in the evaluation and assessment system.

Abstract

In the digital age, impulse purchases, especially among millennials, are often influenced by promotions on social media and online shopping platforms. The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which these factors contribute to OCE and impulse buying behavior. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey design through a Google Form questionnaire to 326 Shopee users in Jabodetabek, with data analyzed using Lisrel's Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that OCE has no direct impact on impulsive buying, while hedonic value has a significant influence. Attitudinal loyalty does not mediate the relationship between OCE and impulsive buying, and self-control can reduce impulsive buying tendencies. This research contributes to marketing strategies and customer relationship management in marketplaces, highlighting the need to improve the shopping experience to encourage impulsive buying while maintaining transaction security, product authenticity, and service quality. Promotional strategies, such as videos, can encourage impulsive buying without damaging consumer trust or loyalty. These findings confirm the importance of OCE in the sustainability of online businesses.

Abstract

Various marketplace sites have sprung up on digital platforms, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and others. The purpose of this study is to further explore the extent of the relationship between Perceived Value, Perceived Price, E-WOM, and Perceived Convenience which can increase Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design through a Google Form questionnaire to 298 Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada users in Jabodetabek, with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Lisrel. This study changed the Trust variable to Perceived Price and added the Satisfaction variable as a factor in business success. This study shows that Perceived Convenience and Perceived Value have no relationship to Repurchase Intention, while Perceived Price increases Perceived Value. Perceived Value also has a positive effect on E-WOM and Satisfaction, which can encourage consumers to recommend products and repurchase intentions. These findings emphasize the importance of product quality, competitive pricing strategies, and efforts to increase E-WOM to strengthen customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Future research is expected to use more specific respondents with different measurement techniques, for example by conducting cross-country or even cross-region so that the data obtained is as needed and as expected.

Abstract

Indonesian society tends to prioritize the use of skincare over makeup, making it essential for businesses to be responsive and intelligent in designing marketing programs to attract consumers and create repurchase intention. This study aims to explore the relationship between Perceived Quality, which can enhance Repurchase Intention, and Word of Mouth, either directly or through perceived value and satisfaction. The research method uses purposive sampling with the following criteria: Sociolla consumers in the Jabodetabek area, aged 17-45 years, who have purchased skincare from Sociolla at least twice in the last three months. Data analysis employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel, using a sample of 240 respondents. The research findings prove that Perceived Quality positively affects Perceived Value, Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention, and Word of Mouth. However, Perceived Value positively influences Satisfaction, but Perceived Value and Satisfaction do not affect Repurchase Intention; instead, they influence Word of Mouth. Perceived Value and Satisfaction do not mediate the relationship between Perceived Quality and Repurchase Intention, but they mediate the relationship between Perceived Quality and Word of Mouth. Furthermore, Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention or Perceived Value and Word of Mouth. Future research is expected to expand the scope of location, respondents, and objects. The contribution of this research to creating Repurchase Intention and Word of Mouth requires improving product quality, product value, and customer satisfaction.
