Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sense of school belonging and subjective well being in MTs students who live in boarding schools. This research uses quantitative methods. The subjects in this study were MTs students who lived in boarding school X with a sample size of 118 students. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. The research instruments used were the PSSM scale which had been modified in the boarding school setting and the subjective well-being scale. Hypothesis testing used in data analysis techniques is product moment correlation which produces a correlation coefficient value of 0.303. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant and unidirectional relationship between sense of school belonging and subjective well-being in MTs students who live in boarding schools. Other findings in this study indicate that the level of sense of school belonging and subjective well-being in MTs students in boarding school X is included in the moderate category.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of basic teaching skills in improving student achievement. Basic teaching skills include the teacher’s ability to plan learning, manage the class, deliver material, and provide constructive evaluation and feedback. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research results show that teachers who have good basic teaching skills are able to create a conducive learning environment, motivate students, and increase understanding of subject matter. Apart from that, these skills also contribute to improving students’ academic scores. The conclusion of this research confirms that the development of basic teaching skills is a key factor in efforts to improve student achievement. Therefore, training and professional development programs for teachers must be more focused on improving basic teaching skills to achieve optimal educational results.

Abstract

Education has a very strategic role in shaping the character and personality of students. this study aims to determine how the learning strategy of Islamic Religious Education is applied at SDIT Uswatun Hasanah Baleendah. this type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data, primary data is data taken directly from researchers to the source, without any intermediaries, namely data obtained directly through interviews and observations (observations), secondary data is data that is not in its own collection efforts such as documentation and collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, SDIT Uswatun Hasanah has carried out various Islamic learning strategies to shape the disciplinary character of students, the results of which are quite effective. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the strategies made have worked well and can be developed again in the future. Abstract

Textbooks and learning resources play a vital role in the educational process. They function as the primary media for delivering materials, concepts, and values to students. The aim of this research is to analyze and design the development of teaching materials and learning resources for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) using a qualitative research method of literature review. This study involves the collection and analysis of relevant literature to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing PAI teaching materials, and to formulate innovative and effective design strategies. The analysis results indicate that current PAI teaching materials are often less contextual, less interactive, and have not fully utilized digital technology. The implications of this research include the need for policy support and teacher training to implement modern and effective teaching materials, thereby improving the quality of Islamic religious education in schools. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of more adaptive and innovative PAI teaching materials.

Abstract

The majority of people in Indonesia are Muslim, with the Koran and Sunnah as their guidelines. Nowadays, the activity of memorizing the Koran and memorizing the Koran in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This service is carried out to provide assistance and training in memorizing the Koran for students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Bogor, which in the past few years has experienced stagnation because there are no teachers who specialize in tahfiz and the support system is not working. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Bogor does not offer one of its three majors related to tahfidz, but the author responded to the wishes of several students and their parents to provide assistance in the form of motivation to memorize the Al-Qur’an through theistic spiritual counseling methods. This service is carried out using mentoring and counseling methods for students taking part in the tahfiz program which has been stalled due to the absence of supervisors and allocation of costs related to the program. After the service, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Bogor students who took part in the tahfiz program had very high interest and motivation to memorize the Koran. This shows that the tahfiz program needs to be developed.

Abstract

ITLOS or which is an abbreviation for The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea is a legal body to adjudicate cases and disputes arising from violations of the contents of the convention. In this case, what will be discussed in this research is the case of the dispute between Japan and South Korea, namely the Dokdo island dispute. Dokdo or Takeshima Island is a group of coral islands located in the easternmost part of South Korea and in the northwestern part of Japan. In general, Dokdo Island consists of two main islands, namely Dongdo and Seodo, which come from Korean. The total area of the two islands is 187,453 meters. If divided by the numbers, Dongdo Island has an area of 73,297 meters and Seodo has an area of 88,674 meters. The dispute between Japan and Korea began when Japan lost the second world war. At that time, Japan was asked to return its colonies, including Dokdo Island. Therefore, in 1950 when the Japanese military occupation ended, South Korea immediately declared it their own territory. Talking about research methods, this research uses normative juridical research methods, where research in the process examines literature materials as primary data. The primary legal material in this research is international legal conventions and agreements, namely UNCLOS.

Abstract

Procurement of goods and services is one of the crucial activities in a company. Procedures for the operationalization of procurement of goods and services at PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) are designed to ensure that procurements are carried out in a transparent, efficient manner and in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this research is to exhibit the operational procurement of goods and services on PT SIER. This research method uses qualitative descriptive, so will display the results through observations carried out by the author during the internship. The results of the research show that the operational procurement of goods and services of this PT SIER has three stages: planning, acquisition, and supervision. In its implementation, the procurement division at PT SIER is divided into several units to facilitate coordination with vendors at the time of provision of goods.

Abstract

The use of social media as a promotional and educational tools is increasingly important in company marketing strategies in the current digital era. This research examines the role of social media Instagram account @plnup3surabayaselatan in supporting product promotion and electrical education to attract buying interest from PT customers. PLN (Persero) UP3 South Surabaya. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with customers and employees of PLN UP3 South Surabaya as well as content analysis of related posts. Research findings show that Instagram account @plnup3surabayaselatan is less effective in increasing customer awareness about electrical products and services offered by PT PLN (Persero) UP3 South Surabaya. Apart from that, the educational content presented is also less prominent so that the efficient and safe use of electrical energy is not yet fully understood by customers and the wider community. The results of this research provide important insights for companies in designing marketing strategies via social media to increase customer engagement and expand market share in today's digital era.

Abstract

What are students' misconceptions about understanding the growth and development of living things and why students have difficulty learning the material on the growth and development of living things. This research aims to describe the profile of students' misconceptions on the growth and development of living things and to describe the factors causing students' misconceptions on the growth and development of living things. This data is really needed to determine the level of students' understanding of the concepts in the material. This research is a descriptive research. This research is broadly divided into two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. This research is a descriptive research. The object of this research is the Growth and Development of Living Creatures material in the SMA/MA Class Living Creatures in the SMA/MA Class Material like this contained in books can be a misconception for students because the title is unclear so that students misunderstand what the title means. This research shows that there are misconceptions in books used as teaching materials in class XII in Biology lessons, these misconceptions can be found in the title, subtitles and even in the content of the material in this book. This book is quite clear and structured in delivering biology material, especially Growth and Development material, to high school/MA class XII students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of digital literacy on students' learning motivation at SMPN 01 Tanjungbumi Bangkalan Madura. This research uses a survey method and is quantitative in nature, with the results that the family environment, use of learning media, and digital literacy influence students' desire to learn. It can be concluded that these three factors are significant in determining it.
