Abstract

Muhammad Saw merupakan Nabi dan Rasul yang dipercaya oleh kaum Muslimin sebagai sosok paripurna. Pun demikian, keutamaan kepribadiannya juga ditempa melalui masa kecil yang penuh kesukaran serta peran-peran di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab rumusan masalah mengenai dimensi sosial dalam kemampuan manajerial Nabi Muhammad yang dapat menjadi inspirasi dan teladan bagi insan-insan pendidikan. Metode yang diambil ialah melakukan studi kepustakaan untuk mengumpulkan sumber-sumber yang kemudian dievaluasi untuk memunculkan rangkaian fakta guna mencapai kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kemampuan manajerial yang diajarkan Nabi Muhammad untuk para insan pendidikan ialah manajemen keuangan yang dimulai dari kemandirian, rajin menabung, dan berwirausaha. Diperlukan pula kepribadian sosiawan dalam menjadi penengah konflik ataupun mengambil inisiatif di saat-saat genting. Tidak kalah pentingnya adalah perlunya menjalin kedekatan antara pendidik dan peserta didik dalam sebuah institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

Kemajuan keilmuan Islam masa silam, yang lalu berpuncak di masa Dinasti Abbasiyah, kerap dikaitkan dengan pewarisan khazanah keilmuan Pra-Islam akibat penaklukan daerah-daerah bekas jajahan Romawi yang menjadi tempat berkembangnya filsafat Yunani. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebijakan bidang pendidikan pada era pengaruh Yunani-Romawi di Timur Tengah Pra-Islam ?. Metode penelitian yang diambil adalah kesejarahan dengan langkah-langkah heuristik, kritik, sintesis, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, meski diasumsikan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan era Pra-Islam dianggap baik, namun manajemen pendidikan yang mapan dan terpadu belum terbentuk. Penataan belajar-mengajar masih sederhana dengan menerapkan sistem tutor serta tidak semua filosof telah menuliskan karya-karyanya. Meski terdapat otoritas seperti Dinasti Ptolemy di Mesir yang membangun perpustakaan dan museum serta menugaskan pengumpulan karya-karya intelektual, tetapi belum ada undang-undang serta regulasi seperti dalam merumuskan kurikulum ataupun membentuk lembaga / departemen kependidikan. Sehingga kegiatan pendidikan hanya terkonsentrasi di pusat-pusat ataupun kota-kota besar peradaban saja.

Abstract

The quality of education in schools is greatly influenced by the role of professional supervisors, who are responsible for implementing educational guidance in order to create quality educational processes and outcomes. As teachers with additional duties as supervisors, as regulated in Permendiknas Number 13 of 2007, supervisors play an important role in supervision aimed at building and improving the quality of education. This study aims to measure the impact of guidance by supervisors on the work ethic of teachers and employees/administrators at MTsN 14 Ciamis, with a focus on three main aspects: the influence on improving teacher work ethic, the influence on employees/administrators, and the overall influence on the work ethic of both. Data were collected through observation, field notes, and reviews, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods with investigator triangulation to ensure the validity of the data. The results showed a significant increase in relevant activities of teachers and employees/administrators, with openness in sharing opinions increasing from 70.47% to 86.55% in the third cycle. Conversely, less relevant activities decreased, with scores dropping from 32.87% in the first cycle to 9.25% in the third cycle. Positive responses to coaching activities also increased, from 66.93% in the first cycle to 82.31% in the third cycle.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a fairly complex social problem and is often a major concern in society. Adolescence, which is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, is often marked by various physical, emotional, and social changes that affect individual behavior. Juvenile delinquency arises as a result of a combination of internal and external factors that encourage adolescents to commit deviant acts from social, legal, and religious norms. This study aims to explore the factors causing juvenile delinquency, its impacts, and solutions to overcome this problem. In this study, a qualitative approach was used by analyzing data obtained from various sources, including literature, interviews, and observations. It is hoped that this study can provide deeper insight into how to prevent and handle juvenile delinquency by involving the roles of family, school, community, and government.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha untuk membahas dan mengalisa tentang konsep fundamentalisme dan moderasi dalam beragama serta bagaimana relasinya dengan pemikiran para Sufi Nusantara dan Sufi Persia dalam menginterpretasikan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang mengajarkan keseimbangan dalam setiap dimensi kehidupan. Untuk menganalisa pembahasan ini Penulis menggunakan metode analitis-deskriptif, yang Pada akhirnya penelitian ini mencapai kesimpulan bahwa konsep Fundamentalisme telah mempengaruhi alam bawah sadar pengikutnya yang kemudian menyebabkan kekakuan cara berpikir. Mereka yang beranggapan sama dengan mereka dianggap sebagai muslim sejati, sedangkan mereka yang mempertanyakannya, atau berbeda pendapat dengan mereka dinilai menyimpang  dan keluar dari Islam, atau bahkan “kafir” dan dihalalkan darahnya. Namun dalam tradisi tasawuf, para sufi dengan berpegang pada ajaran-ajaran Al-Qur'an, hadis Nabi, dan warisan para sufi sebelum mereka, berusaha untuk menggambarkan masyarakat yang ideal di mana semua lapisan masyarakat dari berbagai agama dan paham dapat hidup berdampingan dengan damai dan saling mencintai.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in the learning process, which can affect students, so that the personality, language, and norms of teacher politeness need to be considered and implemented properly. This study aims to determine the ideal teacher's personality, language, and politeness norms to be implemented for students. This study uses qualitative research methods, while data collection techniques are carried out by exploring journals, books, and other information relevant to the study. The findings show that the ideal teacher personality to educate students is a teacher with a disciplined, honest, and fair personality. While the language used in teaching is a language that is in accordance with the language principles contained in the Qur’an, namely Qaulan sadida, Qaulan marufa, Qaulan baligho, Qaulan maysuro, Qaulan layyina, and Qaulan karima. Last, the teacher’s politeness norm is having SAFT competence (Sidiq, Amanah, Fathonah, and Tabligh).

Abstract

Ashhur al Hurum is a holy month which is the connection between humans and God in the great pilgrimage conference and provides a favorable foundation for being on the divine path of avoiding war, hostility, hatred and conflict. In the interpretation of the verses about Ashhur al-Ḥurum there are several ethics of war in Islam. After reviewing and analyzing the problem, this research reached the following findings: first, An-Nasa is the postponement of the forbidden time from its place to alleviate the consequences of the prohibition. Second, three consecutive months and one separately for the Hajj and Umrah rituals, so one month is prohibited before the month of Hajj namely Dhulqo'dah because they refrain from war and the month of Dhulḥijjah they are forbidden because they perform Hajj in it and carry out worship and it is forbidden after that the following month namely Muharram to return home safely and Rajab is prohibited in the middle of the year to visit home and use it for those who come from far away to visit and return to their homeland safely. Third, humans do not give up weapons all at once during war and do not give up hostility and hatred. This is an opportunity for intellectuals and each ethnic group to hold an initial meeting by providing a dialogue platform and completing it comprehensively within a three-month period and returning peace and tranquility to society. The aim of this research is to construct and provide an Islamic religious perspective regarding the ethics of war, using analytical descriptive methods, this research answers Islamic (Qur'anic) problems. How do the verses of Ash'hur al-Ḥurum inform the ethical dimensions of war, and what the relevance of the construction connecting the message of Ash'hur al-Ḥurum's verses with the discourse on war ethics in general.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembelajaran yang diharapkan dari seorang guru adalah proses pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa (student centered) bukan (teacher centered). Hal ini merupakan kewajiban dan tugas guru untuk memastikan hal tersebut karena guru merupakan aktor utama. Dengan demikian diharapkan melalui pendekatan student centered dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang berpengaruh pada prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V MI Tambakreja. Menurut Suharsimi Arikunto (2006: 96) penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan oleh guru ke kelas tempat ia mengajar dengan menekankan pada peningkatan proses dan praktik pembelajaran. Motivasi belajar siswa kelas V MI Tambakreja juga meningkat. Pada pratindakan rerata hanya 52% atau kategori sangat kurang. Selanjutnya pada siklus satu meningkat menjadi 65% dengan kategori cukup dan pada siklus dua meningkat lagi menjadi 78% dengan kategori baik. Guru harus lebih paham cara menyampaikan materi kepada siswa sesuai dengan taraf perkembangan siswa.

Abstract

Mathematics subjects are given since Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at the formal school level. Based on the 2013 Elementary School Content Standards, Mathematics is considered a universal science that will be used as the basis for the development of other sciences. Therefore, for a solid mastery of this knowledge is given early. This research is classroom action research. This research is intended to improve the learning process so that it can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of Mathematics for second graders of MI Citamiang Lakbok. According to Suharsimi Arikunto (2006: 96) classroom action research, namely research conducted by the teacher to the class where he teaches with an emphasis on improving learning processes and practices. Research activities carried out in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in two meetings. Before carrying out the cycle, the researcher carried out pre-action activities. The process of learning mathematics in class II MI Citamiang Lakbok has increased from only presenting counting techniques to being preceded by concepts. In addition, students are more active in learning activities. The cognitive learning outcomes of MI Citamiang Lakbok class II students also increased. In pre-action only 43% reached KKM. Furthermore, in cycle one it increased to 52% and in cycle two it increased again to 76%. Teachers must better understand how to convey material to students according to the level of student development.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by the teacher is the passivity of students in class, in group study in class to express opinions, it can be said that the students' abilities are not yet fluent. not optimal, Indonesian learning achievement is still low, especially in formative tests, summative students are not yet brave enough to answer questions or express opinions, the use of models or approaches in learning is not maximized. The research model is a procedure that describes how this research is carried out. In this class action research, the researcher used the action research model developed by Kemmis and McTaggart (1990:11). Based on the success indicator, namely 75% of the class population scored above the KKM, the action in cycle II was successful. As many as 16 students (88.89%) scored above the KKM. The learning process is further improved, namely students have done peer tutoring and students are more active in learning activities with the teacher. Giving material that has been repeated makes students understand more about the material presented by the teacher. Students who better understand the meaning of the activities carried out by the teacher help friends who do not understand. Thus cooperative learning is achieved. In the pre-action, the dialogue writing skills of class III MI Puloerang Lakbok students were still low. Students who can achieve KKM are only 3 children (16.67%). After carrying out the STAD-type cooperative learning actions in the first cycle, it produced 8 students (44.44%). Furthermore, in cycle II, there were 16 students (88.89%) who succeeded in achieving the KKM.
