Abstract

The study purpose was. The peace settlement made by the Panel of Judges for the victim and the perpetrator somewhat alleviated the heartache experienced by the family and the victim. The resulting mediation stated that the violent act committed by Mahendra Kusuma bin Suherman was an act that was not commendable and caused unrest in the community. The perpetrator was willing to pay compensation intended to cover the victim's medical treatment during the recovery period. The application of restorative justice through peace mediation serves as a catalyst for realizing judicial principles that are straightforward, swift, and cost-effective, while also upholding legal certainty and social justice. Mediation, as a core mechanism within the restorative justice framework, offers a resolution pathway in which the involved parties collaboratively define the sense of justice they seek. This study aims to: 1) Examine the implementation of peace agreements in minor assault cases at the Kotabumi District Court, and 2) Analyze the legal implications for the defendant following reconciliation with the victim, as reflected in the court’s ruling. Materials and methods. The research adopts a normative legal approach, which involves identifying legal norms, principles, and doctrines to resolve legal issues. Results. Findings from the research indicate that the defendant has met the requirements of the restorative peace framework. Conclusions. The penal objective—protecting life—illustrates the practical application of restorative justice in cases involving proven assault, shifting the focus away from punitive measures and toward identifying appropriate legal remedies that restore harmony within the community.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions, motivations, and practices of the Banjar Regency community regarding gold as an investment instrument. Using a qualitative approach through interviews with respondents from various backgrounds, it was found that the majority of the community views gold as a safe, stable, and easily liquidated asset. Gold investment is chosen because its value is resistant to inflation, can be inherited, and aligns with Islamic economic principles. The results of this study provide insight into how local traditions and socio-economic conditions shape Islamic investment patterns.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Keluarga adalah sekelompok orang yang hidup bersama dan saling bergantung. WHO memperkirakan jumlah penderita hipertensi sekitar 1,28 miliar didunia. Tanda dan gejala hipertensi terdapat sakit kepala, jantung berdebar, dan pengelihatan buram. Salah satu terapi non farmakologi untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada anggota keluarga yang terkena hipertensi yaitu dengan pemberian air rebusan daun seledri. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak dua orang penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Martimbang Pematangsiantar. Data dikumpulkan melalui format pengkajian keluarga, SOP pemberian air rebusan daun seledri, lembar observasi tekanan darah dan observasi defisit pengetahuan. penelitian dilakukan pada klien I tanggal 1sampai 3 Mei 2025, klien II tanggal 6 sampai 8 Mei 2025. Hasil: hasil implementasi, keluarga kurang memahami pentingnya menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Setelah diberikan edukasi dan terapi air rebusan daun seledri selama tiga hari, tekanan darah menunjukkan penurunan. Klien I dari 150/90 menjadi 130/90 mmHg, dan Klien II dari 140/90 menjadi 130/80 mmHg. Kesimpulan: Pemberian air rebusan daun seledri efektif sebagai non-farmakologi untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Saran: keluarga disarankan untk mengkonsumsi air rebusan daun seledri pada anggota keluarga penderita hipertensi

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of human resources (HR) in enhancing the quality of higher education at Universitas Tangerang Raya. As a critical component of institutional development, HR comprising academic staff, administrative personnel, and university leadership plays a central role in supporting educational innovation, improving learning outcomes, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method to examine how HR planning, capacity building, professional training, and performance evaluation contribute to academic excellence. The findings indicate that strategic HR development at Universitas Tangerang Raya has positively influenced the quality of teaching, research productivity, and student services. Strengthening human resource capabilities, aligned with the university’s vision and mission, is essential to achieving sustainable quality improvements in higher education.

Abstract

Antibotik merupakan obat untuk mengobati infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Sekitar 41,0% hasil dari SurveiKesehatan Indonesia, masyarakat menggunakan antibiotik tanparesep dokter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmeningkatkan pemahaman publik tentang penggunaan antibiotikyang tepat dan untuk mengurangi resistensi. Tujuan umumnyayaitu dapat mengidentifikasi Hubungan antara Tingkat Pengetahuan Terhadap Perilaku Penggunaan Antibiotik pada Masyarakat di Dukuh Winong Desa Kriyan Jepara. Peran pengobatan antibiotik yang dapat menginfeksi bakteri dan pentingnya penggunaan rasional untuk mencegah resistensi. Metode penelitian termasuk desain observasional denganpendekatan Cross-sectional untuk mengumpulkan data melaluikuesioner. Studi ini dilakukan di Dukuh Winong Desa Kriyan Jepara, dengan populasi penduduk sebanyak 872 jiwa dan sampelsebanyak 90 responden yang diambil menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melaluikuesioner. Analisis data mengunakan uji analisis univariat untukmenjelaskan pengetahuan dan perilaku, dan uji analisis bivariatmenggunakan uji Chi-square yang telah diusulkan sebagai metodeanalisis yang tepat untuk meneliti tentang hubungan antarapengetahuan dan perilaku penggunaan antibiotik pada masyarakatdi Dukuh Winong Desa Kriyan Jepara. Studi ini diharapkan dapatmemberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antarapengetahuan dan perilaku penggunaan antibiotik dalammasyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Aplikasi Cerdas Layanan Perizinan untuk Publik (SiCantik) dalam meningkatkan pelayanan perizinan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan fokus pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM), infrastruktur teknologi, dan strategi sosialisasi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kantor DPMPTSP Kota Gorontalo dengan melibatkan tujuh informan yang terdiri dari pejabat struktural, staf teknis, dan masyarakat pengguna layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi SiCantik telah membawa dampak positif dalam mempercepat dan mempermudah pelayanan perizinan. Kualitas SDM dinilai cukup baik, terutama karena didominasi oleh pegawai muda yang adaptif terhadap teknologi, meskipun masih ditemukan tantangan pada sisi keterampilan teknis dan pembaruan sistem. Infrastruktur pendukung seperti komputer, jaringan internet, dan server telah tersedia, namun stabilitas koneksi dan kapasitas sistem masih perlu ditingkatkan. Di sisi lain, sosialisasi telah dilakukan melalui berbagai media, tetapi keterbatasan literasi digital dan akses internet menjadi kendala utama. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan langsung, pelatihan teknis, dan penguatan infrastruktur menjadi strategi penting dalam mendukung implementasi layanan perizinan berbasis digital secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between school principals’ leadership and instructional innovation in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. As this curriculum promotes the concept of learning freedom, school principals play a pivotal role in guiding and fostering innovation in teaching and learning. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 school principals and teachers across various schools in Indonesia that have adopted the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings reveal a significant correlation between principals’ leadership and learning innovation, with transformational leadership emerging as a key contributor to the successful implementation of innovative teaching practices. The study offers practical implications for educational policy, particularly in reinforcing the strategic role of school leadership in advancing learning innovation in alignment with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the firm value of PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk. Firm value is a crucial indicator for investors in assessing a company’s performance and future prospects. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial reports for the period 2018 to 2023. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that partially, ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, indicating that higher profitability leads to higher firm value. DER has a negative and significant effect, meaning that a capital structure with a high proportion of debt tends to reduce firm value. Meanwhile, CR does not have a significant effect on firm value, indicating that liquidity level does not necessarily influence investor assessments. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence firm value. These findings suggest that management should focus more on asset efficiency and capital structure management to enhance company value.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Sharia law in the resolution of Islamic economic disputes in Indonesia. As a country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia has developed a unique legal framework that integrates Islamic principles into its national legal system, particularly concerning financial transactions and disputes. This abstract explores how Sharia law, derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah, is applied in various dispute resolution mechanisms for Islamic economic activities, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation within the religious courts. It analyzes the challenges and opportunities presented by this integration, such as issues of legal certainty, enforceability of Sharia-compliant contracts, and the competency of judicial bodies. The study highlights the increasing role of Sharia economic courts and national arbitration bodies in providing specialized and effective solutions for these disputes. Ultimately, this research contributes to understanding the evolving landscape of Islamic finance and dispute resolution in Indonesia, offering insights into the harmonization of religious and secular legal systems to foster a stable and just economic environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik fisik terhadap risiko cedera muskuloskeletal pada atlet rugby. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kohort retrospektif Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik software SPSS versi 21. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua atlet rugby 7s berjumlah 86 orang atlet rugby 7s terdiri dari 53 laki-laki dan 33 perempuan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik. Sebelum melalukan teknik analisis data, perlu dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis data berupa uji normalitas data dan uji homogenitas varians data. Uji hipotesis yang pertama menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui hubungan masing-masing satu variabel (X1 dan X2) terhadap Y. Uji hipotesis selanjutnya menggunakan uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan semua varibael X1 dan X2 terhadap Y menggunakan program software SPSS dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Uji F ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel independen mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependennya. Uji F dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel bebas (X1a, X1b, X1c) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel tak bebas (Y). Berdasarkan analisis karakteristik fisik hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase pengaruh variabael X1, X2, maupun X1 dan X2 terhadap Y diketahui nilai R square X1 adalah 0,181, hal tersebut berarti bahwa X1 mempunyai pengaruh sebanyak 18 % terhadap Y. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik fisik berpengaruh terhadap risiko cedera muskuloskeletal pada atlet rugby.
