Abstract

The Fairplay Danceground Competition organized by the Hypehope Dance Bali community is known for its transparent judging system, yet the success of the event also relies heavily on organizational communication and the work discipline of the committee. This study aims to analyze how organizational communication shapes the committee’s work discipline using Karl Weick’s organizing theory. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed with purposive sampling, involving in-depth interviews with core committee members, supporting committee members, and participants, complemented by field observations during the event. Data were analyzed using Weick’s organizing model and validated through source triangulation. The findings show that the committee’s work discipline is formed through enactment, manifested in preventive, corrective, and adaptive actions such as arriving early, conducting repeated briefings, and responding quickly to technical issues; selection, seen in the choice of communication strategies such as briefings, the use of rundowns, a single-gate information system, and paired job assignments to reduce ambiguity; and retention, reflected in work patterns, coordination mechanisms, and problem-handling procedures that have been consistently replicated over the years. Participants perceived the committee as disciplined, professional, and capable of maintaining smooth event execution through clear and structured communication. These findings affirm that directed and continuous organizational communication serves as the fundamental basis for establishing work discipline within the Fairplay Danceground Competition 2024 committee.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara filosofis bagaimana epistemologi Qur’ani melalui integrasi wahyu, akal, dan ilmu dapat merekonstruksi paradigma pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber utama dan literatur relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi Qur’ani membangun sistem pengetahuan yang bersifat integratif dan transformatif, di mana ilmu berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai sarana rasional, tetapi juga spiritual dan moral. Integrasi epistemologi Qur’ani dengan model al-Jabiri menghasilkan sintesis pendidikan Islam yang holistik yang menyatukan teks, rasionalitas, dan intuisi dalam proses pembentukan manusia berilmu dan berakhlak. Novelty penelitian ini terletak pada tawaran paradigma pendidikan Islam yang kontekstual dan humanistik, yang menjawab tantangan era kontemporer melalui penguatan hubungan antara ilmu, iman, dan kemanusiaan.

Abstract

With the large-scale demand for limited job opportunities in Indonesia and the high number of productive workers, MSMEs have become one of the most effective and significant contributors to the national income. MSMEs also succeeded in becoming a main pillar of the Indonesian economy in 2023 by contributing 61% of the GDP equivalent to 9,580 trillion rupiah and employing 97% of the national workforce (approximately 117 million people).This study aims to examine the factors that influence MSME income to help MSME actors in Siantan District improve their income and sales. The analytical method used in this study is the associative-causal method with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 30 respondents. Primary data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis.The results indicate that Social Media Marketing, Capital, and Labor have a positive and significant effect on MSME income, whereas Climate has no significant effect on MSME income in Siantan District, Anambas Regency, Riau Islands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengelolaan sampah di beberapa desa di Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo dan mengonstruksi Model Bank Sampah Terintegrasi sebagai Teknologi Sosial yang relevan dengan konteks pedesaan Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif–eksploratif, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa produksi sampah didorong oleh dinamika sosial–ekologis rumah tangga, sementara praktik pemilahan masih terbatas akibat kuatnya paradigma buang-habis. Struktur kelembagaan pengelolaan sampah desa terbukti terfragmentasi, tidak memiliki SOP formal, dan belum membentuk tata kelola kolaboratif yang efektif. Namun, norma sosial, gotong royong, serta peran tokoh lokal menjadi mekanisme sosial penting yang mendorong partisipasi dan berfungsi sebagai fondasi teknologi sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model bank sampah terintegrasi harus menggabungkan mekanisme sosial, kelembagaan, dan kolaboratif untuk menciptakan nilai ekonomi sirkular yang berkelanjutan. Model ini menawarkan kontribusi teoretis bagi studi teknologi sosial dan implikasi praktis bagi penguatan tata kelola desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) di Indonesia dari perspektif filosofis, dengan tujuan memahami dimensi etis dan epistemologis di balik transformasi digital pemerintahan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka terhadap Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 Tahun 2018 dan literatur mengenai digital governance dan e-gverment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPBE menandai pergeseran rasionalitas administratif menuju sistem yang digerakkan oleh big data dan algoritma, dengan orientasi utama pada efisiensi dan integrasi birokrasi. Pergeseran ini menimbulkan persoalanyaitu terancamnya kepercayaan publik akibat sulitnya lembaga negara menjelaskan proses pengambilan keputusan digital kepada masyarakat. Dari sudut pandang filosofis, SPBE menuntut keseimbangan antara kontrol negara dan kebebasan individu, serta menekankan pentingnya legitimasi yang bersumber dari keandalan sistem dan integritas data. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan SPBE tidak semata-mata diukur dari kecepatan dan efisiensi layanan, tetapi juga dari kemampuannya menegakkan prinsip keadilan, etika, dan nilai kemanusiaan dalam tata kelola digital. Implementasi SPBE ke depan perlu berlandaskan kesadaran humanistik dan moral agar teknologi berfungsi sebagai sarana pemberdayaan manusia, bukan sebagai pengganti nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix dan testimony content terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa pada Manliest Barbershop Kupang, dengan media sosial sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden pelanggan Manliest Barbershop. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 28. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa. Testimony content juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh sebesar 82,3% terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa, sementara sisanya sebesar 17,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa media sosial mampu memoderasi pengaruh testimony content, namun tidak memoderasi pengaruh marketing mix terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa testimoni pelanggan melalui media sosial dapat memperkuat kepercayaan calon konsumen terhadap kualitas layanan, sementara efektivitas strategi marketing mix tidak sepenuhnya bergantung pada kehadiran media sosial.

Abstract

The postpartum period is a transitional period that can cause a crisis in the life of the mother and family, because at this time the mother will experience physical and psychological changes. The purpose of this study was to describe the description of family support and the forms of support that can be provided to deal with the incidence of postpartum depression. The method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative with a literature review research design, researchers identify 15 journals with 10 national journals and 5 international journals. 9 journals describing husband's support, 5 social support journals and 1 family support journal. After the study was conducted, the results obtained From 15 scientific articles found forms of support that can be given to deal with the incidence of postpartum depression in postpartum mothers 5 journals about emotional support, instrumentasl, information and appreciation. 1 journal on infant care support. 2 journals about support provided by health workers. 6 journals of social support provided by the family and 1 journal that discusses informational support, rewards and group support. Therefore, it can be concluded that the support provided by the family/husband in the form of emotional support, appreciation, instrumental and information or social support can help mothers face the postpartum period and reduce the risk and level of depression experienced by postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Purpose of the Study, this study aims to assess the performance of the Merauke Archipelago Fisheries Port (PPN) using national standard indicators and to identify gaps (GAPs) across key components including administration, facilities, public services, investment, and industry. The research seeks to map priority areas that require strategic improvements to strengthen port competitiveness and support sustainable fisheries development in South Papua. Materials and Methods, A descriptive-evaluative design was employed by comparing actual port performance with national standards. The analysis involved evaluative scoring, GAP analysis to identify discrepancies between expected and actual conditions, and descriptive interpretation for deeper explanation of performance strengths and weaknesses. Results, the evaluation shows that Merauke PPN achieves a good performance level with a total score of 73.75 out of 100. Strong performance is recorded in physical and operational facilities such as pond capacity, pier dimensions, production volume, and vessel visit frequency. However, critical GAPs are found in digitalization (SHTI and SISKA systems), limited technical facilities for docking and repair, low logistics service efficiency, minimal processing industry presence, and insufficient human resources. Conclusions, the port’s strengths remain concentrated in physical infrastructure, while functional and managerial components lag behind. Four key improvement strategies are recommended: modernizing information systems, providing technical support facilities, developing the processing industry, and strengthening human resource capacity to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip dinamis pada Dinas Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan fokus pada pengarsipan dokumen pemerintah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi guna memahami kondisi aktual pengelolaan arsip di tingkat provinsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan arsip telah mengikuti siklus hidup arsip, namun implementasinya belum optimal. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia, ketidakkonsistenan sistem klasifikasi arsip, serta terbatasnya infrastruktur pendukung baik untuk arsip fisik maupun digital. Upaya digitalisasi telah dilakukan, tetapi belum terintegrasi penuh karena minimnya standar operasional prosedur dan belum adanya sistem manajemen arsip elektronik yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas SDM, penguatan infrastruktur teknologi, standarisasi prosedur pengelolaan arsip, serta penerapan sistem pengarsipan elektronik terintegrasi untuk mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih efektif dan akuntabel.
