Abstract

This research aims to discuss in depth the mediation process in resolving industrial relations disputes at PT Nafasindo, as well as examine the legal policy of PT Nafasindo in resolving industrial relations disputes. The type of research used is normative juridical with a descriptive-analytical approach, discussing existing legal symptoms and problems and testing them based on laws and regulations and legal norms. The results of this study show that the internal mediation process includes several stages, namely: receiving complaint reports from the police and directly, the summons stage, the appointment of a mediator, mediation sessions, the preparation of agreements, and the follow-up of mediation results. Mediators in mediation take an effective humanist approach in resolving workers' disputes with the company, as they produce solutions based on the best fairness for the parties. PT Nafasindo's legal policy in industrial relations disputes (non-litigation) with employees is to prioritize a consensus deliberation approach, involve internal mediators in resolving problems, apply fair rules of non-discrimination, uphold work professionalism, involve workers in decision-making, and employee welfare programs.

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of Society 5.0 have had a major impact on various aspects of Indonesian society, both positive and negative. The combination of the physical and virtual worlds presents various moral challenges, such as the spread of false information, misuse of technology, and a decline in the frequency of social interaction. Pancasila, as the ideological foundation and worldview of the nation, plays a very important role in protecting the character, morals, and direction of the country's development so that it remains focused on human values. This article aims to assess the challenges faced by the Indonesian people in the era of Society 5.0 and identify the importance of Pancasila values as moral guidelines that can help in facing modern technological changes. The method used is a literature study by collecting various academic sources related to Pancasila and digital ethics issues. The results show that Pancasila can serve as the basis for digital ethics, character building, and a foundation for policies to maintain unity and social justice in the context of Society 5.0. Thus, Pancasila is still relevant as the moral force of the nation in facing the challenges of current technological changes. Abstract

Backlog pendaftaran tanah di Kota Palu menghambat kepastian hukum dan potensi ekonomi, sehingga Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) diluncurkan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas PTSL melalui mekanisme, capaian, manfaat, dan tantangan di BPN Kota Palu. Menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, populasi mencakup seluruh stakeholder PTSL, dengan sampel purposive 30 informan kunci (10 petugas BPN, 10 aparat daerah, 10 masyarakat). Instrumen terdiri dari wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumen sekunder, dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman menggunakan NVivo serta triangulasi. Hasil menunjukkan PTSL berhasil melampaui target Peta Bidang Tanah dengan ribuan sertifikat terbit, didukung komitmen BPN dan partisipasi masyarakat, menurunkan konflik agraria serta meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Tantangan utama meliputi dokumen tidak lengkap dan hambatan geografis. Kesimpulannya, PTSL efektif namun perlu penyempurnaan kebijakan untuk keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengujian antigen spesifik prostat (PSA) kontroversial untuk deteksi kanker prostat karena variasi nilai potong antar populasi, terutama di Asia dengan peningkatan insidensi dan perbedaan etnis. Tujuan: Tinjauan ini mengevaluasi efektivitas Rapid Test PSA, fokus pada penyesuaian PSA, PSAD, dan %fPSA untuk pria Indonesia dan India. Metode: Tinjauan naratif sistematis studi berbahasa Inggris dari PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, Scopus (2013-2023) menggunakan kata kunci MeSH seperti "PSA AND Prostate Cancer." Purposive sampling memilih tiga studi retrospektif (Shahab et al., 2013; Agnihotri et al., 2014; Chang et al., 2015) pada pria Asia dengan LUTS/PCa dicurigai (N kohort kecil). Ekstraksi data via formulir standar dan ROB-2 nilai kualitas; sintesis tematik analisis metrik diagnostik. Hasil: Nilai potong Indonesia 6,95 ng/mL (sensitivitas 97,8%, spesifisitas 42,2%), India 5,4 ng/mL kurangi biopsi, %fPSA 15% untuk tPSA <4 ng/mL tunjukkan variasi populasi-spesifik. Kesimpulan: Strategi PSA individual tingkatkan akurasi dibanding cutoff 4 ng/mL standar, meski bias retrospektif batasi generalisasi; RCT multicentre diperlukan.

Abstract

Identifikasi korban tidak utuh menantang kedokteran forensik saat primary identifier seperti DNA tidak tersedia. Panjang telapak tangan berfungsi sebagai secondary identifier untuk estimasi tinggi badan. Tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja panjang telapak tangan dalam identifikasi sisa jenazah tidak utuh. Mengikuti PRISMA 2020, pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif mensintesis data dari 10 studi empiris populasi dewasa (n>3000) di Asia, Afrika, dan Australia, dipilih dari 114 records melalui PubMed, Google Scholar, dan OpenAlex. Protokol pencarian Boolean mengekstrak koefisien korelasi (r=0,55-0,75), model regresi, dan standard error of estimate (SEE ±4-6 cm). Sintesis naratif tematik menilai konsistensi dan variasi populasi-spesifik. Hasil menunjukkan korelasi linier positif signifikan antara panjang telapak tangan dan tinggi badan, dengan akurasi optimal menggunakan rumus populasi-spesifik dan combined hand length. Kesimpulannya, panjang telapak tangan terbukti reliabel sebagai secondary identifier untuk Disaster Victim Identification multidisipliner, meskipun terbatas desain cross-sectional dan celah regional.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 memiliki prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia dengan riwayat keluarga sebagai faktor risiko genetik utama yang memengaruhi glukosa darah puasa (GDP), terutama pada mahasiswa kedokteran yang rentan stres akademik. Membandingkan GDP antara mahasiswa Kedokteran Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan dan tanpa riwayat keluarga DM tipe 2. Studi observasional analitik cross-sectional pada 191 mahasiswa (total sampling). Instrumen meliputi glukometer fotometrik dan kuesioner Google Form. Analisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0 dengan uji t independen (p<0,05). Kelompok berriwayat keluarga (n=100) memiliki rerata GDP 97,90±10,26 mg/dL, lebih tinggi dibanding tanpa riwayat (n=91; 89,90±9,37 mg/dL) dengan t=-5,605 (p<0,001). Proporsi prediabetes 45% vs 12,1%. Kesimpulannya Riwayat keluarga signifikan meningkatkan GDP, merekomendasikan skrining rutin dan edukasi gaya hidup pada mahasiswa berisiko tinggi.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore how students view the implementation of the TikTok account @kampunginggrislccom as a tool for enhancing their English vocabulary skills. A descriptive quantitative approach was utilized, which involved handing out a questionnaire to participants from the English Education Study Program at Institut Prima Bangsa Cirebon. The questionnaire included ten statements measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data gathered from the survey were processed using Microsoft Excel, where mean scores and percentages for each statement were computed. Findings reveal that students mainly hold a favorable view of using TikTok as an educational resource. Most respondents agreed that the video content is clear, visually appealing, and helpful in understanding English vocabulary. Therefore, the TikTok account @kampunginggrislccom can be considered an effective and engaging supporting medium for learning English vocabulary.

Abstract

Sukuk, or Islamic bonds, have experienced significant growth in Indonesia over the period 2020 to 2025. This financial instrument not only serves as a financing alternative for the government and corporations, but also as a catalyst for the development of the Islamic finance industry in the country. The Indonesian government has consistently increased the issuance of State Sukuk to finance various development projects. In 2020, the issuance of State Sukuk reached its peak with a total of IDR 367 trillion. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on Islamic sukuk in Indonesia from 2010 - 2024. This study uses multiple regression analysis and classical assumption tests. It was found that inflation and interest rate variables have no influence on sukuk variables, while exchange rate variables have a positive and significant influence on sukuk variables. The findings are expected to provide important implications for policy makers and investors in formulating investment strategies and sharia-based fiscal policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kosa kata gerakan tangan dalam bahasa Buol dan apa makna kosa kata dalam gerakan tangan dalam bahasa Buol. Penelitian ini adalah komponen makna gerakan tangan menyakiti dalam bahasa Buol yang terdapat kosa kata yang telah di klasifikasikan dalam komponen makna gerakan tangan menyakiti dalam bahasa Buol, yang ditemukan dan diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kebupaten Buol pada tahun 2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, hal itu karena penelitian ini mendeskripsikan sebuah data yang telah dikumpulkan dan diteliti. Sementara untuk jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, karena penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kosa komponen makna. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa kosa kata bahasa Buol yang terletak di Sulawesi Tengah teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Observasi, mencatat. Komponen kosa kata yang kemudian di uraikan beserta maknanya. Hasil penelitian yang telah ditemukan ada 20 kosa kata, pada penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan kosa-kata yang beserta makna dari kosa kata tersebut Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pelestarian bahasa Buol yang mulai terancam punah serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian lanjutan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga diharapkan mampu memperkaya ilmu linguistik, khususnya dalam bidang semantik dan bahasa daerah.

Abstract

This paper examines organizational justice from a Qur’anic perspective and its implications for the management of Islamic educational institutions. The main problem addressed in this study concerns how the concept of justice in the Qur’an can be understood through the approach of Qur’anic studies and applied as a foundation for managing Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to explore the principles of Qur’anic justice and their relevance to organizational justice in educational management. The research employs a qualitative library-based method by analyzing Qur’anic verses, classical and contemporary Qur’anic commentaries, and scholarly works on Qur’anic studies and Islamic educational management. Data are analyzed thematically by considering linguistic aspects, the context of revelation, and interrelationships among verses. The findings indicate that the Qur’an conceptualizes justice as proportionality, objectivity, and trustworthiness in managing institutional relationships. These principles correspond substantially with the concept of organizational justice in modern management. The study concludes that Qur’anic justice can serve as an ethical and normative foundation for the management of Islamic educational institutions in order to promote fair, professional, and welfare-oriented governance
