Abstract

In general, every company is required to generate maximum profits. The core problem of this research is whether the Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio partially and simultaneously affect Return on Investment in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2023-2024, covering a population of 71 companies and a sample of 30 selected according to sampling criteria using the purposive sampling method. This research uses a quantitative method, with secondary data types. Data collecction techniques used are library research and observation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressiion analisis using the SPSS program. The results of the study show a regresion eqution Y = 0.343 + 0.196 X1 + 0.030 X2. The resullts of the studi indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio partially affects Return on Investment (ROI). The Current Ratio partially affects Return on Investment (ROI). The Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio simultaneously affect Return on Investment.

Abstract

Management professional ethics play an important role in shaping the integrity and excellence of organizations, especially in the modern era marked by digitalization, globalization, and the complexity of market dynamics. This article aims to analyze the transformation of management professional ethics and its impact on organizational integrity and performance. The research approach used is a systematic literature study, by reviewing various recent studies on ethics, leadership, and organizational governance. The results of the study show that professional ethics is not only a normative moral guideline, but also a strategic framework that directs decision-making, organizational behavior, and management policies. The consistent application of ethics has been proven to improve internal integrity, build a positive work culture, and strengthen stakeholder trust. In addition, ethically-based organizations are able to gain a competitive advantage through reputation, employee loyalty, and harmonious relationships with stakeholders. However, ethical challenges in the modern era are increasingly complex, arising from digitalization, market pressures, and conflicts of interest. This article concludes that the transformation of the ethics of the management profession is the driving force for integrity and the foundation of organizational excellence, as well as the key to the success of the organization in facing modern challenges in a sustainablemanner. Abstract

. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Papua, khususnya relevansi pembelajaran mendalam terhadap kebutuhan edukasional wilayah 3T yang ditandai literasi dasar 47,57 persen dan numerasi rendah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi literatur dari dokumen kebijakan, jurnal empiris, dan laporan PISA, penelitian menemukan adaptasi Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan dan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila berbasis kearifan lokal meningkatkan kreativitas siswa 25 persen serta numerasi 15 poin. Prinsip pembelajaran mendalam selaras dengan teori kurikulum fleksibel, pembelajaran holistik, ekuitas, dan hierarki kebutuhan, mengatasi tantangan multibahasa, infrastruktur minim, dan trauma historis melalui komunitas belajar. Namun, ketidaksiapan guru dan akses internet 34 persen menjadi penghalang utama. Penelitian merekomendasikan kebijakan asimetris dengan intervensi simultan SDM dan fasilitas untuk mengurangi kesenjangan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap minat beli dan penjualan tas pada industri konveksi yang menghadapi persaingan ketat. Strategi pemasaran yang dikaji meliputi produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh item pernyataan valid, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha yang tinggi pada setiap variabel. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Spearman dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara strategi pemasaran dan minat beli. Persamaan regresi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan minat beli dan penjualan tas, sehingga perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan kebijakan pemasaran secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Pembelajaran PAI yang selama ini cenderung bersifat konvensional dan berpusat pada metode ceramah perlu bertransformasi agar sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik abad ke-21 yang akrab dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep dasar pembelajaran PAI berbasis media digital, jenis-jenis media digital yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAI, efektivitas penerapannya terhadap proses dan hasil belajar siswa, serta kelebihan dan kekurangan penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran PAI berdasarkan kajian literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) melalui penelaahan berbagai buku, artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, serta sumber ilmiah relevan lainnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media digital seperti e-learning, media sosial, multimedia interaktif, dan modul digital mampu meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, serta pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi PAI. Namun demikian, penerapan media digital juga menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sarana prasarana, kompetensi digital guru, serta potensi penyalahgunaan teknologi oleh peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media digital dalam pembelajaran PAI perlu dikelola secara bijak dan terintegrasi dengan pendekatan pedagogis yang tepat agar tujuan pendidikan Islam dapat tercapai secara optimal.

Abstract

Rumput Zanzibar merupakan rumput introduksi asal Afrika yang memiliki banyak keunggulan. Namun demikian respon pertumbuhanya terhadap pemberian pupuk urea di Kabupaten Sidrap belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian pupuk urea dengan level berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan rumput Zanzibar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Teaching Farm Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang pada bulan April-Juli 2025. Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, yaitu P0 (tanpa pupuk), P1 (urea 25 g), P2 (urea 30 g), dan P3 (urea 45 g). Parameter penelitian terdiri atas tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan jumlah anakan. Hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk urea tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap tinggi tanaman, namun berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap jumlah daun dan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap jumlah anakan. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada dosis 30 g urea (P2) dan dosis 45 gram (P3) yang menghasilkan jumlah daun dan anakan tertinggi. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk urea berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan rumput Zanzibar. Pemberian pupuk urea pada level P2 (30 gram) dan P3(45 gram) menghasilkan respon pertumbuhan terbaik pada rumput Zanzibar.

Abstract

Noise in the work environment is one of the physical factors that most affect workers' health, performance, and concentration. Various international studies show that exposure to noise that exceeds the threshold not only causes hearing loss, but also has a significant impact on psychological stress, cognitive impairment, decreased productivity, and an increased risk of work accidents. This article is a literature review that analyzes 20 international journals from 2020–2025, covering the manufacturing industry, construction, marine transportation, and urban environment sectors. Other research results from Scientific Reports (2025) and Frontiers in Public Health (2025) show that noise in automotive and port plant workers can reach 90–100 dB(A), A corresponding result was found in the Frontiers in Public Health study (2025), where noise was shown to affect cortical functions that regulate attention and working memory. exhibit impulsive behavior, and experience decreased communication between individuals (Samardžić & Lakatoš, 2024). In the long run, this condition can reduce the productivity of the company systemically , ergonomic and behavioral approaches have also proven to be effective. Research from the Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (2024) shows that noise awareness training can reduce the incidence of concentration disorders by up to 18%. Based on the results of a review of more than thirty international journals, it can be concluded that work environment noise has a significant impact on workers' performance and productivity, both directly and through psychological and physiological mechanisms.

Abstract

The development of the global banking sector, particularly in the face of digitalization challenges, provides an overview of significant changes in bank operations. Based on data on the number of bank branches from 2020 to 2022, there has been a decline in the number of branches in several banks, such as Conventional Commercial Banks - State-Owned Banks. This decline reflects a shift in focus toward digitalization, requiring banks to pay attention to technology in order to enhance operational efficiency. This study aims to examine the impact of fintech innovation on customer decisions, both directly and through customer experience as a mediator. Focusing on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Malang Kepanjen, this research investigates how fintech innovations, such as mobile banking applications, influence customers' decisions in choosing digital banking services. In addition, this study explores the impact of customer experience on their decisions and how a positive experience can enhance satisfaction and customer loyalty to digital services. The findings suggest that fintech innovations implemented by BSI can improve customer experience, which in turn affects customers' decisions to continue using these services. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of more effective digital banking strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen BSI’s position in the digital banking industry in the future.

Abstract

The study purpose was to analyze the legal consequences arising from a deed of sale and purchase made by a Land Deed Making Officer (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah/PPAT) who is proven to have committed a criminal act in collaboration with the land mafia, as well as to examine the scope of legal responsibility borne by the PPAT for such actions. This study highlights that errors committed by a PPAT, whether intentional or due to negligence, may contain criminal elements, particularly in cases involving falsified documents or the inclusion of false information in an authentic deed. The discussion is grounded in the theory of legal consequences proposed by Soeroso and the theory of legal responsibility developed by Hans Kelsen, which emphasize the linkage between unlawful acts and legal accountability. Materials and methods. This research employs a normative legal research method with a library research approach, relying on secondary data sources. The legal materials consist of primary legal materials in the form of legislation and court decisions, secondary legal materials including legal doctrines, books, and scholarly journals, as well as tertiary legal materials. The approaches used in this study include the statutory approach, the case approach, and the analytical approach. Data collection was conducted through identification and inventory of relevant legal norms and authoritative legal literature. Results. The findings indicate that a PPAT who is proven to have committed a criminal act in the performance of official duties may be subject to administrative sanctions imposed by the Minister, ranging from temporary suspension to honorable or dishonorable dismissal. In addition, the PPAT may incur criminal liability under Article 266 of the Indonesian Criminal Code due to the presence of malicious intent manifested in false statements within an authentic deed. Conclusions. The involvement of a PPAT in land mafia practices results in serious administrative and criminal consequences and undermines legal certainty in land administration, thereby necessitating strict professional integrity and compliance with applicable laws.

Abstract

Background: Long-term memory (LTM) plays a fundamental role in learning. Cognitive and nutritional interventions have been shown to influence memory encoding and consolidation, yet the short-term effectiveness of combining cognitive-physical exercises with honey intake remains underexplored. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive-physical intervention, honey consumption, and their combination in improving students’ LTM across three measurement points: day one, one week, and two weeks. Methods: A true experimental design was used involving 100 participants allocated into three treatment groups. Memory tasks were administered repeatedly. One-way ANOVA and Bonferroni Post Hoc tests were applied to examine between-group differences. Results: Cognitive-physical intervention significantly improved LTM on day one (p = 0.009) and day three (p = 0.003). Honey intake did not produce significant short-term effects, aligning with previous findings suggesting cognitive benefits of honey arise after 4–8 weeks of continuous consumption. The combined intervention did not yield a synergistic effect. These findings are consistent with mnemonic literature—such as the keyword mnemonic and method of loci—which reliably enhance encoding and retrieval processes. Conclusion: Cognitive-physical intervention is more effective than honey intake or the combined approach in improving short-term LTM. Future studies should adopt a 1–6 month longitudinal design to evaluate the long-term effects of honey consumption and potential interactions with cognitive and physical activities..
