Abstract

This Research about the improvement of students’ achievement in speaking for the eighth grade students in SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong by using Role Play. Role Play is the method that helps the teacher to relate between the materials with the real situation and invited the students to make a relation between their knowledge with how to do it in their lives. Role Play has positive effect to improve students’ skill in speaking and make students more active and know the meaning of what they learned to their lives. This research was conducted by applying Classroom Action Research in two cycles, that is cycle I, and cycle II. Each of the cycle was done in four stages, namely plan, action, observation, and reflection. The instrument for collecting data was oral test. The problem was found in cycle I, some of students there still have difficulties in speaking and bored learn English. In cycle II, all students feel enjoy and happy, it means that they have an improving of their speaking. The subject of this study was one class in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong. There are 38 students that participated. The qualitative and quantitative data were gathered by administrating oral test and diary notes. The result of quantitave data obtained that the score of students improved from cycle I, and cycle II which the mean of the first cycle was 65.68, the second cycle was 80.97. The result of qualitative data described that the use of Role Play to improve the students’ speaking ability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran Roblox sebagai ruang emosional bagi anak usia 9-14 tahun melalui dinamika dukungan sosial dan tantangan keamanan, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis tematik Braun & Clarke (2006). Temuan utama mengungkap transisi emosional dari isolasi ke koneksi inklusif via empat jenis dukungan Cohen & Wills (1985) emosional (curhat empati), instrumental (kolaborasi mabar), informasional (saran game), dan appraisal (umpan balik positif) yang dikuatkan fitur Roblox seperti multiplayer maps dan chat voice/text, meningkatkan kesejahteraan, literasi emosi, serta identitas digital.​ Namun, risiko seperti toxic chat, grooming, dan konten sugestif melemahkan buffer hypothesis Cohen & Wills, memicu kecemasan yang dimitigasi agency anak (curhat ke teman/orang tua) dan pengawasan orang tua (parental controls). Konteks Indonesia diperkuat regulasi KPAI dan larangan Mendikdasmen Abdul Muti, selaras UNICEF (2021). Implikasi mencakup rekomendasi desain platform responsif, literasi digital sekolah, dan kebijakan holistik untuk ekosistem game ramah anak

Abstract

Digital transformation in the public sector requires financial information systems to not only function administratively, but also to strengthen transparency, accountability, and control. In practice, these benefits do not always materialise if the system is not effective for users, thus requiring empirical studies to assess its role in financial governance. This study aims to analyse the effect of Information System Effectiveness on Financial Governance in public sector financial management agencies in Indonesia. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type and a cross-sectional survey design. The research population consists of all employees involved in financial management and using financial information systems in the agencies studied. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of active users of financial information systems, resulting in a sample of 120 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analysed using PLS SEM with the help of SmartPLS through measurement model and structural model evaluation. The results show that information system effectiveness plays a role in strengthening financial governance because it supports the availability of more accurate, consistent, and timely information, thereby improving the orderliness of financial reporting, supervision, and control. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of improving information quality, system integration, and user training support in order to strengthen and sustain financial governance.

Abstract

The study purpose of the research is to analyze the role of employee engagement culture in fostering positive work behavior and increasing organizational success. Employee engagement has become a human resource phenomenon in organizations in a dynamic business environment in the era of digital transformation. Employee involvement is not only an individual psychological state, but a very strong attachment to organizational culture and forms positive work behavior so that it can increase organizational success. However, previous studies still found several gaps, namely employee engagement and positive work behavior separately without providing an integrative understanding of how an engagement-oriented culture translates into sustainable organizational results. Materials and methods. Used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA framework, 38 peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus and accredited by Sinta, published between 2022 and 2025. Results. Employee engagement culture is strategic organizational resource, positive work behavior was a mediating role to increase organizational success, and organizational success must applied human resource performance, innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being. Conclusions. This study contributes to develop conceptual framework of engagement culture, positive work behavior, and organizational success. This research provides practice literacy for managers and policymakers to design inclusive, trust-based, and adaptive engagement strategies. Future research is proposed for empirical testing across sectors and cultural contexts.

Abstract

Dalam industri garmen yang kompetitif, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif krusial untuk mencapai target organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan situasional terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT LYG Garment Indonesia, Majalengka. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal, penelitian menerapkan saturated sampling terhadap 68 karyawan melalui kuesioner online (skala Likert 1-5). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda via SPSS, meliputi uji asumsi klasik, validitas-reliabilitas (Cronbach's α = 0,922), uji t parsial, dan uji F simultan. Hasil menunjukkan kepemimpinan transaksional (t = 5,369, p < 0,05) dan situasional (t = 3,755, p < 0,05) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan (F = 40,425, p < 0,05). Temuan mengkonfirmasi efektivitas pendekatan kepemimpinan hybrid pada industri garmen berbasis tenaga kerja muda. Manajemen disarankan mengintegrasikan sistem penghargaan berbasis kinerja dengan strategi coaching adaptif.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the semiotic meanings of traditional carvings in Nias traditional houses (Omo Hada) in Orahili Sibohou Village, Gomo, and to compare the visual and social characteristics between noble houses (Balugu/Si’ulu) and commoner houses (Banua Sato). The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a semiotic approach. Primary data were gathered through direct observation of a ±500-year-old traditional house and in-depth interviews with the customary leader and heir of the Balugu house, Mr. Tandröziduhu Telaumbanua (A. Uco). The study is further supported by a literature review of "Bahasa dan Sastra Nias" (Zendratö, 2003), comparative statements from residents of Tumöri Village, and curatorial perspectives from the Museum Pusaka Nias tour guide, Filemon Soalisökhi Hulu. The results indicate that carvings on Balugu houses serve as representations of power, social status, and historical achievements through traditional feasts (Owasa). Semiotically, the use of high-quality Siholi wood and exclusive motifs signifies a rigid class hierarchy. In contrast, commoner houses possess limited carvings due to financial constraints and customary regulations. Although motifs such as Ni’olasara can theoretically be placed in various types of houses, the practice in Orahili Sibohou demonstrates that the complexity of carvings remains the primary marker of social status. The study concludes that carvings and megalithic objects in Gomo are vital artifacts documenting the Fondrako (customary law system) and Nias cultural identity, which remains significant despite ongoing social shifts.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis pada balita yang terjadi akibat kekurangan asupan gizi dalam jangka panjang,terutama pada 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan. Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam upaya pencegahan stuntingadalah tingkat pengetahuan ibu, yang dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan, pengalaman, dan ekonomi keluarga.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan ibu mengenai upayapencegahan stunting pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desainkuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 ibu balita. Pengambilan sampelmenggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dandata dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rank.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki upaya pencegahan stunting pada kategori baik(67,9%), pendidikan ibu berada pada kategori menengah (64,2%), pengalaman ibu berada pada kategori cukup (55,6%),dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga berada pada kategori baik (75,3%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubunganantara pengalaman ibu dan ekonomi keluarga dengan upaya pencegahan stunting pada balita dengan nilai p-value masingmasing sebesar 0,007<0,05 dan 0,000<0,05. Sementara itu, pendidikan ibu tidak menunjukkan hubungan dengan upayapencegahan stunting pada balita dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,124>0,05.Oleh karena itu, peningkatan edukasi kesehatan bagi ibu serta dukungan ekonomi keluarga sangat diperlukan sebagaistrategi dalam pencegahan stunting secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pelayanan keperawatan memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga mutu layanan rumah sakit. Model Praktik Keperawatan Primer (MPKP) memberikan tanggung jawab penuh kepada perawat dalam memberikan asuhan kepada pasien. MPKP telah diterapkan di Ruang Elisabeth dan Nazaret RS Immanuel Bandung, namun studi pendahuluan menunjukkan adanya kendala pelaksanaan dan belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat. Padahal penilaian kepuasan kerja penting untuk menilai keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan penerapan MPKP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat dalam menerapkan MPKP, mencakup identifikasi karakteristik perawat, kepuasan secara umum, serta kepuasan berdasarkan indikator tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Sampel terdiri dari 32 perawat, mayoritas berusia produktif, berpendidikan S1 Ners, dan memiliki pengalaman kerja 5-10 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 64,4% perawat (21 orang) merasa puas dalam menerapkan MPKP. Kepuasan tertinggi terdapat pada indikator kepemimpinan dan supervisi, sedangkan kepuasan terendah pada indikator promosi dan pengembangan karier. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya evaluasi sistem karier perawat. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan dari manajemen rumah sakit, termasuk penyediaan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan fasilitas yang memadai agar pelaksanaan MPKP dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Systemic discrimination in healthcare access for minority groups constitutes a violation of human dignity rooted in structural inequalities. This normative legal research analyzes the role of the I’tidal principle (equitable justice) within Maqashid Syariah (the objectives of Islamic Law) as a theoretical and practical solution to global and national healthcare marginalization. By juxtaposing international health law standards specifically the Availability, Accessibility, Acceptability, and Quality (AAAQ) framework with contemporary Maqashid Syariah theory, this article explores the operationalization of the protection of life (Hifz an-Nafs). Findings reveal that healthcare failures often stem from a lack of cultural and religious "acceptability," such as inadequate accommodations for hijab, halal nutrition, or gender preferences in medical care. The integration of I’tidal offers an affirmative action model and an ethical framework demanding non-discriminatory treatment as a manifestation of divine trust (amanah). The synergy between Sharia norms and international human rights instruments, such as the ICESCR, creates a dual-protection mechanism that enhances public trust and health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Ultimately, policy transformation toward an inclusive, transparent, and trust-based system is essential to achieving substantive health equity for all societal strata.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mahasiswa. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak digunakan adalah Learning Management System (LMS), yang berfungsi sebagai lingkungan belajar digital untuk mengelola materi, tugas, diskusi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Namun, pemanfaatan LMS yang belum optimal serta rendahnya kemandirian belajar mahasiswa masih menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran digital. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Ika Bina melalui pendampingan pemanfaatan LMS secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif yang melibatkan 100 mahasiswa sebagai peserta. Kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi pemanfaatan LMS, pendampingan teknis dan pedagogis, serta evaluasi dampak kegiatan. Pendampingan difokuskan pada optimalisasi penggunaan fitur LMS serta penguatan strategi belajar mandiri, seperti pengelolaan waktu, inisiatif belajar, dan tanggung jawab akademik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan pemanfaatan LMS memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Mahasiswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam mengakses materi, mengelola tugas, dan berpartisipasi dalam diskusi daring. Selain itu, mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pengelolaan waktu belajar dan tanggung jawab terhadap proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pendampingan pemanfaatan LMS merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran digital dan pengembangan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.
