Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Indonesia
Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

This sector, while vital, has also been negatively affected by the pandemic. In a difficult economic situation, special attention to MSMEs is important because internal and external factors affect business performance. In addition, adaptability (agility) and entrepreneurial motivation also have a significant role in facing this challenge. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Agile leadership, motivation of entrepreneurial, and organizational culture on the performance of creative economy MSMEs on Lombok Island. The study used quantitative methods by taking respondents from entrepreneurs or owners of creative economy MSMEs, especially food and baverage (culinary). <![CDATA[Mastery of computers and information systems in international relations is one of the elements of a country's new power. In the context of cyber warfare, Russia and the United States are trying to modernize their technology to secure their countries in the event of an attack from the opposing party. This research aims to analyze the space technology competition carried out by two major countries, namely Russia and the United States, to achieve Great Power status in the international world. This research focuses on the technological achievements of Russia and the United States in the field of space and their implementation in the form of cyber warfare. A qualitative case study is the research method chosen by the researcher. The research stages used by researchers are divided into data collection stages and data reduction, and the next stage is that researchers conduct analysis using data reduction techniques, namely summarizing, selecting, and focusing on the things needed in this study. The results of this study show that national security priorities are number one, and especially defense priorities for the United States are no longer terrorism but great power competition. NATO is an alliance or political tool that the US relies on to achieve great power.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee development greatly affects the development of the organization. Professionally developed employees can bring various benefits to the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderation variable in Batamindo Industrial Park companies. Human resource development aims to increase employee knowledge in terms of knowledge and practice skills through education, training, non-training and learning tasks. Furthermore, employee performance is the quality of work results, quantity of work, attendance and teamwork ability. This study uses a qualitative approach with a correlational associative research method by distributing questionnaires to employees June-July 2023 using a google form. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and data was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show that leadership variables and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is due to HR development that is not implemented properly or without a mature plan so that it does not have a significant impact. Poor execution and lack of support from management. Organizational commitment is proven to be able to strengthen the influence of leadership and human resource development on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty on the Shopee e-commerce platform, by considering consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable. This study uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to active Shopee customers who have made transactions carried out in January-June 2023. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 250 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and data was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show that service quality has a significant positive effect on Shopee customer loyalty. In addition, brand image also has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. This finding shows that the quality of service and Shopee's brand image are important factors in building customer loyalty. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction has also proven to be a significant moderating variable in the relationship between service quality brand image, and customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a key factor in building customer loyalty, and good service quality can increase the level of customer satisfaction. When customers receive good services, such as prompt responses, effective assistance, and timely delivery, they will have a positive experience.]]>

The purpose of this study was to find out an analysis of the use of Tiktok Media and Voice Drama Techniques on the English-speaking ability of early semester students. This research method is a quantitative method approach where the analysis used is descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing with partial least squares (PLS), with 100 student correspondents. <![CDATA[This research aims to describe management aspects and learning transition strategies from high school to college. This research uses library study or content analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that managing a successful transition from high school to college is critical to students' academic success, especially in the first year. Various studies show that many students are less prepared to study at university and experience obstacles, especially in the aspect of learning adjustment. The gap not only occurs in the secondary school system which does not fully prepare its students to enter college, but colleges also do not have the equipment to accommodate students from secondary schools. To make the transition from high school to college, students need to make adjustments and be supported by the people and systems in their environment. From the aspect of students who will become students, they need to prepare three separate stages in the transition process, namely: separation/separation, transition/transition and merger/merger. From the aspect of higher education, it is necessary to prepare strategies, programs and services to facilitate the transition for students who will enter college. This article reviews the results of a collection of literature regarding management and successful strategies implemented in various countries in facilitating learning from high school to university. The purpose of this literature review is to produce recommendations and considerations that can be used as guidelines for students, parents and universities involved in transition to manage the transition well and successfully.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted against the background of the phenomenon of declining social behavior in society and the problems it causes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the development of children's social behavioral attitudes through advocacy activities. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were children aged 8-12 years in Taman District, Sidoarjo. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that advocacy activities can develop children's social care attitudes towards various social issues that develop in the community. These issues include the environment, social justice, education, and health. Participation in advocacy activities illustrates cooperation in the form of collaboration between children with each other. They learn to cooperate in achieving goals. The role of advocacy institutions is initiation, planning, mobilizing resources, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating.]]>

<![CDATA[The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. If we are honest, there is hope that people's satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by the government as a public service provider. The purpose of this study is to determine the Quality of Public Services in the Field of Population Administration in Malang City Public Administration Mall. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the City Administration Mall in Malang. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of population administration at the Malang City Public Administration Mall was seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, namely the Public Services section at the Malang City Public Administration Mall did not meet adequate service facilities to provide services to public. The community is satisfied with the service provided by the Malang City Public Administration Mall in the reliability aspect regarding reliability in handling any public complaints. Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused about services, have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. Security at the Malang City Public Administration Mall has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services related to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the Public Administration Mall is by giving a pleasant impression.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of Artificial Intelligence (KB) has experienced rapid development in various fields, including education and learning. This article discusses artificial intelligence-assisted language learning strategies. The main objective of this strategy is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the language learning process by utilizing family planning technology. This article outlines various approaches that can be used in the implementation of KB-assisted learning strategies, including automated text analysis, personalized learning, adaptive feedback, language error detection, and automatic translation. The advantages and challenges of each approach are discussed in depth, as well as their potential impact on language learning outcomes. This study adopts a literature analysis approach to investigate language learning strategies assisted by artificial intelligence. The steps taken in this study include the identification and collection of relevant literature sources, as well as critical analysis of the information found. <![CDATA[This research is to analyze and answer the phenomena of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FK), Global Risk (Rwf), Small minus Big (SmB), High minus Low (HmL), Win minus Lose (WmL) as determinants of Foreign Ownership (FO) which have implications for Excess Return (ER). The formula is to maximize the value of Excess Return through Portfolio Ownership, the object of research for companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. First results; an increase in FK can explain the impact on an increase in FO, these results confirm the prevailing theory. Other results are not like the existing theory, namely a decrease in SmB can explain the impact on a decrease in FO, while Rwf, HmL, and WmL cannot explain its effect on FO. Second result; the increase in HmL, WmL and FO can explain the impact of the increase in ER. Another thing FO can also explain its function as an intervening variable. Rwf can also explain the impact but it is not in line with the negative correlation theory. The FK has no impact on ER. These results are expected to help as a guide for foreign investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange to obtain maximum excess returns.]]>
