Abstract

Setiap lulusan dalam suatu jenjang pendidikan diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan zaman serta memenuhi kebutuhan pada Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI), termasuk para lulusan AKTI (Akademi Komunitas Toyota Indonesia).  Akan tetapi, harapan demikian tidak selalu berjalan lancar sehingga peneliti ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh kinerja lulusan Akademi Komunitas Toyota Indonesia terhadap produktifitas kerja proses manufaktur di PT TMMIN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang diberikan dari kinerja lulusan akademi komunitas terhadap produktivitas kerja proses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survey ke atasan langsung di PT TMMIN sebagai pengguna lulusan AKTI. Populasi penelitian adalah lulusan AKTI dan atasan langsung dengan jumlah sampel 52 orang. Uji instrument yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinnasidengan menggunakan SPSS Ver.23. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis melalui SPSS 23 sehingga diketahui bahwa kinerja lulusan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Akademi Komunitas Toyota Indonesia (AKTI) dengan kriteria kinerja lulusan yang disusun secara detail sesuai kebutuhan industri dalam hal ini PT Toyota Motor manufacturing Indonesia (PT TMMIN) dapat menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan sebesar 86,5% terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja di proses manufaktur.

Abstract

Scholarly communication for children with special needs is significantly different from children in general. The low potential of children with special needs means that their lives differ from those with average abilities. In the aspect of developing the concept of thinking as a whole, it cannot be mastered properly because the IQ level is below the aim of this study to provide opportunities for children with special needs in the aspect of equal rights as children of the nation to get proper education in SLB by developing their potential and interest in themselves. The research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the literature study design by analysing several references from online journals and ebooks. The study's results describe the role of learning media in increasing the understanding of children with special needs by facilitating two-way communication. Education with feedback transfer of knowledge helps children with special needs optimize growth and development through appropriate talents and interests. Learning media includes the existence of effective media to help children with special needs in optimizing the development of talents and interests and establishing communication by involving teaching aids so that children's talents can develop optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal data about the uniqueness of SMA Plus Muthahhari Bandung in the implementation of character education through the development of students' spiritual intelligence. This research is considered important for finding an effective student character education system. This is bearing in mind that character education in schools in general has not shown maximum results, and even tends to fail when viewed from the rampant deviant or immoral behavior of students and society as an educational output. This study used a descriptive qualitative method; therefore, the researcher became the main instrument by using interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. To test the validity of the data, data, technique and time triangulation was carried out. While the informants involved school principals, vice principals, teachers, and students. The results of the research show that there is a uniqueness in the implementation of character education through the development of students' spiritual intelligence consistently by all school members and integrated into various school programs. These findings are expected to inspire other schools and related parties in planning and implementing student character education programs

Abstract

North Sumatra has a population of 14.8 million, and Medan Municipality has a population of 2.4 million, consisting of 1.21 million men and 1.22 million women. The number of women is more than men, with the assumption that women are more likely to show self-actualization. The purpose of this study is how the role of women in self-actualization in the life of the people of Medan city. This research uses data collection methods through qualitative methods, case studies, interviews through informants. Researcher analysis using data reduction techniques, namely summarizing, selecting, and focusing on the things that are needed. The results showed that women's self-actualization is the potential a person has to realize and maximize their potential, especially in women. In this case, women who are members of the IWAPI Organization, FKMI, have chosen and determined the choice of organization as the right forum. Therefore, they can position themselves as women who actualize themselves. Women's self-actualization in IWAPI, FKMI organizations is not hampered by government regulations or discriminatory government policies. Based on the observation and documentation data of women researchers from the IWAPI, FKMI organizations that along with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, encourage self-improvement through self-actualization in family and community life in Medan city.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline, work motivation, education and training on performance. analyze and explain whether education and training mediate work discipline and motivation on the performance of Salatiga City Education Office employees. The approach in the research here is a quantitative inferential type approach. The sampling technique used was the census technique, meaning that all members of the population were taken as samples, while the total sample was taken as many as 89 subjects, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale of 5 options, while data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis, as well as testing mediation/path analysis is used to determine the direct or indirect effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research results obtained the following results: 1. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on education and training. 2. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on education and training. 3. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, 4. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance 5. There is a positive and significant influence of education and training on employee performance. 6. Education and training do not mediate work discipline on employee performance. 7. Education and training do not mediate work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

In halal tourism there is an element of hospitality. How can hospitality in Central Java grow according to sharia, of course in hotels there must be facilities for places of worship. By realizing this, tourists who are looking for halal tourism in Central Java can feel comfortable traveling. The purpose of research on the application of sharia, the differences and similarities in the application of sharia in management. As for the purpose of knowing sharia in management, the differences and similarities in its application. This research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers observed the research location as a whole according to the problem and also interviewed the hotel. The population in this study is the management, all employees and visitors. The method used in this study is an analysis based on general data and then specific conclusions are drawn (deductive method) and the method used to compare the data drawn into new conclusions (comparative method). If the population is <100 people it is better to take all of them, if the population is >100 people then the sample taken is between 10-15% or 20-25%. Therefore, the samples in this study were owners, employees and visitors between 10-15 people as informants. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the hotel is a type of accommodation that uses part or all of the building area to provide lodging, eating, drinking, and other services for the public that are managed commercially.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk perilaku etis yang dilakukan organisasi adalah tidak semata-mata hanya fokus pada pencapaian laba (profit) tetapi juga memberikan perhatian pada aspek lingkungan dan masyarakat agar mampu menjaga keberlanjutan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini dikaitkan dengan Profitabilitas (ROA dan ROE termasuk kedalam rasio Profitabilitas). Eksistensi perusahaan berpotensi besar mengubah lingkungan masyarakat, baik ke arah positif maupun negatif. Keseimbangan antara aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan dapat diwujudkan dengan pelaksanaan tanggng jawab sosial atau corporate social responsibility (CSR). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel CSR, ROA dan ROE terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui profitabilitas, serta peran perbankan dalam implementasi pembangunan berkelanjutan dan sebagai strategi pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metde kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 6 Bank Umum dengan modal diatas 30 Triliun. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel yang digunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Jalur (path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR dapat berpengaruh secara langsung Pembangunan secara langsung pembangunan berkelanjutan melaui profitabilitas. ROA berpengaruh secara langsung Pembangunan secara langsung pembangunan berkelanjutan melaui profitabilitas, ROE dapat berpengaruh secara langsung Pembangunan secara langsung pembangunan berkelanjutan melaui profitabilitas.

Abstract

Implementing Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) is an obligation for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). To increase value for the Company, implementing TJSL should be carried out with the Company's business approach. Pertamina, one of the BUMNs, is implementing the TJSL program with this approach through the pinky movement program. This program is a funding and business development program for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises actors with the primary objective of switching from the use of subsidized LPG to non-subsidized LPG, which is right on target and provides access to the marketing of non-subsidized LPG for the community. This program has been running since 2020, but program development is still needed so that the conversion of subsidized LPG to non-subsidized LPG is optimal. This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing the Pinky Movement program. The research method used qualitative methods for data collection to formulate strategies using design thinking methods. The results at the final stage state that the proposed program development is feasible to run to optimize the program.

Abstract

Loan interest rates play a pivotal role in the borrowing and lending process. They impact the affordability of loans for borrowers, the profitability and risk management for lenders, and are influenced by economic conditions and regulations. Before taking out any loan, it's important to carefully consider the interest rate and its implications for financial situation.This research aims to look at the effect of credit interest rates and credit guarantees on credit-making decisions on financing companies in Batam. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who apply for credit at finance companies at random with a total of 96 responden. From the results of the study, it was obtained that credit rates have a significant effect on credit decision-making, credit guarantees have a significant effect on credit decisions, lifestyle has an insignificant effect on credit-making decisions,and credit interest rates, credit guarantees. and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on credit-making decisions. This research is expected to contribute to the community to be more thorough about the advantages and disadvantages of buying goods on credit. The conclusion is that interest rates and credit guarantees significantly influence credit, and business actors can take even better policies related to interest rates and credit guarantees.

Abstract

The decision-making process for higher education options is influenced by various factors, including promotions and tuition costs. This study aims to examine and determine whether promotion and tuition fees partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the choice of college for new students of the 2020/2021 class of the Informatics Management study program, at the State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consist of promotion variables, tuition fees variables, and choice selection variables. Sampling using a non-probability sampling technique in which carried out using a convenience sampling technique of 60 respondents with analysis multiple linear. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it shows that there is a significant effect of the promotion and tuition fees have an effect on the choice of college for new students.
