Abstract

This research was conducted against the background of the phenomenon of declining social behavior in society and the problems it causes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the development of children's social behavioral attitudes through advocacy activities. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were children aged 8-12 years in Taman District, Sidoarjo. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that advocacy activities can develop children's social care attitudes towards various social issues that develop in the community. These issues include the environment, social justice, education, and health. Participation in advocacy activities illustrates cooperation in the form of collaboration between children with each other. They learn to cooperate in achieving goals. The role of advocacy institutions is initiation, planning, mobilizing resources, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating.

Abstract

Sebelum tatap muka diberlakukan selama pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung, siswa melakukan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani melalui online learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis persepsi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) tentang proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani melalui online learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed-method dengan menggabungkan penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian kualitatif. Strategi mixed-method yang digunakan adalah sequential mixed-method melalui pengumpulan data kuantitatif diikuti dengan analisis data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menyebarkan angket tertutup melalui Google Form dan wawancara kepada siswa di SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga faktor persepsi tersebut, faktor yang memperoleh rata-rata tertinggi yaitu physical effect dengan skor 3,11. Skor tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori cukup. Namun, faktor persepsi cultural effect siswa mendapatkan rata-rata skor terendah yaitu 2,93. Walaupun skor tersebut masih masuk ke dalam kategori cukup. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih mengalami permasalahan terkait lingkungan belajarnya karena budaya yang mereka miliki. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada guru pendidikan jasmani yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan inovasi terhadap proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Selain itu, siswa mengalami kendala pada jaringan internet dan alat komunikasi yang digunakan. Sehingga, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak mudah untuk menerapkan pendidikan jasmani melalui online learning karena kondisi di lingkungan rumah yang tidak mendukung membuat mereka kesulitan untuk mendengarkan secara seksama materi yang diajarkan.

Abstract

The factors in choosing a major for higher education for grade-11 students of Senior High School is the first step in preparing their future career. Before student continuing education to higher education students have to determine the right major for his/herself. The factors that influence student in choosing the major in higher education is personality factor, friend of the same age factor, and parent guidance factor. The purpose of this research is to determine the dominant factor that influence 11th grade State Senior High School 5 of Banda Aceh students in election process for major in advanced education. This research used descriptive qualitative as research approach. The total sample of this research is 138 students. The simple random sampling techniques is used in obtaining the sample of this research. The data collection in this research is using scale questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis using the percentage of descriptive analysis, this research results indicate that there are two dominant factors affecting students in election process for major in advanced education which is personality factor with percentage of 92% and parents factor with percentage of 76%, meanwhile friend of the same age factor gives students insignificant influence in the election process for major in advanced education with percentage of 33%. The conclusion in this research is the student of 11th grade choose majors because the influence of personality factor and friend of the same age factor.

Abstract

The current development of the agricultural sector requires the involvement of stakeholders from various circles. The role of stakeholders is adjusted to the duties and responsibilities they have so that the results achieved can run optimally. This study aims to identify the typology of actors based on the strengths and relationships between actors and the attitudes of actors towards the sustainability goals of the Simantri program. Data collection methods in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Data analysis used the Mactor method (Matrix of Alliances and Conflicts Tactics, Objectives, and Recommendations). The results showed that the Bali Provincial Agriculture Office and Tabanan Regency Agriculture Office were the dominant actors. Agricultural Extension Agency (BPP), Farmer's Cooperatives, Financial Institutions, PKK, and fertilizer collectors are relay actors, and Hotels/Restaurants are dominated, actors. Most of the stakeholders converge in supporting the strategic goals to be achieved. This finding becomes the basis for developing a pattern of collaboration between all stakeholders that is needed for the sustainability of the Simantri program.

Abstract

Taxes have an important role in building a country's economy. Therefore, as good citizens, we must pay taxes according to the regulations set by the government. This study aims to examine the effect of thin capitalization, executive characteristics, and transfer pricing on tax avoidance in family companies in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study consists of family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. This study used a purposive sampling technique with 317 family companies. Based on the analysis results, thin capitalization significantly affects tax avoidance; executive characteristics do not affect tax avoidance; transfer pricing does not affect tax avoidance. Therefore, further research needs to further analyze other variables outside the model in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive picture of the importance of continuous supervision in the context of optimizing teacher pedagogic competence. In this study, a mixed method was used. This research is also known as population research, because all the teachers on duty at SMP Negeri 2 Cengal, namely 28 people, are the research sample. To obtain accurate data, the instruments are arranged according to indicators of pedagogical competence, namely understanding of students, design & implementation of learning, development of students and evaluation of student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out according to this research method, there was a qualitative and quantitative analysis with the stages of data reduction analysis, data display which was then verified so that it became a research conclusion. According to the findings of this study, at least there has been an increase in teacher competence as a result of continuous supervision. This research is unique in that it is tested continuously for several periods of supervision, not just once to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision on teacher performance and competence. The final average obtained in each supervision related to the teacher's pedagogic competence is 77.05; 77.75 and 78.8. Of course, these results can help strengthen policies that regulate the implementation of supervision in every educational institution.

Abstract

Implementing Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) is an obligation for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). To increase value for the Company, implementing TJSL should be carried out with the Company's business approach. Pertamina, one of the BUMNs, is implementing the TJSL program with this approach through the pinky movement program. This program is a funding and business development program for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises actors with the primary objective of switching from the use of subsidized LPG to non-subsidized LPG, which is right on target and provides access to the marketing of non-subsidized LPG for the community. This program has been running since 2020, but program development is still needed so that the conversion of subsidized LPG to non-subsidized LPG is optimal. This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing the Pinky Movement program. The research method used qualitative methods for data collection to formulate strategies using design thinking methods. The results at the final stage state that the proposed program development is feasible to run to optimize the program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Passive Leadership variables and Behavioral Incivility, the relationship between Passive Leadership variables and Workplace Incivility and the relationship between Workplace Incivility variables and Behavioral Incivility in Indonesia public organizations. This research belongs to the type of descriptive quantitative research, namely research that aims to explain and explain descriptive information. The subjects taken in this study were 210 employee in Indonesia public organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic which were determined by the random sampling system method. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1 to 7 through social media. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data processing tools SmartPLS 3.0 software. The independent variable in this study is Passive Leadership, while the dependent variables are Behavioral Incivility and Workplace Incivility. The increase in the passive leadership variable does not have a significant effect on the behavioral incivility variable. There is a significant effect of passive leadership on workplace incivility in Indonesia public organizations. There is a significant influence between workplace incivility on behavioral inclusivity in Indonesia public organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19 . Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar  Negeri 55/I Sridadi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa deskripsi tentang inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19 yang diperoleh melalui metode wawancara dan observasi sebagai data utama serta dokumentasi sebagai data penunjang. Subjek penelitian adalah  kepala sekolah dan   guru kelas tinggi yang berjumlah 10 orang. Data di kumpulkan dan di analisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa guru melakukan beberapa inovasi dalam pembelajaran yaitu merancang pembelajaran dengan membuat skenario  pembelajaran, menyiapkan bahan ajar  dan media yang akan digunakan baik secara online maupun offline.     Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan cara blended learning yaitu dengan membuat sintaks model blended learning (seeeking of information, acquisition of information dan synthesizing of knowledge). Guru juga menerapkan home visit dengan belajar bersama orang tua dan membentuk tutorial sebaya siswa dan orang tua.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan perasaan senang atau kecewa karyawan pada pekerjaan atau perusahaan dan budaya organisasi merupakan nilai atau norma yang ditanamkan oleh perusahaan. Kedua variabel penting tersebut menjelaskan komitmen organisasi yang berupa keinginan karyawan untuk memertahankan keanggotaannya di perusahaan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menafsirkan fenomena melalui penemuan dan penggambaran data secara naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan studi kepustakaan, yakni penulis mengumpulkan buku, jurnal, serta penelitian lainnya yang relevan dan kemudian mengkajinya. Hasil-hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.
