Data analysis uses Nvivo software to obtain more accurate data. Some of the themes discussed based on Nvivo's analysis include increasing understanding of Islamic teachings, increasing critical thinking ability, strengthening students' Islamic identity, increasing the application of Islamic values, and increasing educators' confidence in teaching about Islam. Improving educators' understanding of Islamic teachings, strengthening educators' ability to interpret the Quran and Hadith, and enhancing educators' ability to integrate Islamic values into teaching, more caring and empathic behavior, more critical and analytical understanding, more open and inclusive attitudes, and more creative and interactive teaching. Research results suggest that Islamic educators have a very important role in developing Islamic education in educational institutions. To provide quality instruction, Islamic educators must have a good understanding of the interpretation of the Qur'an, fiqih, and social science. Through this understanding, Islamic educators will be able to provide proper instruction and be relevant to the context of students' lives.

In-depth interviews are the primary data collecting tools, followed by document study techniques/literature and observation. However, monitoring and evaluation success requires adequate implementation quality, appropriate monitoring and evaluation standards, and a special monitoring and evaluation budget. That is, more attention and a dedicated budget for the creation of teaching resources are required. The pattern of teacher resource development monitoring and assessment is based on both internal and external stakeholders. The government must state and report the pattern of implementation of teacher resource development. This means that more attention and special budget are needed to create teaching resources. The pattern of monitoring and assessment of teacher resource development is based on internal and external interests. As a result, by using explicit and redundant standards, supervisor quality becomes an important predictor of successful monitoring and assessment.

Abstract

Marriage registration is important for the validity of a marriage because it will provide legal protection and guarantee the rights arising from marriage. Marriages with falsified registration as in this study are sirri marriages where the husband and wife consciously take legal action in the form of forging marriage books. This paper describes the problems, firstly marital status with its falsified recording from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. Second, the judge's legal considerations. Third, legal protection of rights arising from marriages without registration. The research method used is analytical descriptive. The results of the study show that: First, marital status with falsified records from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law (in this case the Compilation of Islamic Law) is valid and has legal force. However, there are negative implications for the non-fulfillment of the wife's rights as a result of divorce, if the excerpt of a marriage certificate that has been decided by the District Court has no legal force/fake is used as evidence in a divorce case at the Religious Court. Second, the Judge at the Religious Court in his legal considerations stated that even though the marriage certificate was fake, this certificate was made consciously and is known together. The Mataram District Court Judge in his legal considerations was a decision regarding an alleged unlawful act in the form of a fake marriage certificate, not a decision that annulled the marriage. As for marriages carried out without registration, the state cannot provide legal protection unless there is material truth that can be proven in court.
